Hello Community,We are using IFS 8.I am having trouble generating the invoice for a customer order.The customer order was delivered successfully with all the sales quantities.However, I am unable to generate the invoice either from the customer order or from the quick order flow handling.Could you please help me investigate the cause of this issue?Thank you for your assistance. 

Hello,I am currently trying to run IFS Business Reporter and learn some of the basic, but when I try to pull data from my information sources, I have nothing returning. However, in IFS Cloud there are balances and data in the sources I’m pulling from. I’ve tried multiple different account type but always return a zero value. Is there some permission or setting somewhere in IFS that I need to update? Also, whenever I am putting in row repeaters, the only way that I can get any data at all to return to me is if I select the ALL checkbox on my Design Row Options. This isn’t what is described in the IFS Business Reporter training. Lastly, whenever I am trying to use the sheet repeater, a report that was otherwise working will break and no new sheets are created. Even if it’s an information source that I have already confirmed returns a value in other testing. 

HI All,We are having an issue in Synching MWO maintenance with our IFS cloud (version 23 R1 SU6). The synchronization task is created and its state is always posted. Whenever I open the app on the mobile, the Sync is automatically started and never finishes.The logs has no error messages. All the messages are info only.Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks Jaleel

DIFOT (Delivery in Full On TIme) is a measurement of logistics or delivery performance within a supply chain. Usually expressed as a percentage, it measures whether the supply chain was able to deliver: the expected product in the quantity ordered by the customer at the place agreed by the customer at the time expected by the customer.Has a requirement for the Tracking / measurement of DIFOTIS come up and how was this addressed in IFS ? 

HiDoes anyone know if it is possible to provide an alternate description for a Serial Object other than the Mater Part description?In setting up a new contract, the teams were using a system where the Master Part description is one thing and the Serial Object (Equipment) description was more of their own making.This is on Apps 9 SP11

After upgrading the IFS Touch Apps Server to IFS Apps 10 Update 22.On opening the Touch Apps Server, entering the System ID and clicking Next I received the following error: When installing the Touch Apps Server the IFSTAS and IFSMOBILITY passwords had to be changed as there was no record of them available.We are using Azure Active Directory but changed this IFS Database so that after entering the System ID and clicking Next we would be able to access the Login page and enter ifsapp.Any ideas?

Does anybody have experience with the performance of the repository type ‘File Storage’ compared to ‘Database’?I would expect that it’s a little bit slower to download a file from Cloud File Storage than reading it from the database.But how big is the difference really? (Did anybody measure it? E. g. is it just about 50ms more?) Does the difference depend on the file size? (Means: Is downloading from ‘File Storage’ much slower for big files?) Does is depend on the number of files? (Means: Will ‘File Storage’ get much slower if you have millions of files?)Any practical experience is highly appreciated.

In Quick Report, how can I use calendar Date picker on invoice date. Sample : SELECT *FROM IFSAPP.INVOICE WHERE INVOICE_DATE >= 'STAR OF YEAR' AND INVOICE_DATE <= 'END OF YEAR'If I use SELECT *FROM IFSAPP.INVOICE WHERE INVOICE_DATE >= ‘&NVOICE_DATE’ then I have to type in date manually. One of our Managers see some remaining hours to authorize against a few employees along with a zero hour schedule. It appears as if employees without a time schedule have reported hours? How should he handle it?

Hello,we have an environment on which  in the instant invoice when we clic on reprint original all is working. But on another environment (we use separates environment with aurena framework version 22.1.9.) we get the message “ORA-20105: InvoiceNumberSeries.FIXEDLENGTH: For the invoice number to start with zeros, the fixed length must be greater than the number of positions in the next value in the invoice number series”.I think we do have a difference between the 2 environments but where ?Thank you for your help.Frédéric

Hello, I currently have a scenario where I have a custom event that triggers upon the insert or update of a row in the REMINDER_PROPOSAL_TAB in IFS Cloud. This works completely fine when creating a reminder proposal, but when creating a reminder proposal the same way, and selecting ‘schedule’ this does not trigger the event action, even though nothing else has changed. Anyone have any idea on why this is the case? I can confirm its not hitting the custom event or the event action, since I left errors in the workflow that the event action is referencing.Thanks,Bryan

Hello all,Is there a field on accounting_code_part_value_tab table that can be use a BS/PL indicator or any other field/table that can distinguish BS Acc. from PL Acc.?I’m hoping for field/table that is generic to all IFS systems not user-specific.Thank you. 

When creating a new Quick Report ( in IFS Cloud ), I enter comment lines in the “Comments” dialog. I space the comments to make them readable. I want these Comments to be viewed by the user when the users executes the Quick Report.  But, when the user executes the Quick Report, the Comments ( called “Notes” when executing the report ) appear as one long text string. The spacing I used when entering the text is gone.  Anyone know a way to keep the original spacing?   ThanksRegardsMark

Hello IFS community. I have a question regarding the proces of returning a purchase order.In case you have a purchase order with multiple lines on it, and one of the lines might be pallets, is there any way that you can return only these pallets but to a discounted price? So a way to sell back the pallets to the supplier, but to a discounted price using returns? 

Hi,I downloaded and installed the configuration analyzer tool from the IFS developer portal(https://developer.ifs.com/tools/confanalyzer).The tool installed successfully but when I launched the tool, The application opens and within a few seconds it closes immediately.Do you have any ideas why this happens?Thank you

HelloMy Work Assignment is in Waiting at Location Status, i need to cancel the work task. not able to cancel it, after deleting the Work task clocking. if i change to incomplete work Assignment also no result. is there any way to cancel work task which is in work assignment status as Waiting at Location Status.Its in 23R2. 

Hello,We are looking for a way to easily identify Material Reservations to a Work Task. Is there a column selection that can be brought in when using Work Tasks list view? I envisage something like the Active Work Assignments column with a check box or even a traffic light system with green for available or red for not available. I understand we can see the reservations through the MMRL page but just looking for a quick reference. Thank you 

In 23.2.5, POST_Docman_UpdateDocumentIssueHistorySequence.sql has a syntax error because we don't have the component FNDRPL installed.To fix this myself, can I overtake a POST script in the customer-solution repository?
