Good Morning - I am receiving daily error codes for a scheduled task to transfer work orders to mobile app at 18:00hrs. The error message is saying ‘Invalid WO Status’. Can anyone advise if there is an anomaly  with the set up below - Many thanks for your help.

Hi everyone ,One of my user can not see Action List’s columns . He has a same permission sets with everyone else. The others can see the columns but he cant. Is there any idea why he cant see?

Purchase Order Status: ClosedThe user has mistakenly raised a PO for an extra 505 quantity of a certain part, received it and now wants to correct it. I checked the connected invoices. The Invoices are either in 'PaidPosted' or in 'PostedAuth' statuses. I was pretty sure we are unable to fix this now. But thought of checking with the experts on the Community if there's any way at all that we can fix this at all? App9 UPD14

I have a customer looking to review the Demand Planner changes from APP8 to APP10.   They have installed the IFS APP10 Demo Environment on premises (not PPE); however, they do not know how to activate it.  Is a separate Demand Planner server needed for the Demo Environment??  How do you setup Demand Planner in the APPS10 Demo Environment (PPE or on premises)?

Hi All,I was wondering if anyone has come across this issueexport control is activated for a part, as valid license exists and is connected at customer order level with an export license status of ‘Partially Connected’.The first export control check which takes place at order release allows you to release the order.However, when you come to create the pick list for the order, you are blocked from creating the pick list with the attached error message. It is only possible if the user has authorization to override export license connection in export control basic data. Firstly, this does not seem to function correctly to me, as it has allowed you to release the order at the first check point - if it wasn’t suitable connected then you should not be allowed to release the order. Secondly, the message says its not connected, but the license is connected, albeit, partially connected. Any thoughts or comments appreciated. 

We are moving to a brand new IFS10APP with only part of the data being migrated. I seem to have missed something in terms of permission and/or access because my user is unable to create correction invoice and credit invoice eventhough he can create regular invoice. Any pointers where the issue might be? Thanks in advance for you input.

I wonder whether any of you kind people could help me out? I have an SFTP Sender already configured and working 😀Now I want to set-up a Reader using the same SFTP credentials.So I copied the SFTP_READER1 template config and replaced all of my site specific code with the config from my Sender credentials.Here’s a screenshot of my config.I’ve tested connection using WinSCP on the extended server so I know that the SFTP credentials/directory etc are valid and I have access rights to read/write.BUT IFSCONNECT just sits there looking at me even though there are files to upload.No logging of any activity either.I’ve even tried setting the login credentials incorrectly just so that I can see a login failure but nothing , Nada, ZIP! Any idea on how to get logging working to figure out what is happening?

I am trying to create a custom notification on Notify Me. I defined "HTML List Template" and "SQL Statement" for the parent view. The notification count is accurate. There is no error. But, I can’t see notifications text. There are just empty rows. How can I fix it?

Hi all, Is there anyone know how to create quick report that shows login details of  users  who belongs to one roleEx: there is a  role  : ‘economy ‘ and it uses by 10 people. I had to retroactively had to move someone with drag and drop into their new position under their new manager in the Graphical Position Structure, as this had not been done when they moved positions. However, the valid from date took the date I made the change instead letting me change it to the date they actually moved positions and the day before for the valid to date for the old position. These seem to be non-editable fields, so how can I get round this to put in the correct dates? I am a system admin, so should have full access to the whole system. The dates shown are wrong and need changing to the correct ones. Thanks

Using V15.4We often have situations where an SA needs to carry out Contract work early, before the contract start date.  In V14, we were not able to set an ETA prior to the contract start date but the SA was able to do the job earlier than the contract start date.  But in V15, it seems the SA is also restricted from doing the work early, which is a problem for us now.Is there a setting that controls this or is there any other way in V15 that an SA can carry out work in advance of the contract start date?ThanksChris

V15.4Hi, we just upgraded from V14.5.  In V14 we had set it in MOE-6200, for the SA to be able to edit the serial number, which worked fine.But in V15.4 we are finding that this no longer works.  I can make a change to the serial number but when it tries to save the change, we get a message:“A2GEN029:Cannot change serial number because there are open order created for this serial item”This is an odd message since on Mobile, pretty much everything has an open order against it.  How can we change this?  Or is it a bug?ThanksChris

Customer order release from credit blockCustomer orders that are blocked can be released either directly from customer order view or in “handle blocked customer orders”Options areRelease blocked order Release from credit check  Currently both available for finance and customer order persons. Function is different:“To proceed, the customer order must be handled in the Handle Blocked Customer Orders window where the options Release Blocked Order and Release from Credit Check exist. The difference between the two options is that when executing Release from Credit Check, the order will not be blocked again in any of the steps defined in the credit control group whereas when Release Blocked Order is being executed, there is a possibility of the order being checked and blocked again. “ Would it be possible to hide “release from credit check” for customer order? Finance should still have both options.
