Hi,We have started to deploy a newer version of the mobile devices our technicians use.One thing we have noticed is that when initialised the device_id on person_mobile is ‘null’.All the other values are being set on the table correctly with regards to brand, model, os_type and os_version, just nothing for the device_id. The devices are Android and the newer version see’s us go from OS9 to OS10 using FSM Mobile.Is this something set at device level, something missing in the mobile .apk, or something else? Ady

HiUsers seem to be experiencing an intermittent issue recently where they try to attach a document via the file explorer and it immediately shuts down the IFS session.When we try again later it seems to work fine.Any ideas what might be causing this? Thank you

We are trying to roll out the IFS Aurena Extension users, but can’t get it to work. We are on IFS10 upd11. It’s seems to be installed correctly, also the msi file. We get this error when going to User Settings in Aurena:  I think that this worked earlier on the same IFS version, but after we tried to roll it out through SCCM we get this error. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Hi Team,Can someone explain the reason for appearing,Progress Type = In Progress Customer order status = Invoiced Customer order line status = Invoiced & CancelledLines in Demand for shipping window? Also, it is not possible to create a Shipment from these lines. Therefore, apart from removing these lines through a data repair, is there any action that we can suggest customer to remove this. Also, what are the possible reasons for these lines to appear in Demand for shipping window.  

Hi Community, at a Customer we discovered the problem that tasks assigned to a ressource and send to mobile are not synchronized anymore. We discovered in the debugger that two values are NULL in the transaction, but we could not find out why.  The funny part is, that the work tasks are transmitted to the device after re-initialization. Happy for any ideas and solution attempts. Client: Apps10/AurenaApp: Service10 BR Sven

We have had huge stability problems with our IFS production environment this week. It seems to be related to the middleware server. We are on IFS10 upd11. We upgraded from upd7 two weeks ago. First week it was stable, but this last week has been bad.All targets seems to be running, but IFS cannot be accessed. If we try to restart the targets we get this error:A new START again gets it all started, but then it falls down again after a while.We are a little bit lost now. Could anyone point us in a direction where to search for the error? 

Hello all, I want confirm one thing.I notice that one line will be added to table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_HEAD_TAB once I execute a migration job. But I can not find any records in table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB if all rows are migrated successful.Is it the table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB just save records which are failed?Thanks in advance!

I’m seeing below error when I try to Publish my Custom Projection.‘Custom framework is not enabled. We are working in APP 10 IFS MWO Service App with Transport tasks and encountered an issue where mobile user cannot see part/Material in "My Stock" in MWO app when a transport task is performed from warehouse to warehouse. The user has quantities available, and it did not show up in " My Stock" in MWO app and the user is unable to see material when he is doing a Material Requisition.

Hi all, I am in the process of transitioning a customers orders and invoices to EDI. I am trying to populate the customers ‘Customers Own Address ID” field. The customer has 10 sites and have provided their ‘location codes’ that we need to use in the EDI submissions when we invoice them. Their sites are simply numbered 1-10.Most of the sites allow me to add the appropriate site number in but a couple of them (1 and 5) give the following error when I try to save the record: This customers own address id already exists on another address for this customer or another customer I have checked through each site for the customer and none of the other sites have the Customers Own Address ID set to 1 or 5 (they all have their own numbers of course) so looking at the error, I am reading it as if ANY other customer has this field set to 1 or 5 then I cannot use these values. Hello, I am seeing an issue where a user cannot reject an approval routing step. They receive a message stating that Foundation 1 user does not exist. The message is referencing their email address. There are no event actions tied to this, so I am not sure what is creating this error. He is able to Approve without issue. Any guidance would be appreciated! 

I need to reinstall a new PFX certificate file in my IFS Cloud environment. I don’t find the procedure in the OFS documentation but I suppose that it should be just a matter of running an ifsinstaller command with the mtinstaller option. Am I right ?

I would like to know if this check in Order confirmation implicates to send Order confirmation automatically when the customer order is been released. How  to avoid sending order confirmation automatically via email? 

In App10 we can enter multiple sites within the same company under the same authorization rule for both POs as well as PRs.   My question is, is there a capability in IFS to consolidate this feature across all sites (belonging to several companies) across an organization? The goal is reduced administration by limiting the number of authorization rules to create and maintain. If it dosen’t exist, what are the challenges to develop this feature in the future? Differences in Base Currency for several sites maybe? 

I need to cleanup Customer Portal license assignments. I have a large number of contacts that are no longer active and still have license assigned, plus I have another 50 or so accounts I need to deactivate and remove licenses.There may be some accounts that have never created an order and I may be able to delete the account. I assume any contact that has created an order will be lockedWhat would be the recommended method to remove Customer Portal license from a contact?
