Setup of selfhosted BI, missing information in Tech Doc (Main.cmd)

We are trying to install the Bi solution. In the tech documentaion it is refered to a Main.cmd that you should request from and IFS Consultant.

Anyone that know where to get the Main.cmd. We have tried a support ticket without any luck. Have now been waiting for 14 days….
