We have 7 companies in our Environment, for 6 we do no have a problem when we have created and saved our 5 digit wage code. But when we try and save the one for this company, the following error appears. Where could we go to change it to true? Thanks

Has anyone successfully gotten IFS Cloud 21 up and running with AAD as an IAM Identity Provider? I currently have one of my migration instances up and running, and setup to the best of my knowledge correctly, to reach out to AAD to perform user authentication. As I’ve had many situations in the past where screenshots where integral to my figuring things out, here is the setup I have for my IAM Identity Provider.  The Enterprise Application side of things in my Azure tenant are configured as follows; When I go to Test SSO for my application from AAD, It appears happy about life; However, the new tab that is opened that was attempting to log me in simply states “Error, Internal Server Error.”  If I go to my main Aurena landing page, I do have it set to allow me to attempt to login with AAD. When I press this, I am taken to the generic “Authorize this application” screen we’re all friendly with in IT. I hit allow, but then land on a generic “Oops something went wrong. What is the recommended type for  a new Customization(e.g. CMOD) module to have in its deplpoy.ini? Component Deployment Profile File. Earlier we have used as Cust but seems it is not there now as a valid type.   And also  appreciate if someone can explain how the IFS Installer consider any component as a FRESH or Existing during the deployment and corresponding entry refer in the deploy.ini ?  Thanks,Chamila

Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear.How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?

Hi all,For a customer in IFS9 we are looking for a solution for sales representatives.Currently there are not user in IFS, but they need some information while on the road to customers. They can find this information from Sharepoint, where a lot of documents are stored. This customer want to store these documents in IFS (not in Sharepoint anymore), so they are looking for a solution for them to find these documents. My first idea was to install CRM Companion, but I am not sure if they can manage from there. The solution is still under design, so not sure where we are going to connect the document to (sales Quotation, Customer Order, Work Order, Customer, etc.). They are not using CRM as a solution in IFS, they only want to find these documents in an easy way.So, any documentation of this app will help (in IFS9)Thanks I advance,Robert

I have a Migration Job that uses the Excel Add-In and some of the custom fields are linked to views/tables, so I understand that the “_DB” value will be that of the OBJKEY/ROWKEY.  What I don’t understand is why I am receiving an integrity constraint error for NULL entries of the “_DB” columns.  one of my errors: “integrity constraint (IFSAPP.BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY5_CRK) violated - parent key not found”how can one prevent this for NULL values for non-mandatory custom fields? Sincerely,Vince K.

Dear Team, One of the employees couldn't see the available absence types from the LOV when trying to create the absence request from my absence calendar. Absence configuration is done inline. Any other place to make the connection available?Thank you in advance. 

We attempted to move a functional object from Site 1 to Site 2.However, after completing, it shows that the Object Site is still Site 1, but the Belongs To Site is Site 2.The PM’s stayed in Site 1.How do you move a piece of equipment so it also moves the Object Site?

Hi When adding in back-office an attachment in a checklist, which name is longer than 30 char, we have the following error message :  When an attchment is added from mobility, no error because it seems that the classification field is not fulfilled.Is there a way to prevent this error in BO ? Hi we have implemented on one customer SSO with azure open ID and V15.4SU3, we encounter the following issue :when we use the astea brower and we setup the SSO profile then we have the azure authentificaiton screen but after the system open the webemployee portal THen the SSO seems also ot be activated on the mobileedge website as i have the same issue that the astea browser how too.on the web employee portal this is workling fine.Could you tell me if perhaps we have done someting wrong ? i would like also to avoid having SSO on mobileedge …thanks for your feedbackrgdsChristophe

We use Shop Floor Workbench in Apps 10 and we have users that will put in the Shop Order number which shows all operations on the shop order.  This will allow them to work on operations out of sequence.  If they use the Workcenter or any of the other filters it works fine.  We have the Selection as Executable.  Is there a way to prevent them from doing this without trying to build out events (if even possible)?  We need them to use the Shop Order to review Work Guidelines from previous operations and they state there are too many orders to scroll through.

Hihow do you handle customer bankruptcy in IFS.When a customer files for bankruptcy I would like the system to:-provision the amount due-block the customer in the dunning system, so they don’t get dunned-exclude the customers from the customer age analysis etcas it can take year before the lawyer are finished with closing the bankruptcy case. Is there a function or a used process in IFS when customer bankruptcy happens.I know that there is a bad debt system but it doesn't seem to solve the issue or have I overlooked something. ThanksSøren
