We have found an issue when we create a Customer Order that originates from a Business Opportunity.When we change the quantity, it will add another line of discount and doubling it. Business Opportunity created for 2 units and converted into a Customer Order: Changed quantity to 3 units and get this pop up (the first 25% discount comes in automatic from the Customer Agreement?): Now line level shows 50% discount instead of the 25% mentioned in the agreement: When I right mouse on the line and go to Order Line Discount, I can see 2 lines now - 1 for agreement and 1 for manual? Doesn’t matter if we add and deduct the quantity, an additional line will be added? Is this a bug or a setup issue in the Customer Agreement?  Thanks,Michael

A user is attempting to update a purchase order with a change to one line (line 5). On using the RMB ‘Update Purchase Order’ on the Purchase Order Change Order screen he receives an errorDebug console shows that the error is thrown by this function in Change_Purchase_Order_Line_APIAs the error is thrown within Change_Purchase_Order_Line_API, is it finding a non-numeric in the line number or somewhere else?Thanks in advanceAndrew

Is there a single report that includes all Maintenance Events: Scheduled, Life Limit, AD/SB… showing last performed and next due maintenances in it? The closest I see is the Serial Maintenance, but I need to navigate from tab to tab to get a whole view and last performed maintenance is in a complete separated tab.I need also to see maintenance for the Serials installed, in case they have their own Maintenance Program. That is the customary way of presenting the maintenance report to Brazilian Authority and, in the need to see any detail, a filter is applied, not the contrary.

I have two parts on a customer agreement as follows:  Part Valid Price 1222 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 $1 1222 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2023 $2  If I create two orders today: Order 1 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222 $1 Order 2 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222. Shouldn’t $2 be the price?  Currently both orders are showing $1. 

We are testing 22R2 and we are running into a error when trying to add a charge line.You can add the line but as soon as you try to put the price in, it errors out.Any ideas on this?

Hi, I have a reference to the Technical drawing on my master part, using the “Technical Drawing” field in the main tab.I would like to display this drawing on the shop floor workbench. If they make this specific part, the drawing should be visible in the workbench. Does anyone know how?I can make attachments visible using Object connection transformations, but I can’t figure out how to do it for the technical drawing.The drawing itself is an attachment in the screen “technical drawing” Wouldn’t this one do the trick: Should I add more parameters?

Hi, we are using V15.4.02We have occasions when people change their names (marriage, divorce, other) and that means that their usernames change (because we have their name as part of their username).Is there any way we can change a username without having to create a completely new one?  Some users are connected to so many things that creating a new one is a major task.ThanksChris

Hi,I am trying to create a new company which will be the master company for consolidation. It it not allowing me to enable accounts for Currency Balance, the option is disabled. The customer would like to use Currency Revaluation, as per my understanding Accounts should be enabled for Currency balance to use currency revaluation. In IFS a sales quotation is created for a customer. This customer approves the sales quotation by sending a customer order via EDI.Is there a possibility in the incoming customer order that automatically recognizes that a sales quotation in status ‘Released’ exists for this customer / part no combination? Ideally we would connect the sales quotation line to the customer order line by choice.Anyone seen this requirement before?

Dear IFS Community,someone know how to import user companies with a migration job on IFS CLOUD ?I created migration jobs for users, user permsissons, user sites but no way to make a user companies import for 500 users.View name “COMPANIES_BY_USER” unavailable on migration jobs.I can’t make an import for user passwords also but I think it’s not possible unafortunately.It’s a mess to manage users because we can’t add a field. No way to search with user groups, personally I am forced to have an Excel file with additionnal information to search Identity “user1;user2;user3;user4;user5...” (and it’s not working if there is many users in the search.Thanks

Hi, What's the trick to get serials in this screen.  The part has valid serial numbers that have been shipped and or in stock.    Anyone have a VIM guide?  Like how does VIM work / Fleet Asset Management work. It’s not “uber” intuitive. 

We have several questions regarding the Service Department SLA clock.  Here is the scenario… An event is assigned to SVD A with a defined SVD SLA (not an internal SLA) with the appropriate Priority.  The SVD works the event for 1 day (the SVD SLA resolution time is 5 days) but needs to assign it to SVD B.  SVD B possesses the ticket for 6 days and re-assigns the ticket to SVD A.  Is the resolution SLA for SVD A in breach?  Also, does the SLA clock for SVD A stop when it is assigned to SVD B?  If so, does the SLA clock for SVD A restart upon re-assignment from SVD B, or does the SLA clock “pick up where it left off?” Thanks!

Increased use of FD get more frequent FD need to be removed.A FD cannot be obsoleted or deleted from the CS it was created.Today the FD are renamed starting by "OBSOLETED" which is not correct for end user in the GUI. Potential solution identified are :RSTAT2 the FD? Move the FD into an unused organisation? Any other solution?

How are folks processing customer credits for goods not physically returned.  Example damaged in shipping,  we want to give a credit.  Need to keep Quantities and average sell price calculations correct.

Hi, I experience an issue with the Sub Project Completion functionality. Maybe I am misunderstanding it or I am missing some settings, but I hope someone can help me clarify.  So this is the scenario: We use periodical capitalization for the revenue recognition of our projects. The Project Type = Capitalize Rev/Exp and the method = POC Income First.  Sometimes we carry out a preliminary assignment before we start the ‘main’ assignment. The cost and revenue of the preliminary assignment are registered in a separate Sub Project.  When the preliminary assignment is completed we want to capitalize all the cost and revenue in the separate Sub Project. After that is completed, we close and complete the Sub Project with the functionality Sub Project Completion.  So far so good… After a while the main assignment starts, and new costs and revenue are registered on the project. After the month is finished, we run the periodical capitalization of the project and here is the issue. What I expect i
