Hello,I have created an API package with a function to return specific data. When I call this function in my IAL, I am returned with error “table or view does not exist” Some things to note:I am using &AO.. Permissions have been granted Cache has been refreshed Function runs correctly in oracle Function works in Lobby element Function works in Quick report  Function returns one valueI am unsure of what would be causing this error. Any help is appreciated.

Hi  On Document Class Management there are Document Default Values that list “Create New Document Wizard”  as one of the options.Does anyone know how you create a new Wizard so some of the Description Fields can be filed in when a certain Doc Class file is attached.  ThanksMark

Has anyone used Credit card Interface (CCI) developed by IFS NA with Braintree sandbox? I would like to know the parameter relationship with CCI basic data. 

With the installation of the DME module, on the purchase part there is an option to require authorization for a purchase part when there is a requirement for a qualified supplier.We have tested the functionality and found that when an authorization template is entered, authorization is required on purchase requisition. However, we cannot find where to check/mark a supplier as qualified.This functionality exists for part manufacturers as well. The qualified checkbox for a manufacturer is located on the master part record under the “Part Manufacturer” tab.Does anyone know where this checkbox exists for a supplier?Thank you

Hi, I have question regarding Posting Type SP1 Tolerance Posting. Which scenario are creating posting line with SP1?  I have tested both Inventory part and Non inventory part within tolerance amount but the difference post has been posted as M-type, not SP1.   *We are using App 9*We have PO matchning on header/ref.level.*We are using Posting Proposal*Allow Tolerance check box is checked. Best regards,

Hello,Does the Shipment Pro Forma Invoice Operational report in IFS Cloud use currency? I’m seeing a currency value print out in the built-in IFS form, but no data is actually populating, only “USD”. I did a quick report SQL query to check that view and I’m not seeing any currency data populate in there either. A Shipment Pro Forma Invoice should have currency and totals, so I’m assuming there’s something I’m missing when building these or configuring these. The items have prices attached to them everywhere else except in this report.Any help or insight would be appreciatedThanks,Bryan

We have some instances where an installed item is removed before the PM SA is removed from the item. When I try to deactivate the SA, I this message:I am not allowed to alter the data in item_inst.pm_sa_person_id, as there are constraints on this field.The UPDATE statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "fk_item_inst_person_3". The conflict occurred in database "WLN_15", table "dbo.person", column 'person_id'.Is there an easy way around this?

Hi All, Can it be done? Internet search gives somewhat promising results, like:https://github.com/camunda/camunda-bpm-examples/tree/master/servicetask/soap-service But some of the requirements for that to work is having Camunda extensions:‘Connect’ and ‘Spin’. Are these ones available in this IFS-embedded version of Camunda? Or should it be done some other way?  

I found no documentation for what the selection of this flag does. Does anyone know? Does anyone have examples? Regards,

Hello!We have problem with traveltime in our PSO, many resources complain aboutpso planning to short travel between jobs. I have tried to find the travel in reports but havent get reports that show the diffrence. I have also tried to get the information from the database but no success. Do anyone have any solutions for this?

Hello,We are using IFS Applications 10.We wish for the Credit Block functionality (via "Credit Limit" value on Customer:Credit Info tab) to consider only our Customer AR Balance (Unpaid Invoices) and not the sum of Customer's AR Balance + Total Value of Open Orders (i.e., Backlog Orders) when performing credit checks during Customer Order processing.Is this possible?   Thanks for the help!

We are using IFSAPP10. A mistake was made when I created the company. The accounting year 2022 should have been defined has from 2021-05-01 to 2022-04-30 but was defined from 2022-05-01 to 2023-04-30.We have yet to make any transactions in this environment. How can I correct this?I have tried to change the year for each accounting period in the year but I get an error message:Where do I change the year opening period?How do I correct this mistake?

In IFS, is there a way to block orders from being released if they do not have commissions applied to them?  Thank you for your help!

We have a scenario that I am not sure how best to handle. Engineer creates work via MWO Service Engr App and Raises Purchase Requisition to replenish PartsEngineer completes Work and updates the Work Order to ‘Complete’ which updates the IEE WO Status to Work DoneEngineer keeps the Work Order on his device to receipt in the replenishment parts when they arriveIEE Users see Work Done Work Order and Process to Finished Engineer updates Work Order via MWO AppFailed Transaction generated as Engineer is now updating a Finished Work Order   How do the IEE Users know that the Engineer has selected to Keep the Work Order? The assignment shows complete, the Work Task and Work Order shows as work done? They need to be able to see when the Work Order is Kept on the Device so they do not attempt to update it in IEE before the engineer has selected to Return it from his MWO Device. Thanks,

Yesterday our F-secure antivirus flagged the file astea.mobile.service.dll as Malicious.Location: C:\Program Files\Alliance Mobile Edge\AsteaMobileEdgeServices\astea.mobile.services.dllThe file wasn’t changed since 29/6/22.when i uploaded the file to: virustotal 2 other antivirus flagged it as harmful.Did anyone else experience this issue?

We are sharing 1 PSO(TST) environment between  2 IFSCLOUD (CFG1 AND UAT1) 22R2However when we connect the second environment, first environment is down and vise versa.Both CFG1 AND UAT1 should be working in parallel however currently not working due to sync.We need to disconnect first system, as system sees PSO Account ID (xxxx) is already connected and does not allow second instance.We see in machine learning configuration PSO Account ID is same for 2 IFS Cloud CFG1/UAT1. In PSO parameters OpenIdAuthority is different for CFG AND UAT.Currently we are not able to find this documentation in ifsdocs ie  connecting 2 IFS cloud instances to 1 PSO instance and would appreciate any pointers, as we are aware there is standard need and many others have similar setups.
