Hi everyone, I have a problem about “Self Service Procurement Portal”.I am not able to see one “Self-service Procurement catalog” in the “Self Service Procurement Portal” and I don’t know why. I’ve checked the following :Self-service Procurement catalog is published and is valid for all users Category Assortment is active Product lines are existing in the catalog and are not set as “excluded” Companies of all sites are defined in the “Companies” group of page “Category Assortment”  Sites are defined in the valid sites tab of the “Self-service Procurement catalog” Self-service Procurement catalog is up to date (update has been made)Another catalog works and is seenable on Self Service Procurement Portal. The only differences I see are :The seenable catalog has been manually created while the unseenable catalog has been created by datamigration.  Data seems correctly added to parent ID catalog when manually created (FRSAM2) by the process of adding the part to one subnode (as images bel

Good afternoon - We have a case where the Work order is not updating the Work Order status from the Mobile Device - Mobile Work Order is at status Started however the IFS WO is showing at status Assigned. Can anyone advise why this issue is happening. Many thanks all

Hi All,Is it possible in Alliance v12.5.1.16 (yes, old I know), to get the Open and ETA times to adjust based on Access Hours in the site record, or by some other method?For example: Maybe a site doesn’t open until 10am. If a service order is created at 7am and there’s an SLA of an hour, then the Open time will be 7am and the ETA time will be 8am. But the site doesn’t open until 10am.So what we’re wanting to achieve, is that if the job is created prior to that 9am open time (allowing for the 1 hour SLA), then it will make the ETA time 10am. (The time that the site opens).We’ve actually tried adding “Access Hours” in the site/customer record, and we’ve tried the same in a new ‘warehouse’ and assigned that warehouse to the site/customer record, but it does not have any impact on the Open or ETA times when a Service Order is created.Seems like something that should be do-able.Any advice out there?CheersMark. 

We have created an ETM Channel where we are creating new Items. To create an Item we need to provide Section-Department. Everything works fine until we try to provide NULL Department for Section Department.Example: Section-Department “ABC-” already exist in Database. But when we are trying to fetch it from ETM it returns all the Section Departments that has Section as “ABC”.

Hi, we are using V15.4We have found an issue when creating a Contract or Contract Quotation, when adding products to the Obj. of Services (OOS).  In V15, once you start typing in a field, the auto-fill feature offers you matching products and you can select what you want from the list and it seems to add the product BUT we have found that it does not really add it properly, only looks like it did.  To properly add the product you MUST also click the elipsis (...) and then select it in the pop-up.If you don’t select it properly, you only find out when you run the PM Batch Scheduler and you find that all of the products not added properly, do not get added to the Service Orders.I think it will be necessary for me to open a support request for this but my question for now is: Is there any way to turn off the auto-fill, to stop it suggesting matching choices?  Then we can avoid the issue until fixed.If so, can this be set per module or would be a global switch off?  Is it controlled in All

I am trying to achieve a scenario where the DSE will schedule as follows:On an empty shift, activities can be scheduled within a hour hour radius from start location - therefore offering a wider range for where activities can be scheduled.Where a pre-existing activity exists on a shift, limit travel to 1 hour from that activity to the one being scheduled.Should the configuration I have in place achieve the above?No max shift travel is required.thanks. 

In IFSAPPS 10, we could grant a permission set to a user group But this is not possible in the IFS cloud. Is there any alternative to achieving the same? Is there an estimated date to have this in the IFS cloud? 

  Hi,On serial objects placed in the equipment structure, there is an option to return a serial object to inventory - "Move to Inventory". The reason to return the Serial Object to Inventory could be for sending it for repair or to take care of an old component as an extra spare object. But it is not possible to return the serial object to Inventory if the Part No linked to the object only has Serial Tracking "At receipt and Issues" and the Serial Tracking "In Inventory"=FALSE. The selection "Move to Inventory" is only enabled when the Part No connected to the serial Object has the Serial Tracking "In Inventory"=TRUEI tested and it is the same behaviour in: APP10 UP16, as in Cloud 22R2 UP5.My customer says that from a logistics perspective, it is highly desirable not to track their parts in stock, only in part serial.Why is it not possible to return a serial object to stock if the item is not serial tracked in stock? The serial tracking is anyway in the part serial catalog.Best Regards

We have got an issue after and upgrade from 22r1 to 22r2. ProblemThere is a customer, who is in 22R2 SU4. Their reported issue appear due to not returning any value from the following method call.BEGIN   -- Call the function   :RESULT := DOMAIN_SYS.Get_Translated_Values(domain_ => :domain_, lang_code_ => :lang_code_);END;  Following is the Get_Translated_Values method content.Both methods return, null. According to the following Get_Ctx_Values__ method, context_value_ variable always returns null in customer environment. domain_ is ‘WorkTypeCategory’value is ‘gb’Following values are available in customer environment. So, my question is, can anyone please let me know, what could be other reasons for not returning any values for , context_value_ := Sys_Context(context_, nvl(value_, 'PROG'), ctx_length_); In 22R2 core environment following records were returned any issue. 

why multiple  same file is coming? what’s the logic behind that?  

Hi All,I have a purchase part (No inventory part connected) with a connection to non-inventory sales part. If I create a purchase requisition for this part in a work task (connected to a customer) and process it until receipt the purchase order, I do not get sales part auto populate in the sales tab in the work task(screen shot attached). This is tested in one of the IFS cloud demo environments also (22.R2) and can recreate this issue there as well.Looks like a bug. Any information/thoughts about this pls ?. Is there a workaround for this scenario other than adding the sales part manually?Thank you,Roshan

Hello,I created a report designer layout with some data and logo in header. My requirement to display image from a database table. So I wrote the query in SQL Query Statement field as shown in Picture below and passing tns:IMAGE_NO bind variable. When I previewed the report in designer tool or in IFS Application, Logo is not printing in the report. But when I pass hard code value in bind variable instead of tns:IMAGE_NO, the report is printing the logo properly. I checked that tns:IMAGE_NO element is printing the value in report. But when I pass it as bind variable to display the logo, it is not working.IFS Application Version: IFS 10 UPD13Report Designer Tool Version : 200.2.0000 

Hi, how can we set the default method “create pegged” to Pegged or no pegged in a DOP? Some components we never want it to be pegged. Doesn’t matter in which DOP. If we don’t have stock, we just want MRP to order it without a peg.Other components can always be pegged. So it depend on the inventory part. I can change it on the DOP itself, but do I need to do it each time?

I have a Quick Report that Groups By dollar columns, then does a UNION to total those $$$ columns. It has a join column from another table (btl.amount), keying on primary keys/columns.The challenge I’m running into is that, on the UNION SQL, I’m joining to a table to get that single $$$ column’s total (SUM(btl.amount)). Since the join is not at the detail level of each main table’s rows, it’s overstating the SUM() total $$$.
