Hello , I need to prevent the creation of a new customer invoice if the customer is not approved .I tried to create a custom event to control that , But it does’t stop  the creation of a new customer invoice .I applied the custom event on CustomerOrderInvHead (LU) and INVOICE_TAB and here is the script of my event action : DECLARE lu_name_ VARCHAR2(1000) ; key_ref_  VARCHAR2(32000) ; result_ VARCHAR2(32000) ; --approval_status_ VARCHAR2(1000) ; BEGINlu_name_     := 'CustomerOrderInvHead'; key_ref_   := 'CUSTOMER_ID=&NEW:IDENTITY^'  ;                     result_ := approval_routing_api.is_approved(lu_name_,key_ref_);    IF (result_ = 'FALSE') THEN      Error_SYS.Record_General(lu_name_, 'APPROVAL_ROUTING: This invoice cannot be created. Hi All, We are trying to collect debug information for integrations and added trace messages using Log_SYS.Fnd_Trace_ However, ifs-trace node only appears like below when mentioning the ?odata-debug=json in the projection call which is authenticated with client credentials If the same call is made with an end user, then the ifs-trace contains the trace informationMy question is, how can we enable trace for integrations? Is there any projection which needs to be granted or is there any other way? /Damith

Hello All, I am testing the group consolidation functionality and I believe I have set up all of the basic data required.  When I try to Consolidate Balances from the Consolidation Status screen I am getting this error message  there is no place to enter the period of transaction.  I assumed that it would default from the period entered for the consolidation status. Has anyone seen this before?

 How to bring the events created by me from AssystNet to show in AssystWeb@All Events Logged By me ?Same Type of event, when logged from AssystWeb, its showing in All Events Logged By me but when logged from AssystNet, its not showing in AssystWeb @ All Events Logged By me.

Customer showed me that this window is populated very long (there are over 600000 rows). Because populating action is started automatically when user opens this window this makes a problem for him. Can We suggest sth for him?

Some alerts are for backoffice, some are for SAs. And some are for both. Any way to filter who gets them?Or do we use Alerts for SAs and Notes for backoffice?

I have set up my user as scheduling resources with access to mobile.  When I login to mobile with my user id/password, I get the following screen without the tiles. I tried to follow the troubleshooting guides in the tailoring guide and video training on Mobile access, and this issue is not mentioned anywhere.   Does anyone have a clue to help me out. 

How to enable/ disable “New Work Order”,  "Pool Work" and "Work to Prepare" tiles from home screen of in IFS cloud MWO maintenance  application? 

On the Document Management\Approvals screen in Aurena, we are trying to clean up the list of entries to show just the records with a null Approval Status...ie those that are waiting for an approval or a rejection. We can see these entries when the full screen is populated. But we cannot filter for null or not eq rejected or approved. Is there any way to do this filter? Our current version of IFS is  Thank you,Lorraine

Hello, I am curious if there is a setting to convert the calendar view of time from the 24hr to 12hr standard? We are running IFS Apps 10 (UPD 15).I did not see anything in the settings, but I was hoping this could be changed. Any guidance would be appreciated!

In an expense-capitalised project, all the costs have been transferred to project WIP in the project completion except the labour time. Any specific configuration/set-up required to capitalize the labour time reported?

The pictures below show the event/actions, as it is to prompt the user with “This part has an open Purchase Order: (Then list the order numbers)” if they modify the characteristics of a part with an open purchase order. However yesterday it was refusing to show the “&HAS_PO” field and only showed the text I had written out, now today it has flipped around and shows the exact opposite. We are in a situation where we have loads of contract templates (well over a hundred), and we wonder if there is a clever way to disable unwanted templates. As we cannot delete templates used, this would be very helpful

In an FSM Lobby element we need users to be able to utilize the FSM Scheduling Workbench link to go directly into PSO as they do from clicking the link in FSM. Have tried various link values for the Lobby data but keeps stopping at the PSO logon screen. Would someone please pass along the correct info for that link, assuming Custom URL and link details. Thanks 

Can we disable the option to search History for Work Order in the Histoy module on Mobile Edge 15.4.8.0 ?We don’t want our engineer to search on open orders other then for the own orders where they can check the history in the Site Details. Can we configure to remove “Work Order” from the selection list ?
