Error on project completion: voucher is not balanced

Hi,

 

I want to do partial completion. I ve set up the posting control GP18 in relation with.

When I try, I have the error:

“the voucher 20210008830 is not balanced”

Hi, 

I just tested.   You need to enter a project reposting rule - or enter the reposting data on the project completion screen. 

Where do you want this posted (for example a fixed asset?) 

This is the project reposting - 

This is where you can enter the reposting during the project completion. 

I entered X just as an example. You need an actual account depending on your needs. 

In a partial completion ‘world” you must identify where you want this posted (for the cost). 

Ideally -- Log a call center case, indicating that the error message was not very informative (the error message did not direct you to solving the issue).  In my opinion, an error message should be informative and give guidance as to how to solve the error.   The noted error message was not overly helpful.

thanks a lot . I am agree the error messager is not clear. I will log a case.

Most of customer  use the 100% project completion .

Do you know in whar case the partial  can be use?
