Hello!Is there a way of creating a Purchase Order with a direct delivery without use of a Customer Order using the supply code ‘purchase order dir’? Ideally would just like to create a manual Purchase Requisition and select order code 2 but IFS apps 10 seems not to allow this. Scenario is, need to buy one part number from supplier A and have goods delivered to supplier B who would then deliver to us under another part number

Cycle Count Automatically for chemicals

I have a client that is asking, for lot /batch control, when an automatic cycle count is run on a location for Part A based on days since last count, if there are other instances of Part A in stock under different lot/batches, they want to have a count created for all of the lots of Part A. I first thought about Storage Zones but they may store different chemicals in same or different locations. Any thoughts?

custom event - create supplier - request for order quotation

Hi all, I am new to creating custom events and a novice when it comes to PL/SQL. I am trying to achieve when a Purchase Requisition is turned into a Request for Order Quotation that the Supplier on the Purchase Requisition Line is transferred to the Supplier tab in the Request for Order Quotation LU. My code isn’t erroring out but I feel I am missing something as the supplier is not transferring over. Template Company by mistake

My customer has created a new company in their database and by mistake made it a Template Company. The tick-box Template Company is ticked and it is not possible to untick it, at least not for IFSAPP, the application owner. Is there any risk if we untick the tick-box using PL SQL Developer?Switching the Template_Company flag from TRUE to FALSE?

In the MWO app, what is a forced initialization?

According to the IFS documentation, there are two types of initialization defined as follows:Initialization - sends pending transactions to the mobile app,; deleted local database on mobile app; re-syncs all data. Force Initialization (which only becomes available after selecting an initialization) - immediately deletes the local database on the mobile app including any pending transactions; re-syncs all data. Ifsdump.cmd does not pick up the log files when creating the .zip

Hello,One of our customers have reported that their ifsdump.cmd does not work correctly as it does not pick the needed log files when creating the .zip. I have compared the .cmd file with a file in a core environment and both look identical. Any idea on what could be the reason behind this?

Manuel Invoice Supplier Tolerance Postings with PO matching

Could someone explain how the tolerance is calculated on a Posting Proposal and how it is being finally posted? Does it consider both % and Amount defined in the company/supplier level? Reason for the clarification: A customer requested a lobby to reflect the number of PO matched invoices that have the PPV within tolerance and the PO matched invoices that have the PPV outside tolerance.

APP9 Export to Excel- Date Issue after Year 2029

Hi Community,When we use Output> Excel option is IFS, the dates after 2029 appear as 19## is excel.For example is date is 03-Jun-30 This is exported as 03-06-1930 in excel.If I change my Regional Setting in PC to DD/MM/YYYY, this issue does not occur.This is very strange - Why it only occurs for dates 2029?Is this something to be reported to IFS?ThanksGayan

Print Label problem with Citizen Printer

HelloWe have a problem with printing labels from the printer Citizen cl-s521. When the print is started via the print agent, the label is physically printed on the printer without any problem. The printer is mapped to the server and the process takes place over the network (the printer has an IP address). When we print via USB on the same printer, the printout appears in the print queue locally on the workstation, but the printer does not actually print it. Any ideas?

IFS 8 Prod crashes every 30 mins to 2 hours

Hello, Since March 10, 2022 our IFS 8 Prod environment has been crashing about every hour.We have not been able to identify any changes to our database, firewalls, servers, scheduled tasks, integrations, IFS front end configurations, hostingTo get it back up, we log onto middleware server > instance > bin > stop all services then start all services. It stays online for a bit, then crashes again.Best guess is that it seems to be connected to the # of users that login.
