Hello,   We are currently moving to IFS Application 10 Update 6 and we read in the documentation the .NET IFS Printer Agents currently do not support the Socket Server which we’d use to print ZPL files.  The java version of the print agent still supports a Socket Server to print ZPL but we’d like to utilize the .NET Print Agents.   Is there any release information on when the .NET Print Agents will implement the Socket Server?   Thank you, William Klotz

A few users are getting this error, when trying to view attachments in Apps 10 the attachment shows that it’s there, but they cannot view it.  “ slow network mode click here to view attachments”

We have a Contact User Lookup field that uses Lookup Expression as below:select usr.id from usr as usr where usr.csg.shortCode ='xxxxxxxxxx' The expression returns only Active Users. We need all Active and Inactive Users.

I am in Resource Navigator in the correct Person group. I found the person and in their Connections > Employee tab I am trying to add their Employee Object. When I click on the add (+) it auto-populates the correct Employee ID but when I try to save it, it says “Employee XXXXX does not exist”… but I’m literally staring at the Employee Object. Screen shot below:

We have a series of authorisation rules in place for Project requisitions based on value.  These are along the lines ofup to 10k by Project Manager 10k-20k by Project Manager & Department Head 20k+ Project Manager, Department Head & FD   Is it possible to have an additional rule, where non-project reqs just go to Finance Manager for sign-off?Is it just as straightforward as ticking the Apply for Non Project Connected PR and making sure the Priority is a higher number than our existing rules? Thanks.

Hi Community, mistakenly ran the condition generation command without mentioning the Equipment ID, which leads to generating multiple Work orders so my question here is is it possible to cancel these work orders from inside the PM Action in a way that will not affect the PM sequence.?? Thanks a lot in advance

Scenario:  Work Order goes out and checked but not fixed and it gets marked Finished and moved into Historical Work Order List.  From the Historical List I right Click and select Reopen and it moves it back to the Open Work Order list.Now the Status says WorkDone can that be changed back to Released any way? How will the Maintenance Dept know that WO still needs done?Do we have to rewrite the Fault Report and reference the “Old” one

I am adding Like operator in business rule input parameters as below, but somehow this is not working as expected. I need the business rule to be triggered for all the Tasks which have Task Template Id’s starting with AR_BS or CO_IP like AR_BS_XYZ, CO_IP_ABC, CO_IP_123 etc

HiWe have a number of PM’s which should generate 4 weeks before the planned start date, which has been working fine since 2015 but for some reason no work orders are generating for 2023. The calendars are generated and I even regenerated these yesterday but nothing. We have schedule database tasks that run overnight to generate the work orders and these are running fine with no errors so I am not sure what else could be causing this.Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue or can any advise what else I can check.This is in Apps 8.Kind regards,Hayley

Hello,What is the best way to link two entities together in IFS Cloud?More specifically, I can pull any field from another entity by creating a read only custom field for the main entity that references that field and links on some key, but there isn’t an option to reference the entire entity.I can go through and make custom fields for every single field the other entity has, but that seems a bit tedious. I’m sure there is a way to do it, but whenever I set a custom field to persistent, and select the data type as reference, it does not seem to pull information, or give me an option to define the link between the two entities. The only thing I can do is define which columns in the entity view to pull in a list of values, which again, isn’t what I want.

Hello,I am currently trying to run a quick report that has a custom field in the report. I have a simple select statement (select * from ifsapp.business_lead_cfv) but this does not show the custom field listed. The entity BusinessLead has a custom field that is enabled to show on reports, and it’s value is a reference to the CustomerInfo entity, that has a custom field which is also enabled to show on reports.I can pull the referenced custom field by doing (select cf$_sic_code from ifsapp.business_lead_cfv) but I’m wondering why it wont automatically list the custom field when doing the same prompt but for customer_info_cfv actually pulls the custom field column...

Hello, Does the user have to identify every time they go out and come back to use the Shop Floor Workbench ? Customer is transitioning from Apps09 to Cloud and do not wish to do so. Currently, the identify pop-up window shows up every time they switch from SFWB to Shop Order to do some changes.  I see there is a Site wide setting to report anonymously.  But, is there another way to keep the identification to a minimum ?

As it looks like by using the default rules there is a lot of false postive detection (like sql injection etc ...) thanks for your feedback.

Hicould you help me with one issue with carrying forward absence limit to next period? I have one Absence Group D-R and two Absence Types D-R and D-M. In Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit for absence type D-R from one period should be carry forward to next period as absence type D-M.This is ok. But I would like to carry forward also limit that remains on second absence type D-M to next period.I created new Absence Type D-S within this same Absence Group and in Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit from absence type D-M from one period should be carry forward as absence type D-S, but there is an error message.Could you help me? Thanks
