Something I noticed was in Apps 10, for maintenance surveys, even if you have defined more than three surveys for one work type, only the first three surveys are triggered. I tested this for a customer and as well as in one of our internal environments and the behavior was similar. 

 

Is there a way to go around this? Is there a parameter setup I’m not aware about?
