Hi all, Is there anyone know how to create quick report that shows login details of  users  who belongs to one roleEx: there is a  role  : ‘economy ‘ and it uses by 10 people. We want to see the login details of that 10 users, want to know who logs in as economy and when.Can we create a quick report to show those details or is there another way to do this one? kindly give your opinions. Thank Yousara

I had to retroactively had to move someone with drag and drop into their new position under their new manager in the Graphical Position Structure, as this had not been done when they moved positions. However, the valid from date took the date I made the change instead letting me change it to the date they actually moved positions and the day before for the valid to date for the old position. These seem to be non-editable fields, so how can I get round this to put in the correct dates? I am a system admin, so should have full access to the whole system. The dates shown are wrong and need changing to the correct ones. Thanks

Using V15.4We often have situations where an SA needs to carry out Contract work early, before the contract start date.  In V14, we were not able to set an ETA prior to the contract start date but the SA was able to do the job earlier than the contract start date.  But in V15, it seems the SA is also restricted from doing the work early, which is a problem for us now.Is there a setting that controls this or is there any other way in V15 that an SA can carry out work in advance of the contract start date?ThanksChris

V15.4Hi, we just upgraded from V14.5.  In V14 we had set it in MOE-6200, for the SA to be able to edit the serial number, which worked fine.But in V15.4 we are finding that this no longer works.  I can make a change to the serial number but when it tries to save the change, we get a message:“A2GEN029:Cannot change serial number because there are open order created for this serial item”This is an odd message since on Mobile, pretty much everything has an open order against it.  How can we change this?  Or is it a bug?ThanksChris

Function is different:“To proceed, the customer order must be handled in the Handle Blocked Customer Orders window where the options Release Blocked Order and Release from Credit Check exist. The difference between the two options is that when executing Release from Credit Check, the order will not be blocked again in any of the steps defined in the credit control group whereas when Release Blocked Order is being executed, there is a possibility of the order being checked and blocked again. “ Would it be possible to hide “release from credit check” for customer order? Finance should still have both options.

Hi, we’d like to set up a PM Action in Apps 10 to fire the second Wednesday of every month.I haven’t found a way to do this yet.The options only seem to be fixed to only every x number of days/weeks/months.

Hi,  Some expense sheets cannot be authorized, and the error message is “Posting type TX8 is missing in Posting Control”. Though I understand that TX8 is used when posting expenses are done in foreign currency. Here the expenses are in local currency. Any idea why this error message would pop up?  Thank you very muchAurelia

Just upgraded from 11.3 to 11.4 (and now to 11.5), and it looks like the built in images are not working in the portal. It looks like all images are still loading from the assystimages folder on the server, which we are trying to move away from. Have tried many things, including what looks to be a related KB article, but I have not had any luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

We are on UPD13 and we have some users that Recent Screens functionality doesn’t work and others it does work.  We have cleared browser cache with not success of solving the issue.  Any other ideas of what might be the issue.

I need to create a scheduled task in advance that will execute every 14 days at a certain time of the daye.g. creating a scheduled task on today 16/02/2023 that will execute every 14 days starting on 01/03/2023 so that the first execution will be 01/03/2023 and then the next execution should be 14 days after on the 15/03/2023Selected custom and entering SYSDATE+14 in the ExpressionEntered the Start Date as 01/03/2023 but on clicking calculate or saving the record the Next Execution is calculated as 02/03/2023 and the time is the same time as when the record is saved/last amended. Is there a better way to achieve what I require?It would be also be good if I could set the time as well.Thank you.

Hi all, We are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO, select the third option.Then the WO will be created from the MWO Application.At IEE, upon creating a WO, we can RMB the header > Project Connection > Connect to Activity and enter the project connectivity.However, there is no option to connect the WO to a Project currently, from the MWO Application.We would like to know if there is any functionality in MWO App to create Project Connection for a new WO created from the App side.?(Connecting the WO created from MWO at IEE is not a feasible solution since we are running time reporting and material handling flows using MWO App and related cost lines are created for the WO. There after we can’t connect the WO to a Project receiving below error message.)

Can anyone confirm if the IFS MWO App Updates for Framework 10:18 onwards are compatible with the IFS Apps 10 Update 15? We are trying to work through issues we are having and wondered if the IFS Apps 10 Update Version could cause issues with the MWO Update version if they are so out of sync? Thanks

So, we suggested to get the costing from ‘Shop Orders Costs’ window after running ‘Aggregate Shop Order Costs per Shop Order’ job.But the client is saying they are calculating the costing from Product Structure level and wants to know the difference of logic deviation between product structure costing and the shop order costing.App version: 8Thank you in advance.
