The other two may have to be checked in our QA environment for your code.
For future reference, it probably is best to separate the questions into different posts so that they can be answered and referred to separately. This post now has three observations which one answer probably will not answer all three at the same time.

You mentioned V15.10 above...is that referring to Mobile Edge V15.1.0.0? If so, I would suggest you upgrade to V15.3.2.0 or V15.4.0.0 of Mobile Edge in your UAT environment and see if that solves the problems with the Messenger module and Tools. If it doesn’t solve the problem, is this UAT environment accessible externally? Can you send me the mobile URL/user/pwd/profile combination so that I can log in and poke around a bit?
For clarity, the environment mentioned above is V15.1 HF10 and is already upgraded to Mobile Edge 15.3.2.

For the Tools, you do not have any products defined as tools so this is expected. Need more details on the process you want to support with Tools.
Disappearing messages, Reid suggested going to 15.3.2 but this what you have deployed so not solution, yet. Please confirm this is still occurring or not and we will take a look as a normal support ticket.
