Hi,If I create a new record in the ‘Cost/Revenue Elements’ Window, (TEST15)Creating a new record in the Cost/Revenue Element WindowThat record will appear in the ‘Cost Element Code Part Demand’ window as well.‘Exclude from Budget Control’ checkbox is empty when creating this record in the ‘Cost Element Code Part Demand’ window. If I check the database, ‘Exclude from Budget Control’ column will be NULL.I want this column to be ‘FALSE’. so, an event needs to be written to set "Exclude from budget control" value to FALSE if its saved as NULL in Cost Element Code Part Demand tab when a new record is added to this table.I created an event for the PROJ_C_COST_EL_CODE_P_DEM_TAB and created an Action in the  and called the Modify_ method to do this.  set a Condition to perform this action when the ‘NEW:C_EXCLUDE_FROM_B_C’ IS NULL.but it seems like this does not do any changes to the database. does anyone know where the issue or any other way to do this. Thanks and Regards.Ramitha.

I have some success organizing different task and streamlining the process by using the “Own Process” functionality. It has enabled my team to create custom menus, RMB, conditional formatting, and conditional fields to keep the user experience pretty clean without introducing extraneous options when not applicable. To start, I have had interns work on designing different Own Processes under their own account, as proof of concepts. I don’t want to alter their permissions to allow access to base profiles in order to publish their pages. And I would love not to have to recreate these individually under the base profile as it would be quite time consuming and double work. Is there a way to export these Own Process versions of pages?I know I can save all my RMB separately and import them, as well as any lobby elements we have mapped to forms or pages. Sending these pages to others via “Stream or Email” only send a link to the original configuration of the view. I really need a more efficient

Hi All,I have a problem where people are closing Work Orders before the goods are being issued which is causing stock discrepancies in the stores. We do a soft warning that pops up when this occurs but some are still pushing through without a care in the world. My query is, is there a screen or transaction I can run that shows what materials have been added to Work Orders but not final issued. I know I have seen this in other systems but unsure how to find this in IFS.Thanks

Hi, If I want to change a customer order line I use this function: Customer_Order_Line_API.Modify__()   Some times I need to do it it in a background job. Then I would create a new procedure that executes Customer_Order_Line_API.Modify__() and then start that new procedure with Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call() from an event.   Is there any way to perform this directly without the custom procedure?   Best regards Kresten

Dear All,According to the Indian Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) notification dated March 24, 2021 (Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2021), for the financial year beginning on or after April 1, 2021, every company that uses accounting software to maintain its books of account shall use only Accounting Software that has a feature of recording an - Audit Trail of each and every transaction,  Creating an edit log of each change made in books of account along with the date when such changes were made.  Ensuring that the audit trail cannot be disabled. The MCA has later announced that the above amendments will take effect on April 1, 2023, which suggests that accounting software used by businesses will have to comply with the Accounts Rules beginning in the financial year 2023-24. What is the solution in IFS Application regarding Audit Trail features as per MCA Mandate?Which transactions are considered for Audit Trail features?

I am trying to upload an Image (pdf)  to an external supplier invoice by following the below steps listed under  ReceiveEinvoiceService API Documentation, but Postman  raise  ‘UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT”  error. Noticed quite a few community entries suggesting checking parameters by processing same  action through Aurena Application.  Is there any Page in  the IFS Application where it possible to attach an Image to an Invoice ? What are the correct parameters that should be passed when calling ReceiveEinvoiceAttachmentSet ?Tried in 22.2.5   and 22.1.5 cloud Environments   and experienced the same issue. Any tips to avoid that error is much appreciated.  Thanks!

There have been multiple posts in which the logic behind the Sched Capacity on the Inventory Part has been presented and what happens when Finite vs. Always Finite is used. This post is questioning how a user is supposed to load data into the APB when manufactured components are either Finite or Always Finite. Customer has the following product structure:P/N 100 P/N 200 (QPA = 30) P/N 200 is always manufactured in lot sizes of 8 and each shop order takes 1 day (8 hours) to process its lone operation.5-day work week M-F, 8-hour days, 8 AM - 4 PM no breaks. There are (4) shop orders for component p/n 200, and each is scheduled to end on Day1, Day2, Day3, and Day4 respectively. These have been APB Scheduled and saved to the database.I have multiple shop orders for p/n 100 that consist of only one operation. When loading and scheduling only the shop orders for p/n 100 If P/N 200 is set to Always Finite, APB does not schedule the orders for p/n 100. It is in Unscheduled status in APB, with the

Hi All, Please let me know your inputs for these concerns.1)When I try to do my certified practitioner exam from  Google chrome I'm unable to login to ifs academy have to change the password. 2) Unable to view the questions of the 1st attempt.

We need to add a fixed charge to each and every Work Order we create but would like this to be done by the system rather than administrators due to volume of work orders and the tendency for them to forget. How can this best be achieved? thanks,

Hi All.I’m wondering why there entities are taking too long time to sync to mobile.Could someone help undertand it and how may I filter in permission set to not send the survey answer to the mobile user?A filter that looks like in object information that the user has access just for the worktask objects.E.g. &0.MCH_CODE in (Select distinct t.actual_object_id from Jt_Task_uiv t where t.task_seq in (select m.task_seq from Mobile_Work_Order_UIV m))the idea is that the user just answer the survey and send it back. Also a filter for the mediaLibrary.I want to improve the sync performance for mobile users.I’m using APPS10 UPD17 MWO Maintenance 10.Tks a lot for attention
