Hi, As we tested, for Data Migration Tool - Repliation procedure21R1 - exist21R2 - NOTexist22R1 - NOT exist22R2 - exist (again) To be honest , we pretty confused with this Roadmap,so, can we use this feature in 22R2 , what if we Release Update to 23R1 , will it still be there?

Does anyone know how to solve this error?

Hi, we’d like to set up a PM Action in Apps 10 to fire the second Wednesday of every month.I haven’t found a way to do this yet.The options only seem to be fixed to only every x number of days/weeks/months.

Hi,  Some expense sheets cannot be authorized, and the error message is “Posting type TX8 is missing in Posting Control”. Though I understand that TX8 is used when posting expenses are done in foreign currency. Here the expenses are in local currency. Any idea why this error message would pop up?  Thank you very muchAurelia 

Is there an operator that can be used to find blank or null results in the Owner or Person field of a Task search? I am trying to create a search which just brings back tasks with NO ownerThanks I know in the Schedule Board there is an OOTB saved search which would replicate this, but can I recreate that on the Task search screen? Schedule Board screen: 

Just upgraded from 11.3 to 11.4 (and now to 11.5), and it looks like the built in images are not working in the portal. It looks like all images are still loading from the assystimages folder on the server, which we are trying to move away from. Have tried many things, including what looks to be a related KB article, but I have not had any luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

We are on UPD13 and we have some users that Recent Screens functionality doesn’t work and others it does work.  We have cleared browser cache with not success of solving the issue.  Any other ideas of what might be the issue.

I need to create a scheduled task in advance that will execute every 14 days at a certain time of the daye.g. creating a scheduled task on today 16/02/2023 that will execute every 14 days starting on 01/03/2023 so that the first execution will be 01/03/2023 and then the next execution should be 14 days after on the 15/03/2023Selected custom and entering SYSDATE+14 in the ExpressionEntered the Start Date as 01/03/2023 but on clicking calculate or saving the record the Next Execution is calculated as 02/03/2023 and the time is the same time as when the record is saved/last amended. Is there a better way to achieve what I require?It would be also be good if I could set the time as well.Thank you.

Hi all, We are trying to create a New Work Order using the ‘New Work’ function in MWO, select the third option.Then the WO will be created from the MWO Application.At IEE, upon creating a WO, we can RMB the header > Project Connection > Connect to Activity and enter the project connectivity.However, there is no option to connect the WO to a Project currently, from the MWO Application.We would like to know if there is any functionality in MWO App to create Project Connection for a new WO created from the App side.?(Connecting the WO created from MWO at IEE is not a feasible solution since we are running time reporting and material handling flows using MWO App and related cost lines are created for the WO. There after we can’t connect the WO to a Project receiving below error message.)

Can anyone confirm if the IFS MWO App Updates for Framework 10:18 onwards are compatible with the IFS Apps 10 Update 15? We are trying to work through issues we are having and wondered if the IFS Apps 10 Update Version could cause issues with the MWO Update version if they are so out of sync? Thanks 

Hi All,  We got an issue from a client saying that they need to check the deviation of production for the month of January 2023. So, we suggested to get the costing from ‘Shop Orders Costs’ window after running ‘Aggregate Shop Order Costs per Shop Order’ job.But the client is saying they are calculating the costing from Product Structure level and wants to know the difference of logic deviation between product structure costing and the shop order costing.App version: 8Thank you in advance.

I am trying to understand the reason why the duration time record is 0.80 when the start time and stop time are the same.Do you have any idea why the duration time on the last record does not subtract correctly from (start time - stop time) * Time Share?  Thanks,JL

Greetings, IFS community. There is a question I would like to ask about a crystal report.  The crystal report can be printed by some users with the bar code appearing (See Screenshot 1), while for others, only the numbers can be seen (See Screenshot 2). A supplier are reusing the same invoice numbers as a few years back on current invoices. IFS are picking these up as duplicates because of the number but they have a different invoice dates and amounts. Are there any settings that allow these invoices to be added to the account and them not to be recognised as duplicates?

Hi we encounter the following on V15.4SU3 when we create a new regular module we are able to add the node id field in the new and maint page but the node id is not displayed in the QBE and can’t be selected . Is it normal ?
