Hello,We are using IFS Applications 10.We wish for the Credit Block functionality (via "Credit Limit" value on Customer:Credit Info tab) to consider only our Customer AR Balance (Unpaid Invoices) and not the sum of Customer's AR Balance + Total Value of Open Orders (i.e., Backlog Orders) when performing credit checks during Customer Order processing. Is this possible?   Thanks for the help!

We are using IFSAPP10. A mistake was made when I created the company. The accounting year 2022 should have been defined has from 2021-05-01 to 2022-04-30 but was defined from 2022-05-01 to 2023-04-30.We have yet to make any transactions in this environment. How can I correct this?I have tried to change the year for each accounting period in the year but I get an error message:Where do I change the year opening period? How do I correct this mistake?

In IFS, is there a way to block orders from being released if they do not have commissions applied to them?  Thank you for your help!

Hi I would like to know if it’s possible to create a field quotation for multi sites or the best way to do that ? On the customer process, at the beginning,  we have a quotation made for many customer sites and we want to link this same quotation for each site : 1 Quotation = Some service orders = 1 SV for each siteThanks for your helpRegardsanthony

We have a scenario that I am not sure how best to handle. Engineer creates work via MWO Service Engr App and Raises Purchase Requisition to replenish PartsEngineer completes Work and updates the Work Order to ‘Complete’ which updates the IEE WO Status to Work DoneEngineer keeps the Work Order on his device to receipt in the replenishment parts when they arriveIEE Users see Work Done Work Order and Process to Finished Engineer updates Work Order via MWO AppFailed Transaction generated as Engineer is now updating a Finished Work Order   How do the IEE Users know that the Engineer has selected to Keep the Work Order? The assignment shows complete, the Work Task and Work Order shows as work done? They need to be able to see when the Work Order is Kept on the Device so they do not attempt to update it in IEE before the engineer has selected to Return it from his MWO Device. Thanks,

We are sharing 1 PSO(TST) environment between  2 IFSCLOUD (CFG1 AND UAT1) 22R2However when we connect the second environment, first environment is down and vise versa. Both CFG1 AND UAT1 should be working in parallel however currently not working due to sync. We need to disconnect first system, as system sees PSO Account ID (xxxx) is already connected and does not allow second instance. We see in machine learning configuration PSO Account ID is same for 2 IFS Cloud CFG1/UAT1. In PSO parameters OpenIdAuthority is different for CFG AND UAT.Currently we are not able to find this documentation in ifsdocs ie  connecting 2 IFS cloud instances to 1 PSO instance and would appreciate any pointers, as we are aware there is standard need and many others have similar setups.

Hi All,I’m trying to add a Property code to an Organization Unit in a ‘Matrix’ Organization Structure in IFS Cloud. But, I cannot see any properties, even though the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled. Currently, there are values defined in the ‘Property Field Definition’ (basic data) for ‘Context’ type = ‘Organization’. I can assign a property to top most level level in the Matrix by adding values to the available records when the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled.  There’s no issue when adding property codes for Company structures for any level. We can do this in APP9 and APP10 environments without any issue. Please let me know if there is any other window or steps need to be taken that wasn’t mentioned to add properties to lower level Organization Unit in a Matrix Structure. Version: IFS Cloud 22R2 Thank you in advance for your help. 😊

I have customers environment APPS10 UPD 18 with some of pages having larger field sizes (about 4-5 pages )where all others pages has correct smaller sizes. Ex: It should ideally be like this:The issue is with only few pages throughout the application. We suspect someone has done the changes to the base profile with high scaling in their machine and saved those pages. We tried removing profile entries/saving back to profile with correct scaling of 100% in the machine and removing application caches(appdata/local/apps/2.0). Even replaced profile entries exported with correct environment.Non of them seemed to work. there are 2 base profiles and both having the same issue for those specific pages.IF anyone knows how to fix this issue please reply me on this thread.Thank you!

Is the notion of password policy exist in IFS when we use IEE? If so, where can I find it?For the time being, we do not want the authentification to be done by the active directory. Nevertheless, we would like to enforce some options to make sure the password created by users respect good practice (lower case, upper case, number, special caracters, minimum length) in password creation.
