Solved

I have done some changes to the list of my work for mWO in the past. I made the changes in the context global (understood: discussable). Now I want to make another change and there is no content available:Three dots below Content show the Order by option, which has a grey > sign which means nothing there as well.I do have a page configuration that is published: I see the work done, in the past, in mWO. If I unpublish the global context I see the standard overview in mWO on the MyWork page.Anyone an idea why I don't see any content?

Hi,I have added Command Group in Automatic Tax Proposal projection to generate a report. When executing the action, it is giving an error saying “14:24:04 ERROR - line 2, column 2: (Server Error) Database error occurred. Contact administrator. undefined14:24:04 ERROR - Command error: (line 2, column 2) - , details: undefined undefined”Method has two parameters and values are passing correctly. To make sure parameters are not causing the error, I created a test method without parameters and attached to Custom Group. It is still giving the same error.Any suggestion to rectify the issue is appreciated.(custom RMB created in EE works fine with the same method)Thank you.

What does this mean? We have created the Quotation, updated all the Work Orders and Task Information, calculated the costs etc. but when trying to Release the Quotation this is appearing? Thanks,

Hello,We’ve changed some of our parts to be Primary Supplier Transit on their Sales Part Record. We have Customer Orders currently in the Planned state that contain these parts. I had assumed that if I change the Supply Code of these parts on the Customer Order to be Purch Order Trans, that their PO’s would be automatically created when the job was released. I’m finding that this is not the case. Automatic PO creation was working in our TEST environment if I created a new Customer Order with the changed parts on them and then released the Customer Order. The automatic PO creation just doesn’t seem to be working on Customer Orders that were already created before the parts’ Sales Part sourcing option was changed. Anybody have any ideas?

Hello,Checking if this is correct in our version IFSAPP9.The PO order quantity was reduced manually by the buyer after partial receipt to match the quantity received, but neither the PO header nor the line item closed automatically. Both had to be closed manually by the manager. Is it because of the manual change in the PO qty after the receipt?Normally, for us, when the quantity received is equal to the PO quantity, the PO line and the header closes automatically. Angelo DiSipio

Hi There,I have created a Purchase requisition authorization rule and routing templates, and for some reason all my routing steps are not being displayed on the requisition or routed as per the steps. I’m at a loss for what I may have missed. What could I be missing that I am not seeing by chance?I have been under the assumption all steps will show especially if I have “Include All Steps and Consider Limits” selected on the auth. Rule general tab. Auth. Rule 1 - Priority 1 <$500k - Maximum amount $500kRouting template linked to auth. Rule 1, using project roles, all with auth. limit of $500kStep 10 Step 20 Step 30 Auth. Rule 2 - Priority 2 >$500k - Min $501k to Maximum amount $10mlRouting Template linked to auth. rule, using auth. groups, all have max auth. limit of $10mlStep 40Step 50 Once the requisition is released only the following steps appear when I need all the steps 10-50 to appear (Screen shot below)Step 30Step 40Step 50

Hi, can the issue-ing of the materials be linked to starting the shop order operation in the shop floor workbench? We would like that when the operator hits the start button, all reserved materials are issued so they get into WIP. Without the operator needing to press ‘issue all’ Thank you!

Hi, In Apps 10 we can send a customer order to a collogue using Send to Option in RMB menu options with a message.  But I couldn't find a similar feature in IFS Cloud. Is there any functionality in IFS Cloud which caters to the same requirement? If so, how I can use it? Regards, NayD

Hi All,One of our users getting below error when trying to open the windows in IFS application. Any help on this error? Regards,MalinG

Hello,  Currently we are looking to leverage approval templates to make the ease of adding approvals at various screens within IFS easier. While setting up an Approval Template, I noticed that the Note field is not available. If you manually create a New Approval Routing manually, you have the option to populate the field. My question is when setting up and Approval Template, are you able to use a Note field to create instructions and detail for each approval step in the template? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello my friendsHow can we record our Business Opportunity Lines (make a history) when they (Business Opportunity Lines) connect to Sales Quotation, As you know when we create Sales Quotation from Business Opportunity the Business Opportunity Lines automatically set in Sales Quotation lines and when we change the Sales Quotation lines, again automatically the Business Opportunity Lines has changed, Here how can we make a history from our pre-Business Opportunity Lines? (before make some changes in Sales Quotation lines ), Actually we need our Business Opportunity Lines in every step separately.Wish the best for you guysGood Luck

When the Gold Support Terms or Global Support Policy are updated, we, the 1st line, must inform our customers with support service contracts of the changes.Global Support Policy has a update date in the document so we can check if it has been updated or not. However, Gold Support Terms has no such date and the only way to find out is to check the difference. To begin with, does IFS change the Gold Support Terms from time to time?If so, I would like to be able to confirrm the date and content of any updates. Best Regards,

Community,May I know how to use below Additional Tab in window Engineering Part Revision?

Engineering Part Revision used to have a checkbox that would set the part revision to Released on save.I believe it was in a grouping called “On Save”.  It is very handy when all you want to do is Release the revision and not fight the step of going to Active.Did that get removed?Patrick

I have errors in “Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis” linked to the posting control M1: “Value is missing for posting type M1 combined control type PCAG code part B in company 204.”Here is our setup for M1: Here is our setup for any of the 12xx accounts in the M1 control posting: And here is the setup for the 5550 account: Is the M1 posting control set up ok? I was trying to reconcile the fact that some accounts do not need the department and product while one account does need it. We tried with “can” for department and product for all the accounts 12xx in the M1 posting control but it did not help.  Any comments are welcome.
