Hi, I have some problems with IFS, dont display  information attached image. Somebody know how to resolve this issue   

Would it be possible to get complex/deep structures in one single ODATA call/response? A simple example would be getting an article from PartCatalog and its linked gtins (PartGtin). In the projection it is possible to use an array to get the PartGtin records, but to get both PartCatalog and PartGtin you need two rest calls.Can I model my projection in a way that I can get the full structure of both PartCatalog and PartGtin by only one call and one response. A similar case would be to get PurchaseOrder and all PurchaseOrderLines for one order, with just one call and one response.This is kind of convenient to use in integrations, when the requesting party want to receive the full structure with just one call

Settings: IFS9. Excel in Windows10 environment User has gone to Add-ons menu and selected the following two: To create and update data in IFS Applications using Microsoft Excel you need to install the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in. As a prerequisite you need to install Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime. Next Excel is opened. The new tab IFS Applications is visible. User uses the icon to connect to IFS: Nothing happens. No log in screen is presented. Anyone an idea what could be the issue for this?

Starting IFS Cloud using standard permissions might result in an issue regarding access of certain objects. The log window does not help in this case as it is displaying no information. Only way is to check on the devtools of the browser As the information in the messages does not contain any helpful information. Is there an easier way to trace down issues with permissions while creating complex permission set structures? By now, this is the only known way for me, but it is a lot of investigation and searching for things.Any suggestions on that? Kind regards,Tobias

Dear community!Based on several issues after updates or imports of data or upgrades to another version or somewhere in between you might experience that the background jobs somehow came to a halt. No new jobs are posted even if the schedules are active.That might be due to the fact that the Database Process Batch_SYS.Process_Batch_Schedule_ is missing. It is not very easy to find the proper code to recreate this DB Process. The easier way is as follows:Go to the system parameters and check for the parameter “Scheduled tasks process startup”Switch it from ON to OFF And then back to ON.This will recreate the database process needed and all of your scheduled jobs should then appear right after the first run of if. RegardsTechnical Toby

Hi, For a customer use case, I would like to know if it’s possible to group in a same ship list a preparation (picking or picking + packing) from different warehouses.Both warehouses could be used to separate inventory logically (physically, we only have 1 warehouse).I know that we could use bins to separate inventory, but first I would like to be sure that there is no way to group in a same shipping list 2 preparations made in “two” warehouses. Thanks and RegardsAnthony

Hi, How can I find the GL accounts that are fetching to the Customer ledger age analysis report? GL Balance analysis and Customer ledger age analysis report doesn’t tally now. I want to find what are the GL accounts that will get fetched to this report. Then I can compare.

Dear SirI have an Issue for customer offset proposals with sales penaltywe received a payment from customer and then we recorded.  It is only when the remittance details are received from the customer later that the payment is for multiple invoices and the sales penalty has been deducted from some of the Invoices. In this case, how can we offset the payment with multiple Invoices and record the deducted sales penalty?.  Kindly help me Best regards Joby

Hello, Some advice or how to guide on adding a dimension(s) to an existing FACT table.We would like to use FACT_IL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE table for Business Reporter, we have also recently started using Accounting Structures from which the dimensions from accounting structures do not exit on the main FACT table or the underlying database view (as a persistent field)I believe we have to add the dimension to the FACT as below. From the existing set of dimensions here  Any ideas or help as to what I need to do to join/link the DIM_ACC_STRUCT_ACCOUNT to the existing FACT_IL_ACCOUNT_BALANCE table?Any guidance appreciated Thanks,Rob

Hi, We have a process flow of parts being sold to another site and company in IFS. When we at the demanding site are doing a Return for Credit on the receipt, a supplier shipment is created. So far so good, but how is this going to be matched at the supply site? Can/should we register arrival on those parts in any way or is the correct process to make an RMA on the CO? I cannot find the parts waiting for arrival in the Register Arrival page or in any of the transit pages. It is like they have “disappeared” after the Supplier Shipment is made. Please note that the demand is triggered from a DO. Regards,Josefin

Hi, Me and all my work colleagues have started using IFS, and we all are struggling do simple tasks like pasting tables from Excel. My problem is the following:We need to create multiple Quotations Lines in Sales\Quotation\Sales Quotation. And some quotations can have more than 50 quotation lines.Now the problem is that IFS doesn’t seem to allow a simple copy/paste from an excel table (which we get from clients). Therefore, we need to fill all Quotations Lines cell by cell, row by row, for every  single cell that is on this table (Qty, items requested, items proposed, dicounts, and more). Even the line numbers must inserted manually... As you can guess, this has been extremely frustrating experience, and a huge step back in efficiency, as before thinks were running smoothly. I’ve done some research and found topics in the forum about:Copy/Paste Object: However, this needs only possible to use from an existing Quotation. File template: Could be an option, but I’m not sure it can/should

Community, Have you seen this message ? This error message prompted when we are doing engineering part transferring to manufacturing site. Prior to this revision, we already have 2 engineering revisions transferred.Question, why this error message? we found we could avoid this error by switch on checkbox Allow as Not Consumed in Part window, but, is this the right way to handle this error?kindly advise.Thank you.

Hi Team,I want to split the revenue evenly across future accounting periods for a Service Contract.For ex: Annual Maintenance Contract is sold for period Apr1 2021 to March31 2022. Customer pays the entire amount in advance . Now the amount needs to be distributed equally across each future accounting periods.Request you to please tell what basic configuration set up needs to be done for this.How revenue will be distributed evenly and what voucher type will be created for it.Screenshots of the setup will be really helpful.Thanks,Rakesh 

We need some help with the consolidation process in IFS 10. We have succeeded with some of the steps but there are some issues left, e.g. currency translation and elimination of inter-company transactions. Below I list the steps that we have done.   Map subsidiary accounts (Accounting rules -> Code string -> Accounts field Account group) Specify which months to consolidate in the parent company (Financials - Consolidation -> Group Consolidation -> Balance Transfer and adjustment -> Reporting status) Give permission to employees to perform the consolidation. Hello,I´m having some issues with “min amount of days” in the reminder template and reminder level. In level 1 its stated 7days and that works out fine, but in level 2 the amunt of days is stated to 10 days,The reminder proposal does not take that in consideration and calculate 7 days as well for that reminder level.Anyone who knows if this is a bug or if I´m doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.
