Hi,After 2 weeks after our go-live, we have already to reboot MW twice, because of all application messages stuck on “Release” status.Anybody have the same problem? We are IFS Cloud 22.2.2 Thank,Gianni

In Aurena’s search header, we have a field for “City” and “Name” in our Customer - CRM form page. I checked both fields and they are not custom fields.I noticed that when we add “City” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field will stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.When I add “Name” as a search field from the “More” drop down menu, the field does not stay in the header after I have logged out then back in.Is Aurena supposed to keep the user’s chosen fields in the search header after they have logged in and out (without using the saved search option)?

We are currently testing 15.4, and have an issue in the Web EMployee Portal. Every time we log on, we get the following error (3 times). The message pops up every 10 minutes (I assume from refreshing ). If I log on with the Employee Portal Browser (as Customizer), no errors are flagged: On the server we get this in the log:Here’s the query that fails. I think I may have found the issue. But how to fix this?  

I'm currently in the process of defining and creating out permission sets. For finance, I have a general functional set that grants read-only access to all projections downstream of the three “Financial%” navigator tree headings.When I checked the access to the "Month End Process" lobby in the IFS, I found that the "Depreciation Proposals" and "Overall Status" elements are broken (Assuming the former feeds the latter). I thought that clicking on these elements to navigate to their data and then using the debug menu to find the projection that is required for these elements would work, but in this case, the "DepreciationProposalsHandling" projection was already granted and the elements are still broken.Can anyone offer guidance on how to find out what projection is needed for these elements and for other IFS Created Lobby / Lobby elements?

Hello TeamI apply a certain Template ID to one item code per process and change status to “Active”, but when go back to check “Template-where used”, I can find nothing, and go to that item code’s control plan, the “Template ID” is empty as well. Is there any step being missed, or any other setting need to do? can someone help to pick up and have feedback. ThanksSusan  

I was trying to understand the differences between IFS Cloud (i.e. 22r2) custom attributes and Apps 10 custom fields. Mainly looking for details around Read Only attributes. I want to try to minimize the chance any new fields we make in 10 will be translatable to IFS Cloud.Yes, I looked in the docs.ifs.com site, in the technical docs, tailoring section. But I get 404’s when I get down to the details on attributes.Better yet would be a guide kind of like the word doc from Apps 8 or 9 era.

I added a new lookup field on the Team screen,  this lookup field is mapped to Person table in the backend. Now when i click on that lookup field, it shows only Person id from the Person table, but i want to show First Name, Last Name and other columns as well.  Where can i configure the columns to be displayed ?

Hi, Is it possible to create an unavailability pattern in FSM or PSO?We tried to look at calendar exception from the Person menu and in the PSO directly, but you can only create unavailabilities in a time interval. What we want is, for one unavailability, to create more of that same unavailability with the same duration and for each day of the week.For example, create an unavailability that always repeats from 9am to 12pm from Monday to Friday.Does anyone know if this is possible? Best regards

IFSAPPS9 - We have Trial Balances set-up with 3 levels of DLS in Report Generator:  And the Layout is as follows for each level:​​The output we get when exportind from Report Archive has an extra column titled ROW HEADER that we would like to eliminate but not certain how it is populated.  It is essentially the ID/Description of Level 3 DLS in it’s own column.   Anyone have any ideas?Thanks!

Is there a way in IFS Apps 10 EE to implement orders over 10K require CSC authorization?  How we have the system setup currently this an all or nothing (this is how we were instructed to setup) but looking to see if there is an update pushed that allows this functionality. Thank You

We have converted to IFS CLOUD, from IFS 9… Previously, we were able to edit a Customer invoice in Preliminary state, however we cannot figure out now, how to edit from the Manual customer invoices section of IFS Cloud…. There is no “edit” option in this screen, or in any of the “analysis” screens … Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

Hi, We would like technician not to received a notification every time their inventory is updated. So I have set MOE -10184 to false.Despite that, technician received a notification for each update. How can we prevent that ?  Thank you Laurence

Can we allow Project inventory requirement to be consumed from standard inventory in the absence of PMRP function?To elaborate more on this, when CO is connected with project (CO line demand code is ‘Project Inventory’) to reserve the line we need to transfer the inventory for project inventory.  Is there an automated way to perform this action without manual transfers?

Hi together,we are currently in an Upgrade Project to 22R2 and we want to migrate Notes.We found the topic Job migration of Business Opportunity - Note issue | IFS Community but when we enter the method BUSINESS_OPPORTUNITY_API.Write_Note_ in the Method List of the Mig Job we get the following error. So we checked the API in PL/SQL Developer and saw that the datatype for rowid_ is ROWID. Hi,We use App 9 and see a IP27 in a Instant Invoice postings with 0 amounts in Accounting Currency.But the Parallel currency rate on the voucher rows is same.Does anyone know why we see IP26/IP27?And is it recommended to use a Tax Account on IP26/IP27 Posting Types?Thanks 

Is anyone else having issues logging into the Customer Portal? I ran into the below error last week, reset my password and was good. I’m getting the same error, changed my password again and I still can’t log in. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks or so.  

Hi,I have created an import format using API to import data file, in which I have a unique Key (reason why I use API to ensure unique row).But in the data file, sometimes, a Date field doesn’t contain a Date but char, and causes error in the log file : “Execute Macro 'NewWithParams' failed.reason: Une erreur système s'est produite.
