Hello,Does anyone use Checks in IFS? We used to handle all of our checks in our previous ERP but when trying to incorporate them in IFS, we can print some off using the Laser Check printing operational report, but this report doesn’t handle Routing numbers, account numbers, etc, basically most of the fields that are important when dealing with checks. We are considering using Check Docs, but we wanted to see if anyone using IFS handled their checks differently. We’d like to find the best way to handle our checks, so if anyone has any input, that would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Bryan

Hi all,In IFS PM Action it is possible to set an accumulated condition (like running hours). When there are at least three values in IFS, IFS calculated the maintenance plan.My question is more related to when we have a lot of running hours registered, how does IFS calculate the maintenance plan? is there some documenation on this topic?How many registered hours are taken into account (all, latest 10 measurments, or latest 12 Month?) and is the maintenanc eplan always calculated lineair based on these values? I got a question of a customer who wants to know if there is a possibility to have seasonal calculation? so for example it is know that during the summer the runnig hours are less then in winter time. Can IFS take this into account within the calculation?Thanks! 

Hi,we would like to release documents of a certain document class automatically after the document is created so that it is passed in the arichvsystem. For this purpose I have created an event which executes a SQL script when a new record is created in the EDM_FILE_STORAGE_TAB table. This works for many documents, but for some the error "Document with status Operation In Progress cannot be approved:                    ORA-20105: DocIssue.APPROVECHECKEDOUT1" output.I then already put a break in the script and also attached the event to table EDM_FILE_TAB. All unfortunately without success.What am I doing wrong?Regards André

We are importing a bunch of new contracts due to a merger, and for the first time we have to import items without serial numbers on contracts. The products are not serialized, but we do have TAGs on all of them. We have tried to modify the customer_contract_maint-ccontrl_xref-Items template, but without luck.We have 1000+ items we need to get on contracts, and would very much like to not do it manually. Any tips?

We have just created a bunch of new SAs in Alliance, and if we try to create a private appointment we cannot use “Current location”. This is the first day they use the system. Is this possibly Node-related - all the users are set up with a new node

Hi,I noticed that after feel minutes without using IFS Cloud, I have an error (need to reconnect). It is like some kind of connection time out. Do you experience similar problem? Thanks, Gianni Neves 

Hello all,We are still in Apps9, and I’ve been tasked to look into Sales Campaigns. Is there a way to create a global (we have 12 different sites) that is valid for all customers, instead of having to do individual campaigns as a Customer Agreement/Deal per Part?Any suggestions, support, papers etc. would be welcomeThanks,Michael

Hi,In Alliance, for a service order, the first activity is defined as Primary Activity.Could you  explain the meaning/goal of this primary activity : Is it for technical view  ?Could you explain if there is a way to define which activity could be set as primary (unless with stop code)In a customer case, we have 2 activities, all of them have the same weight for functional perspective. Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi, What is the purpose served by the data in the tab Sub MS Receipts in MS L1 part?  How are the records created in this tab? the dates doesn’t have intervals either. pls can someone explain ? Thanks in advance !Yashodha 

We have a posting issue with Supplier Payment. It is trying to post with a code part B (department) anc C (product) defined while the account is blocked for part B anc C. Looking at the Repost Supplier Item, I do not see how I can remove the value in code for department and for product.IP1 is defined with code part A only. There is no definition for the department and/or the product. Why does IFS push code part B and C onto the Supplier Payment posting?Is the only solution to put “CAN” for code part B and C on the 2119 account?

Hello,I have been playing around with the formatting addition to 22R2. Are there any future enhancements planned for this? It would be benifitial if the following could be adde, Within the Condition show the columns in alphabetical order and include the ability to search for the required column. Include all the fields available in the view. Example being that in the Shop Orders view you cant added the start or finish date as an option. Include the ability to use != for all fields. Again within the shop order view you can say that the Status !=Released. You can only select a specific status. Is OR being added as a condition? Is there a way we can add in a comparison between fields. Example in the customer order lines I would like to say if the sales qty = delivered qty show GREEN. Can we have more colours added. Much more options in EE. Can we have the ability to re-order the priorities within the formatting options?Thanks,Jamie

 Hi, I tried to attach a document size 7 MB in MWO in a task but it says “size exceeds limit”, please suggest what can be done. 

In Cloud for Mobile Work Order... if a New Demand of Material arises for different site for the same Work Task, then there is no options to select different site in Mobile Work Order, if we select New Material Demand(Purchase Requestion) then by default it fetches the Work Task Site… is there an options to configure and add different site in Mobile Work Order ?

Hi IFS specialists,my colleagues have started to search parts using the Enterprise application search.But as result we get only part catalog, sales parts, supplier for purchase parts, but not inventory parts (what we would need).Does anyone know how to add inventory part in the search Domains?Thank you for any hint :-)Regards Martina 

How to remove "Show Hidden Item" option from Navigator - in IEEI have a requirement to hide some navigator items,  but after hiding still LTU user have the option to see the item with RMB  option “Show Hidden Item”,I want to remove this RMB option, does anybody knows how to do this please?

In our setup, we have 12 difference Sites (split per country) currently if I transfer to mobile and check “Pool Work Order” it goes out to all our engineers globally. And I don’t want someone in Americas to fly to Europe to do a service where we have an engineer within 1 hour drive.Is there a way we can split this up, so it only goes out to the engineers connected to XX site? And not out to all of them? Thank you,Michael

After cloning prod to test, then IFS PROD getting hang every day exactly at 8.30am cest. can u please help why its getting clash and hanging, after we restart mwsctl then IFS PROD is working again next day same time 8.30am cest again its hanging, wadaco component license error also coming every day, after we restart mwsctl then wadaco license working then again after 24hrs wadaco error coming. this started happened after we cloned the new test from prod. Please help on this issue.

If a vendor is both a supplier and a customer, such as an “Agent”, is there anywhere in Ifs which links the two together so you know which supplier record ties into which customer record?

Hello,I’m looking for a way to migrate the entire BPA that I created to another environment. There is a Download Workflow option if we go inside each version of the BPA but if we have multiple versions for the same BPA, I do not see an export option to do it as a whole. Is there a way we can export a BPA with all its versions in Cloud 22R2? Hi Experts,  One of our  customer has been updated to 23R1 SU2 in environment, and when logging in to MWO they are not seeing any tiles for processes.   They have given the all the required security grants,  What can be the issue for this. Hi,What is the correct process to follow when returning goods to demand site where internal direct delivery is made from supply site in same company.Example Site 1 takes external customer order and delivered through Site 2 with Int Purch Direct Supply code. Now the goods need to be returned to Site 1.The reason for asking the process is, if I try to create RMA on External Customer Order and try to return to demand site (Site 1), I get a cost bucket error.I found below process when goods retuning to Supply site..
