I am looking to extract the email addresses from user accounts in sqldeveloper but do not know the location of the field.Using version 10It is showing on the create User screen  but system info shows only as Control: textboxEmailWhats this ID: labelEmail.Any help appreciated

Can we allow Project inventory requirement to be consumed from standard inventory in the absence of PMRP function?To elaborate more on this, when CO is connected with project (CO line demand code is ‘Project Inventory’) to reserve the line we need to transfer the inventory for project inventory.  Is there an automated way to perform this action without manual transfers?

Hi together,we are currently in an Upgrade Project to 22R2 and we want to migrate Notes.We found the topic Job migration of Business Opportunity - Note issue | IFS Community but when we enter the method BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_API.Write_Note_ in the Method List of the Mig Job we get the following error. So we checked the API in PL/SQL Developer and saw that the datatype for rowid_ is ROWID. This seems wrong.Does anybody have the same issue? Do you know how to fix that error?Thanks in Advance for any help!Best regards,Andreas

Hi,We use App 9 and see a IP27 in a Instant Invoice postings with 0 amounts in Accounting Currency.But the Parallel currency rate on the voucher rows is same.Does anyone know why we see IP26/IP27?And is it recommended to use a Tax Account on IP26/IP27 Posting Types?Thanks

Hi,I have created an import format using API to import data file, in which I have a unique Key (reason why I use API to ensure unique row).But in the data file, sometimes, a Date field doesn’t contain a Date but char, and causes error in the log file : “Execute Macro 'NewWithParams' failed.reason: Une erreur système s'est produite. HI we have authorises in the global XML some file type : for exemple HTM files . We are now able to upload htm file through the back office, but when we want to import the files through API we have an error : Attachment: .htm will be ignored as unsupported type. In Apps 10, I have noticed that when you use mWo and Aurena to report time on a Work Assignment, IFS creates a Work Task Clocking, but if I use my work in IEE I get a Work Task Time Report.  Is there a way to turn off the clocking functionality and only use Work Task Time Reports?

I need to remove a user from the Mobile Users portion of Touch Apps administration in order to delete a user account but it will not let me. Any Ideas on how to do this?

Hi! There used to be a functionality in IFS9 where we could RMB on project transactions and send these transactions as links to other employees within the company.With the upgrade to IFS10, this functionality no longer exists.Is there a way to re-introduce this functionality back into our Project Transactions page? Thanks!!

I have one user who regularly accesses the IEE screen “Project Management, Reporting, Supplier Invoices” (see pointer # 1 in attached PDF) and is met with a notification for “Slow network mode” as seen (pointer #2). If she clicks on the hyperlink (pointer #2), the message goes away, the question mark (pointer #3) turns into a number based on attachments and it shows the available attachments for this screen. She has no trouble accessing the attached document(s), but this seems like something is wrong within her user account and this is a nuisance. I have had her try this from another computer and she gets that same error. Furthermore, I have tried this as another user on the same workstation, and this user does not get the error and no one else has reported this issue! Could this be a permissions problem?  Any other ideas on what to check? 

This might be a simple question, but it is something I have never done.Is there an easy way to sum a column on a quick report? Basically, I created a view and based the quick report off of view, but now need a sum to appear at the bottom of a column.like this: 

The last week or so I’ve not been able to get the search to work properly in the community.   Anything I enter in the search field does not return any result.   Is anyone else having an issue searching the community forum?

I’m trying to query for permission set names and descriptions but I cannot find where the descriptions are stored.  Can anyone point me to it? Debug isn’t any use.  I have the names and what is granted to users but I cannot find where the descriptions are stored to output those…Thanks!Nick

Using IFS Cloud/Aurena 22.1.5.2022...I have a client that has a customized ERP where one inventory part number connects to many supplier part numbers. This allows for multiple size containers (truckload tankers, totes, cylinders, drums, etc.) from the supplier to be connected to one inventory part number for the client. It reduces the product structure overhead and reporting time on inventory part usage.They can choose the internal inventory part number for the PO and then select the suppliers part number based on container/pack size.Has anyone worked on a customization/modification to allow this in IFS?

Hi,Has anybody looked into IFS Sales Campaigns and a way to configure the following scenario:A Sales Campaign to buy 3 products from an assortment and get the cheapest free.IFS does not seem to handle this out of the box. I am sure this could be done with a customization however I am keen to find out if IFS plan to enhance the current Sales Campaigns functionality in future releases.RegardsKelvin

Hi,  When we searching Orders in the Audit queue where total price is not 0,  we get a lot of lines with a Total price. If we then check the total price in the Order it selft, by clicking Display Prices Button, the total Price is 0 or has a different total price then in Audit Queue. Has anybody else this issue?So it's pure data and the data must come from some where?Version 15.3.0.5 Thanks Robin.
