Hi All,I’m trying to add a Property code to an Organization Unit in a ‘Matrix’ Organization Structure in IFS Cloud. But, I cannot see any properties, even though the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled. Currently, there are values defined in the ‘Property Field Definition’ (basic data) for ‘Context’ type = ‘Organization’. I can assign a property to top most level level in the Matrix by adding values to the available records when the ‘only Assigned Properties’ checkbox is disabled.  There’s no issue when adding property codes for Company structures for any level.We can do this in APP9 and APP10 environments without any issue. Please let me know if there is any other window or steps need to be taken that wasn’t mentioned to add properties to lower level Organization Unit in a Matrix Structure. Version: IFS Cloud 22R2 Thank you in advance for your help. 😊

I have customers environment APPS10 UPD 18 with some of pages having larger field sizes (about 4-5 pages )where all others pages has correct smaller sizes. Ex: It should ideally be like this:The issue is with only few pages throughout the application.We suspect someone has done the changes to the base profile with high scaling in their machine and saved those pages.We tried removing profile entries/saving back to profile with correct scaling of 100% in the machine and removing application caches(appdata/local/apps/2.0). Even replaced profile entries exported with correct environment.Non of them seemed to work. there are 2 base profiles and both having the same issue for those specific pages.IF anyone knows how to fix this issue please reply me on this thread.Thank you!

Is the notion of password policy exist in IFS when we use IEE? If so, where can I find it?For the time being, we do not want the authentification to be done by the active directory. Nevertheless, we would like to enforce some options to make sure the password created by users respect good practice (lower case, upper case, number, special caracters, minimum length) in password creation.

Delivery packages created after OrderDelivery on BuildPlace are listed on the Deliverys page. How many can be displayed? My question is, will it be removed from the old delivery packages?

Hi IFs Guru, Looking forward help  on creation of Spare Parts with Quantity etc. and then link to Object ID so that we can use it in WO created on the same Object IDExampleCreate Mechanical Seal as Spare Parts with Qty 2  and attached it to the Object ID XXX-130-P-0001.Appreciate if you can provide the steps to create such scenario.

Hi all, In one of our site’s mrp we have this error Error ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and not be 0 occurred while running Snapshot_Summary for Contract XXXDoes anybody know how to find what is causing this issue?Looked at CO lines, PO lines, MS, Shoporders but cannot find any with an invalide date and I guess error comes from some calculation including leadtimes etc.We are on IFS 10 UPD14

Hi IFS community, When we create a PO for a part order line the pre posting window doesn´t show up when we are finished and this way we are unable to add the cost center and the stat group.  Please, is there a way to fix this? A way where we could add the cost center and stat group. We tried adding them in part order line but it didn´t allow us. Thank you in advance.

Hi,If I create a new record in the ‘Cost/Revenue Elements’ Window, (TEST15)Creating a new record in the Cost/Revenue Element WindowThat record will appear in the ‘Cost Element Code Part Demand’ window as well.‘Exclude from Budget Control’ checkbox is empty when creating this record in the ‘Cost Element Code Part Demand’ window. If I check the database, ‘Exclude from Budget Control’ column will be NULL.I want this column to be ‘FALSE’. so, an event needs to be written to set "Exclude from budget control" value to FALSE if its saved as NULL in Cost Element Code Part Demand tab when a new record is added to this table.I created an event for the PROJ_C_COST_EL_CODE_P_DEM_TAB and created an Action in the  and called the Modify_ method to do this.  set a Condition to perform this action when the ‘NEW:C_EXCLUDE_FROM_B_C’ IS NULL.but it seems like this does not do any changes to the database. does anyone know where the issue or any other way to do this. Thanks and Regards.Ramitha. 

I have some success organizing different task and streamlining the process by using the “Own Process” functionality.It has enabled my team to create custom menus, RMB, conditional formatting, and conditional fields to keep the user experience pretty clean without introducing extraneous options when not applicable. To start, I have had interns work on designing different Own Processes under their own account, as proof of concepts. I don’t want to alter their permissions to allow access to base profiles in order to publish their pages. And I would love not to have to recreate these individually under the base profile as it would be quite time consuming and double work. Is there a way to export these Own Process versions of pages?I know I can save all my RMB separately and import them, as well as any lobby elements we have mapped to forms or pages. Sending these pages to others via “Stream or Email” only send a link to the original configuration of the view. I really need a more efficient

Hi All,I have a problem where people are closing Work Orders before the goods are being issued which is causing stock discrepancies in the stores. We do a soft warning that pops up when this occurs but some are still pushing through without a care in the world.My query is, is there a screen or transaction I can run that shows what materials have been added to Work Orders but not final issued. I know I have seen this in other systems but unsure how to find this in IFS.Thanks

 In attempting to create an instant invoice, I am getting an error that the invoice address is invalid and to check the validity period. This occurs upon trying to save the invoice.  Does anyone have any information on this issue? Thank you!   

Hi, If I want to change a customer order line I use this function: Customer_Order_Line_API.Modify__()   Some times I need to do it it in a background job. Then I would create a new procedure that executes Customer_Order_Line_API.Modify__() and then start that new procedure with Transaction_SYS.Deferred_Call() from an event.   Is there any way to perform this directly without the custom procedure?   Best regards Kresten

Dear All,According to the Indian Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA) notification dated March 24, 2021 (Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2021), for the financial year beginning on or after April 1, 2021, every company that uses accounting software to maintain its books of account shall use only Accounting Software that has a feature of recording an - Audit Trail of each and every transaction,  Creating an edit log of each change made in books of account along with the date when such changes were made.  Ensuring that the audit trail cannot be disabled. The MCA has later announced that the above amendments will take effect on April 1, 2023, which suggests that accounting software used by businesses will have to comply with the Accounts Rules beginning in the financial year 2023-24. What is the solution in IFS Application regarding Audit Trail features as per MCA Mandate?Which transactions are considered for Audit Trail features?

I am trying to upload an Image (pdf)  to an external supplier invoice by following the below steps listed under  ReceiveEinvoiceService API Documentation, but Postman  raise  ‘UNSUPPORTED_FORMAT”  error. Noticed quite a few community entries suggesting checking parameters by processing same  action through Aurena Application.  Is there any Page in  the IFS Application where it possible to attach an Image to an Invoice ? What are the correct parameters that should be passed when calling ReceiveEinvoiceAttachmentSet ?Tried in 22.2.5   and 22.1.5 cloud Environments   and experienced the same issue. Any tips to avoid that error is much appreciated.  Thanks!
