Hi All,This is in Apps08 and the user has updated company logo in the header and has added a new image for footer as well. When he order the report,  he can see the new company logo but not the footer.Is this because that image is taking too much space?Can I have some ideas to check this issue? Thank you.

Application Search and permissions in IEE APP10 UPD 11 We are exploring the use of application search and came across below access issue. This user account doesn’t have access E.g. RFQ but still RFQ header and line details are shown in application search results. There is an error when accessing the records but we do believe that the above information should not be available for the user. Is this a limitation in the Application search? Anyway to overcome this issue? We will probably not be able to implement application search functionality with this limitation.

Hi,  hope somebody will be able to advice. We have added a substitute to purchase Requisition line authorization. Using IFS Apps9 UPD17. When you right mouse click on the requisition number and choose to view potential authorizers / acknowledgers it shows you a list as per below, however the one for substitute is showing the personal number which is only listed under Employee » Personal » Contact Persons.   Also I can confirm that not everyone can see it. I would assume that only the relevant substitute can see this (I can’t see it under my login as don’t have HR access).  Would anyone know why this is happening and how could I fix this?  Thank you Kate

We have a requirement to make ‘Object Physical Location’ mandatory.1- When User will save ‘General’ tab without ‘Object Physical Location’ in ‘Inventory’ tab, there will be error on ‘General’ tab that could be confusing, as user cannot see the field in error on the screen he/she is on.So we moved following group onto ‘General Tab’. Now Question is ,is there a way we can move the borders with heading ’Location Details’ to ‘General’ tab?Or, can we somehow get rid of the blank ‘Location Details’ grid from ‘Inventory tab. it just does not looks right. Thanks for your input!

Hi,I have created a parameter “&Activity” for getting project activity short name. (Figure 1).And also created function parameter “&Activity_2”  because “&Activity” is not mandatory while running the report (Figure 2).After I checked “multi value” checkbox of “&Activity” and also changed operator to “IN” for holding multi values in filter criteria (Figure 3). When running report with multiple values its showing blank pageAnyone can help me to solve this problem? 

As part of our code string set up we have cost centres. We have decided to stop using some of these cost centres and want to be able to stop people posting to them. I cant find how to block/close a cost centre from further postings. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hello,I made a mistake when reporting the picking of a shipment and clicked report before I corrected my mistake. Now I don’t know how to release that part.Report picking: done Shipment status is still preliminary Serial number: 663. I have an issue with that part and I cannot ship it.  I found that it is possible to reassign shipment connected quantity. Unfortunately, it says that the reserved and picked quantity will not be released. How else can I do?Do you know how to proceed to cancel the picking/reservation of that part? We are using FSM 6.3 and need to be able to populate invoices generated via SSRS with company specific data (eg Bank Acc No, Sort Code, Address, VAT no etc..) based on the customer who is being invoiced.    We have created 3 place records in FSM for the companies (eg DMC-001, DMC-002, DMC-003) These place records hold some of the company specific information (Address, website, phone no etc.. ).    My questions are:   how do I link the company specific place record with the customer place record? How could I store the bank details for the company specific place record? I have added some attributes to the place record (eg “Bank Name”, “Bank Sort Code”, “Bank Account No” and added the information to these attributes - but is this the best way to do it or is there a better way? Any help would be greatly appreciated!  

Hi allWe find that when we send a service order to audit queue, it can not be edited at all. It is flagged as Resolved, and we cannot change status, cancel it or do any other changes. Help?
