Hi,I’m trying to create a manual voucher because I want to cancel an Approved voucher using a manual voucher. But when I try to use same accounts in Approved voucher, I’m getting this error.How can I grant permission for an account for manual booking as well.Is it possible to change Account and is it okay to do that kind of change?Please advise me.Thank you in Advance.

Hi All,One of the customers has an issue with the Pick_Customer_Order_API. Pick_Reservations__ procedureas it does not seem to roll back in full if it encounters errors during the execution.They encounter the error like below time to timeORA-20113: CustomerOrder.LOCKED2And sometimes, this may cause the issue of not fully picking the customer order.The customer does not care about the locking issue but they want to know why the IFS procedure (Pick_Customer_Order_API. Pick_Reservations__) does not roll back fully when any issues come as above.  They experienced this while using with third-party integration tool.Is there a way to handle the locked record issue in integration with full rollbacking functionality as the customer expected?Best Regards-Kelum

I can attach file in Customer Invoice. But other user get error message 'No attachment type enabled' when click button ‘Attachments’. I have add to them same permission set as me. Is there other settings need I do?We use IFS 8.Thanks in advance!

Does IFS apps 10 have the out of the box functionality to provide an all encompassing enterprise resource capacity / workforce planning solution, project management solution and reporting solution without the need to use supplementary software tools???I am currently using MS Project to build work breakdown structures that I can convert into a workforce / resource capacity plan and schedule and this is integrated with a SharePoint tasks application that I can push into PowerBi to create reports and what if scenario planning. I am aware that it is possible to integrate MS Project with our existing IFS apps9 and we are potentially upgrading to apps10 in the near future but my question is more to the point of if is it possible to eliminate any potential duplication of effort in regard to data processing and potentially use IFS solely as a an all encompassing enterprise resource capacity / workforce planning solution, project management solution and reporting solution as the single source o

Hello I would usually run the report below which is a 12 month income statement.     However there is a an account that doesn’t show, account 8060, which is a new account that was created to replace account 8055.  There has been activity in account 8060 so it should be a part of the income statement.    Would anyone have an idea of why the account is not showing in the report and how to fix?  Any assistance would be much appreciated.  

Is there a guide to supplier setup within IFS to help facilitate 1099s? I see in the Supplier Setup where a TAX ID can be entered, but am wondering if there is a way to indicate that they are eligible to receive a 1099? In other ERPs used in the past there was a box you checked to indicate the supplier should receive a 1099, then at year-end a report could be run for all 1099 eligible suppliers with the total spend for that year making the creation of the 1099s much easier.

Hi, we have the requirement to use ISO code XI for intrastat trade reported, coming from Northern Ireland. Is this code been implemented as ISO code in IFS? Also the code for UK (ex Northern Ireland ) XU, can be used instead of GB. From what we understand only Northern Ireland (XI) is to be part of the Intrastat reporting with other EU members, so the code is needed. Any fix for this to install?Guidance on the Use of GB and XI codes (Annex B) (europa.eu)

When we move from a Java Print Agent to a .NET Print Agent, how will the performance compare? Will we want a larger server to run the .NET Print Agent? Are there recommended specs?

Is it possible to automatically stop the clock in a Customer Support Order when you open a second Customer Support Order in the same browser ?We often have the situation that a helpdesk agent solving an incident in a customer support order is interrupted by an urgent (emergency) call. Than he opens a second customer support module in the browser to handle that urgent call. If he didn’t manually pauze the clock in the first order, then the time registration in the first order will not be correct.

Good dayPlease see the above pictures for the resource duplication. During team setup, the team member’s Resource ID was changed. The user was not deleted in either FSM or PSO when the Resource ID was changed. Now the user shows up in PSO with both the old and the new Resource ID. Tasks does not get scheduled to the old Resource ID, but they both show in the Resource planner and the PSO Schedule board. Is there a way to prevent this duplication, or will it be a manual process of removing the old resource from the Team in FSM, as well as removing the old resource from PSO and the resource planner?  

We do not use States/Provinces when importing sites, it is also not defined as a mandatory field. The site import site went through in 2 steps: first with GIS validation on, which results in some sites with an address validation error and second step, the errored sites with GIS services off. But when importing the site contacts, we got errors on some sites in Italy and Swiss: The “state Lombardia is not in country IT. Please use lookup. -(API Error)” It was only on some sites, not on all sites imported in this countries.Why this error on a non mandatory field ? And why on some sites and not on all sites in the same country ? We imported sites in several countries in Europ.The only way to continue was to create the requested states for Italy and Swiss.my next question is where can I find the correct way to import the sites ? I found out that I had to use the same syntax the error showed.

In Production (and UAT), on Tablet (it's OK in BO), in a service order or a quote, technician add a file whose title contains an accent and he can see this file in attachment. If he changes something in the service order or in the quote and if he checks attachment again, file has disappeared.This problem is solved if we change name of this file and delete accent (ex : e instead of é).How do we make sure that all characters can be accepted in the file labels?

I recently installed HF9 & HF10 for 15.1 and several periodic process flows have stopped. I’ve reviewed all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Process Flow User Guide, and not able to recover. Rebuilding the process works but that’s not a task I want to deal with.Anyone else run into this issue after updating or better yet have a super secret method to kick start the failed process flows? 

We find that Cause is not searchable in v15.2. We also think that the field is missing a button for lookup   Searching for cause %filt% yields 0 hits. I expect several - the cause codeID is Filterrevnet 

In the UI Designer, how can i make a field default to the value of another field. i.e. on the Project Screen i want field PERSON_ID_OWNER to default to CREATED_BY, i have putting the field path in the default value field but it just prints the path and not the value? its important that it populates as soon as they hit the ‘New’ button so that they onlty need to change it if it needs to be a different value

We have created a lobby in REGIONAL TEST CMB to display the no of invoices per due date . And we expect when we click on a record to traverse to “ManageSupplierInvoice” and only display the specific no of invoices . EX - fourth record says the count as 9 and if we click on the line it should only display nine records. The lobby is available in Regional TEST CMB under the name supplier Invoice . Lobby details This is the web access URL we use page/ManageSupplierInvoice/Form?$filter=(Company eq $[COMPANY]) & DueDate eq due_date.But it does not work as we expect and it seems it does not get filtered by the due date. when it goes to the page. Kindly advice on fixing this matter :) is it a limitation from the framework on using a date variable or is it a syntactical error.Feel free to do changes to the lobby element if you need to
