Hi all, One of our companies is operating in country that will soon introduce new currency (Euro) and we would need to implement this change in our IFS installation as well. Does anyone have experience in such scenario, what would be best approach to execute such change? Note, from experience I know some other ERP solutions have standard tool available to execute the conversion to new currency, but don’t know if this is possible in IFS, or we need to set up completely new company and perform migration. Thank you for your input.

Hi all,Is there anyway to add a note against Purchase Req Lines in a Planned state? There is a note text field but this is wiped once MRP runs at the end of each day. We considered sticky notes but then a note has to be added against each Purchase Req (not viable). This will prevent demand being created where it’s not required or notify other team members a purchase req is currently being queried. Would appreciate any suggestions!Thanks,Robert

Astea mobile testing complete as attached. Issues / Observations seen Send workorder summary by e-mail – this may not be required anymore – possible an MOE setting. Messenger client not working as expected, received messages deleted as soon as they arrive. System messages remain in the inbox however. Tools stock not showing in Tool stock inventory list. We don’t expect any of these issues to impact the techs in any way.

Hello IFS Community,I need to change the Account Periods to all our Companies. from 12/31/2021 to 12/27/2021However, I have vouchers with Voucher date to 12/31/2021I was wondering if somebody have done something like this before?Could somebody please provide some advices in how could I do this?Please provide screenshot if it is possible. Hello everyone, I’m trying to update a custom field on a standard logical unit (part catalog), but this custom field is issued from a custom page. My Custom field is “Sous-Catégorie” And this custom field is linked to a custom page with two choices Here are the settings from my excel migration :   I think it follows well the excel migration guideline. But I have an error when I want to update the custom fiel in Excel (by entering a value from the previous custom page)   An idea oh what’s wrong with this ?  I’m able to update custom field with a simple text, but impossible to update a custom field linked to a custom LU or to a custom list (or enumeration ?!) Wishing you a great day :)

 I created this Custom Logical Unit in IEE In Aurena I created its Projection Configuration with parent key ‘CrmCustomer’. This Aurena environment is currently on Apps 10 UPD10.These are the steps I followed when creating the Customer Standard Group in the ‘CRMCustomer’ entity aurena screen.After adding in the customer standards tab as a group in the CRM Customer screen all the fields still remain empty for all customer ID’s.  

When trying to use the Rework checkbox on a Shop Order in Apps10 UPD6, it works fine when the SO is in Started status but not when the SO is in Planned or Released status.It works fine in IEE when the SO is Planned or Released.Is this a known issue or bug, or just some peculiar design aspect that seems to makes no sense? Thanks,Nick

I have noticed that IFS10 documentation which was available in https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/ is news removed.  As a consequence,  the links pointed to IFS10 technical documentation in forum questions are no longer working and forum members won’t have a common documentation to refer.Hope forum moderators will act on this.

I made an organization view in v15 using Chrome. Every user sees that view.But when using Edge, nobody sees that organization view.I also mentionned that when you are logged in as a customizer, you only can “Save as organization”. So as a customizer you cannot save a personal views?Were are the view stored and can we make a backup of the views ? organization views personal views

As Aurena user, I would like to have some confirmation once I try to export some data from list to Excel. Once I choose Export option there is nothing which would tell me that export is running. Is there a way how to add this? And can I open another screen while the export is running or it will be stopped?

Hello,We are running apps 10 Aurena exclusively. I want to clearly differentiate the look of different environments (PROD, TST, DEV) so that users don’t accidentally do work in an environment that they don’t intend to (ie: you think you’re working in PROD but forgot you’re in TST). Ideally, changing the colour or something equally clear, for all users of the environment. Is that possible?Thank you,Warren

Hi Al,In Complex assembly Work Order page general tab, the flags Customer Warranty, Supplier Warranty and Repair Work Order are not applicable in this module. In the tab Customer Order, the warranty type id and Warranty WO flags are not applicable too. Can anybody tell me the purpose of showing those fields in the COMPLEX ASSEMBLY WO window?  Impact - People thing warranty management in enabled in CAMRO. Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

How can we deactivate icons on page tool bar? Ex: Charts, Notes 

How can I edit or change a general property of new created field in the Customizer ?All propreties are editable except the general property were all fields are greyed outIf I delete the field, it ends up in the Deleted Field list were i only can restore it and i cannot recreate a new field with the same name.
