Hi,Anyone else patched their servers recently and had KB5035855 installed?It’s been installed on our Test and Live Mobile servers, and after installation, the device fails to fully completed an initialisation. Get stuck on the image below. As you can see it says the process has ended, but the device just spins.I uninstall the KB and restart the server. The moment that happens the process completes fully. Therefore, just wondering if this is known at IFS and if others have had a similar issue too? Cheers Ady

I was looking how I could attach picking lists printed onto a shipment. I could only think about two options Use report archive and try to find the picking listIn report archive set the validity a bit longer (they only need 10 days) Try to find the shipment based on the notes (which is not so easy) Report rule and attach a shipmentSo secondly I was thinking of using a report rule and attach a shipmentbut I cannot see an attachment screen on shipment so I was not sure how to enable this. I checked object connections but could not choose shipment as an entity? Its on this screen I would like to attach some documents  @Tomas Ruderfelt @Mathias Dahl

We want to add a custom field (Wanted Date) to the All tab of the Inventory Part Availability Planning screen. Can’t do it since the LU OrderSupplyDemand is on the Excluded LUs screen. We are looking for a workaround folks might have figured out. This is a great collection of info and our Planners use it constantly.  It would be even better to be able to add the Wanted date for the Part/demand or supply line.  Users can RMB to it but that means doing it one and a time and makes analysis almost impossible for parts with alot of demand/supply.  We are in Apps 9 UPD 11 but I see it’s still excluded as of Apps10 UD 5 Thanks

But the problem is, during initialization of the PLSQLAP Document, I have to give a name. And that name becomes a parent attribute for rest of my attributes and the output is like -{ "MAIN_DOC": { "attribute1": "value1", "attribute2": "value2", "attribute3": "value3" }}I can’t get rid of this “MAIN_DOC” attribute. Hello everyone,I'd like to thank you for your help with my concern about completing my financial projects.In fact, when I try to complete my financial project, it tells me that there is an unbalanced voucher (Details In the first screen shoot), which prevents me from finishing the process.When I look at the voucher number that the message mentions, I can see that my voucher are well balanced and are already in the GL (In second screen shoot).So, if anyone has already encountered this error, can you tell me how I can resolve it?Attached is a screenshot of the error message.Thanks to all

Hi,I want to get the translation of a commodity group via the REST-API in IFS Apps 10. Ultimately I want to get some product data to provide for another system. Unfortunately the commodity group shows only the code (e.g. 22) and not the actual description which I need.I found the projection “CommodityGroupsHandling.svc” which gives me the commodity group description in default language which is fine but unfortunately it’s english in our environment. Now I want to get the German translation of the basic data which is available in the application.Can anybody help me with that? Thank you and regards,Sören

We are receiving an unhandled security checkpoint error.  This is on attached approval processes when using an approval template. So in the example below, it is on an Inventory part.  It also happens on a Supplier for Purchase part as another example.  However, it does not happen for any of our document approvals within the document revision screen.  I did see another post that recommended going to system parameters and turning the Security checkpoint framework available off and then on again….but this did not correct our issue.  

Hello, In a workflow projection (now called API) task, we have the below action options.Create (HTTP POST) Read (HTTP GET) Update (HTTP PATCH) Delete (HTTP DELETE) Call (API Methods)This is great for most use cases, but PATCH is not the only HTTP method for updating resources via web requests. In my particular case, I need to send a PUT request to one of the IFS APIs to update certain data. Is there a way to invoke the PUT method through a projection task? I know I can setup a service user, obtain a bearer token, and run a REST call, but I would rather not have all that additional overhead. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thank you,Dylan

The print agent in IFS8 suddenly stops working with an un-handled exception condition. Exception thrown by handler operation: EJB Exception.I have tried stopping and restarting the Print agent running on a dedicated windows server. I’ve also restarted the batchserver process on the Linux server where the IFS application is running.I’ve tried reinstalling the print agent and even rebooting the server where the print agent is running.The only thing I have found that clears the condition is to restart the IFS application on the Linux server. Hi,We have recently upgraded our DEV and TEST PSO environments to V6.12.0.15.All good apart from not being able to have the IFS Scheduling Gateway and the Default Website running at the same time.The previous version V6.8.0.21 we didn’t have any issues. But this came to light with some server patching and the server being bounced. When back up the Gateway service wouldn’t start. The only way to start it was to stop the default website and then start the Gateway.Screen shot below shows the Gateway running, but the error message shown when the default website is attempted to be started. Do it the other way round and the error message is; The binding on https:8744 is in place, and was there before the upgrade and no issues at all.Anyone any idea’s why we’re seeing this, and what implications are there for the default website not to be running? On the server we have the Scheduling Gateway, the PSO Workbench and RestAPI’s would be elsewhere so there would be nothing on the Application Pools

Hi all,We connected IFS to Slack to send notifications rather than using IFS Notify and it has worked perfectly until yesterday, when Slack changed their root certificates causing a trust failure. We imported the new root certificates into the Oracle wallet but the issue remains (see below). Currently using FSM6u10. Requirement: I, as a service technician, want to be able to record spare parts I consumed/used on a consumer/customer site by simply scanning the barcode on the spare part packet, instead of manually typing the long 14 digits part id.Questions: Is the FSM Mobile App only supporting the Barcode Scanning functionality with a 3rd party free open source app for Android? Since the 3rd party app is no longer supported by original developers, how in future IFS would provide warranty support for the 3rd party open-source app since FSM product documentation doesn't specify if the 3rd-party software is supported i.e., maintenance support covered by IFS in case of product upgrades, android upgrades, etc. so to ensure the barcode scanning functionality continue to work. I am looking to develop an process for requesting suppliers.  I am testing the Business Activity process and there is an option for Supplier Request in the Connection Type field.  The Connection field is required but there are no options to select.  Where is this setup or where is the basic data to populate this required field?  Or, am I using this wrong? 

Community, Does any know aware that in IFS any shop order cost variance report that could be downloaded to Excel ? the screenshot below, the value ‘Calc Variance’ is the data we interested for each shop order.
