A delivery note for a direct delivery

Hello,

In the case of a direct delivery from a supplier to the final customer ( Supply Code: "Purch Order Dir"), is there a possibility to have a delivery note in IFS?

Hi @K4uLinalM, if the supplier is an internal Supplier, yes you can have a Delivery Note in IFS. But in your case, since the Supplier is an external supplier, you will have to upload an external file sent by the supplier into IFS and then approve it from Incoming Delivery Notification window.

@K4uLinalM ,

I think we cant print the delivery notes for direct delivers, may be its due to the fact that as supplier directly deliver good to customer he will be the one who sends this document.

Hi @K4uLinalM, if the supplier is an internal Supplier, yes you can have a Delivery Note in IFS. But in your case, since the Supplier is an external supplier, you will have to upload an external file sent by the supplier into IFS and then approve it from Incoming Delivery Notification window.
