One of the customers is facing challenge with balancing the posting proposal of manual supplier invoice, due to header currency rate is not the same with posting information line currency rate.Error message ID: Accounting Currency not BalancedError Details: Net amount in accounting currency ####.## does not match with posted amount ####.## in accounting currency SEK. This line currency rate cannot be manually edited and only relevance of this currency rate is that it is the rate on original created date of the attached invoice. But the customer has not ticked the “Use File Transaction Date as Voucher Date checkbox” in external supplier invoice parameters window at the time of voucher creation. Please help to share your ideas and any known reason/solution for this issue. What options are there to change the current position of a part serial to “Unlocated”? Is it completely controlled by actions taken in the system? Can it be modified manually?  thanks!

How is it possible to revalue the weighted Average costed part?Imagine a scenario where the inventory part is set up at Weighted average and made several receipts. The part has been in inventory for several years without any recent transactions. Now the business understands the value of the stock has gone down. Is there a way to revalue the inventory so that the previous value will change and the lost value charged against PnL. This is possible under standard cost.. but the concern is how to do this under Weighted average method.

Hello everyone,I need to create a migration job for customer orders. My customer would like a unicity check to be performed on the field CUSTOMER_PO_NO when the job is launched.  If the value already exists on IFS, the line that should be imported by the job should be blocked.   Is it possible to add this control and blocking directly to the migration job? Knowing that, the field is optional.   

Hello,  I need to create manual customer invoices with a ledger account at manual posting. Is there a way to do that ? I tried through manual voucher wich is impossible too. How is it possible to override this limitation ? Best regards

We are utilizing Cloud version 22.2.6 Today while attempting to copy Routing Operations from one routing to another a user was utilizing the copy rows / paste rows functionality and when attempting to save they received an error that stated Illegal Operation. When I attempted the same functionality, I did not receive the Illegal Operation error and the other user has also previously successfully utilized this functionality as well.  Any ideas why we might receive this error? Thank you for the feedback.  

Dear community, in IFS10 this could be set at Resource Detail level, but for IFS Cloud I cannot find it. Do you know where the equivalent of this setting in IFS10 can be found in IFS Cloud?Regards, Roel

Hi all,I have question if it is possible to add column “TEXT” from GL Voucher Row Analysis to Supplier Analysis? I have created SQL which works in ORACLE SQL and return me a propper data but when i want to add it as custom field system shows me error that there is somekind of issue with my reference. I wanted to connect it by voucher_no. Also when I was checking it by querries creator it showed me that there is no references between those projections. I am using IFS CLOUD.

 HI,We have a use case with 3 PM schedule maintenance  for a same product: 1/  Maintenance 1 :  each 6 weeks   problem code  A2/  Maintenance 2 : each 3 months problem code B3/ Maintenance 3 : 1 per Year  Problem code CEach of them have the own pace, they are not linked in cycle.For the Maintenance 1 : For example : I have this shedule : 02/01/24,  15/02/24,  etc each 6 weeks.If for this planned date (02/01) , I finally run the MP the 15/01, i would like to automatically posponed the second date : 15/02 to 28/02.We tried this PM Schedule maintenance, but it doesn’t work. After the first MP Done, the second PM date, still at the same planned date. What can be the best way to design this PM schedule ?Why we cannot use the “Floating PM” with a schedule “Alone” ?Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi All!Here is an issue on person view (PERSON_INFO_ALL). The name value is replaced by other field value only on a specifica date ¼/2023. FIRST NAME become TITLE and LAST NAME become (Another field value).How it is possible that the two fields (Title and another) may slip in mass to FIRST NAME and LAST NAME FIELD?Thanks to any insight on this subject.

A customer has have group suppliers (same company, different VAT nrs, different ID's, but the total consumption is into the same contract. What is the best way to connect all Supplier ID's into the same agreement / contract. With the current setup of the supplier agreement, only one (1) supplier can be linked per agreement.

Hi .. I was trying to set-up new migration job to update CUSTOMER_INFO_ADDRESS View for changes in address and postcode values. This supposed to update around 17000+ records so i choose to use Procedure “INSERT_OR_UPDATE” from csv file.As soon as i run the job i am getting below error. I did investigated further into this and noticed actual issue is - Address column value holds multiple comma seperators, which seems to be root cause of this.
