Solved

I am new to page design.  I have figured out how to remove things that I don’t want certain users to see, saved and published them as new contexts.  What I cannot figure out is how to assign those contexts to a user or user group.  The Test context is not showing any changes for the user when they log in.

Hi, With the rental management process, it is possible to manage the rental of a tool from a Supplier directly from a Work Task : start rental, end rental...Is it possible to manage this kind of rental from MWO Service App ?I cannot find these actions on the work assignment pushed to the mobile device. If this functionality is not available on MWO app, is it part of the roadmap to add it ?Kind regards,Lénaïc

I’m looking for a way to track deployments of equipment, but I don’t really want a fully blown asset manager. In IFS assyst, I want to connect a contact user (Customer) to an Item  in order to be able to find all item connected to a customer and the other way around, all customers connected to this item. I would also require a date field and a status field. A field to record the number of items connected would be useful as well.I’m currently using assyst 11.3.7 but happy to upgrade if that help.Does any have any ideas on how I could do thisThanks

Is it possible to undo a delivery for a customer order in cloud?

We purchase labels on a spool of 25,000.   Our supplier always adds an additional 500 labels (for good measure) to every spool but does not invoice us for these extra units.  When receiving in the spools, is there a way to automatically “count-in” the additional 500 units so that the quantity on our handling units reflects what is actually on the spools?  We don’t want to increase the quantity on our PO’s because we aren’t being invoiced for that full amount.  We’ve considered using the inventory conversion factor and updating it to 1.02 but our finance department is worried about UOM conversions/reports/accounting entries as well as audits.

We are currently working on upgrading to 23.2.6 (remote deployment).  The middle tier server image files are no longer showing under “manage deployments” in the LE build place.  Our current application version 23.2.0 is running on OVA 2.0.1, but I’m pretty sure I saw that new SUs were running a newer middle tier version before we lost access to the dropdown list previously showing under manage deployments.  The bootstrap and binary downloads are still there, but the OVA dropdown seems to have been replaced by Oracle version package downloads.  Any idea where they went?

Good day.  I just want more information re the EMPPAYBSOC  Property Code; what is it used for?  Many thanks.  Anya

Hi All,We have noticed different errors in Print Jobs (Print Queue) and could see them in log file as well.Error: The handle is invalidError: Settings to access printer '\\hhc04\chair cell' are not valid.Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Error: The system cannot find the file specified And I noticed some errors given printers to complete the print job successfully for the same user and for the same report. But sometimes it will remain in ‘Remote Waiting’.I have checked the ifs-printagent-config.xml file and Physical printers that are mapped with Logicalprinters are available.I really appreciate your valuable opinions to fix this.Thank you in advance.

Hello, We are using Cloud 23.1.8 and wondering if anyone has moved the Attachment section to a different place on the page.  Is that possible?  We have moved many other things around in Page Design but haven’t been able to figure out if that is something that can be done.

Hi,I want to use the Link to View Document URL as a field in a report,  but when I copy, it does not include the record parameter values. When I use Send Links by Email option  and copy the URL to View Document it has the record parameter values.  Is this a known bug or is there any workaround to use? I posted this question before but the conversation has gone stale so I’m posting it again..  Can we do “search in context” in IFS Aurena (cloud) on the IPAP screen like we can in IEE?The reply that I got was not on the IPAP screen but another one, if you post screenshots please verify that we can sort and filter on the IPAP screen. I know that search in context is available elsewhere.

I have created a customer order which went to blocked status due to credit limit blockage after releasing. This blocked customer order shown demand in IPAP window cos “Release for MTRL planning” function is ticked in customer order line tab. but why demand is not generated in master scheduling. My Question: Why does this happened when "Release for MTRL planning" set as ON, why does MRP calculate the External Customer Order as demand, but Master Scheduling does not?
