We would like to begin using the ABC Cycle Counting functionality in IFS and would like to better understand how to get started. We have already defined the perimeters for ABC Class and have a background job running monthly to update those values. I am curious how to dictate the count frequency per class and how the system generates the count list daily. Any help here is appreciated.All the best,Sarah

Hello, what’s the difference between the two modules Cash Flow Analysis vs. Cash Planning?My current understanding is that Cash Planning was introduced in IFS Cloud 21R1 and has the same functionalities then Cash Flow Analysis and is now (22R1) even better/improved. So, what’s the point in even using Cash Flow Analysis in IFS Cloud? Or in other words why do both still exist? Is it planned to remove Cash Flow Analysis ?  ThanksAlex

Hi All,We use UNSPCS classification standard for Part numbers. Accordingly, there are instances where the “Part No’ and ‘Node ID’ could have the same value. In such instance, when trying to connect the part to the node, it gives below error message.However, Node ID and Part No are two different things, where we are not trying to create another Node with same Node ID, it’s that we are trying to connect a part with same value for the node. This error is observed in App10 UPD9. Is this a bug? Is it corrected in any latest update? Thanks. 

Hi TeamWe have a report where the service order - resolution text is shown in the body of the report.Though the field is multi line, can grow is true, the field truncates the content of the resolve text.What should be done in this case?kindly suggest.

Please help with Outlook Calendar Sync from Outlook to IFS.We configured Outlook synchronization with IFS Cloud and it works in one way(IFS->Outlook), but it doesn’t work in other way (Outlook->IFS). In Apps10 and previous version I am able to import base64 decoded attachments with IFS Connect/SOAP together with the eInvoice XML by usage of tag “Attachments”.In IFS Cloud I recognized there is a Rest service ReceiveEinvoiceService in order to import eInvoices via REST. Basically it works fine, I am able to create the invoices via Postman. But, how can I import documents together with the eInvoice? The Rest API documentation says:If Invoice Image/Attachments are added (which is optional) to the message, ReceiveEinvoiceStructure, then the message needs to beprocessed in several steps in the follwing way:1. Call the Action ReceiveEinvoice with a parameter of type ReceiveEinvoiceStructure. A response is returned with an Identifier ofthe message (MessageId) and URLs (placeholders) to be able to upload Invoice Image and Invoice Attachments.2. Hi,does anyone exprerience with availability of Trip Tracker 9 for Android 12? It’s not available in Google Play on my smartphone.I’ve tried to use direct link (IFS Trip Tracker 9 – Aplikace na Google Play) copied from my desktop Google Play web page but on my smartphone it returns error that this application is not available for my device because it was created for older Android version.Are these versions compatible or will be this application prepared for this Android version?Daniel

Hi All,I have a customer who is looking for a way to make the application meet all combination rules before a combination is allowed to post? As an example these combination rules are defined in the systemAccount 7640 Branch 4011 Department 45 was allowed to be entered and posted and while that does meet combination rule 90, it does not meet the requirements of combination rules 1036 or1063. Is there a way to configure the system to validate all the available rules before allowing to enter an transaction. Thank You. Best Regards,prabha

I am currently working on integrating a Navigation Menu into the IFS MWO Service mobile app from IFS Cloud. While I've successfully added the menu using the Navigator Designer, I'm facing an issue where the links within the menu are not opening as expected upon clicking.Specifically, I'm trying to open both internal app views and external links within the app itself. However, neither of these actions seems to be working. Hi,I’m trying to reconcile the inventory value against the general ledger.I’m using the “Inventory Value per Period” page.Upon closer examination of the "In transit Qty" and how postings are carried out in the general ledger, I have come to suspect that we might have an incorrect setup?In the scenario of inventory transfers between different sites, I've noticed that the transactions do not completely clear account “1433-Stock movements”. Consequently, there remains a balance on this account which is not intended.Our accounting method employs the weighted average cost approach. It appears that when there's already a quantity of a particular item on a site, the system calculates a new weighted average cost prior to fully clearing the account 1433. How do we see the records in the invoice_attachment table?  I am getting “Query returning data types BLOB/CLOB is not supported.”  I just want to see the company and invoice_id for a specific company.  A previous post mentioned excluding the BLOB/CLOB fields, but not how do to that.  Can someone give me a specific example for excluding those types of fields?

Community,Trying to set up ZPL printer in IFS, and follow a poster to set up in Application Server Task, but I cannot see job type “PrintAgent” in Job type drop down list. question:why we cannot see this PrintAgent job type?  if we need to install Print Agent, where to install? IFS application server or end user client? should PrintAgent is mandatory? our company seems like never install PrintAgent before, we still can print report via network printer.Thank you.

Hello, I am looking for help on the Report In wizard in the Aurena interface (Apps10 UPD 15). Essentially, I am looking for a configuration section to allow items to be removed. I have not found any and I am unsure if you can or cannot modify this wizard. Ideally I would like to exclude the Customer Signature section, as our techs do not support external customers. Any guidance would be appreciated!  

Hi All,We are having a scenario where the Supplier is having 3 different bank accounts. The same has been added in Supplier Master > Payment Tab > Electronic Payment Addressess. And in that, one account we made as default. Now the Supplier is asking us to pay to the Bank account No 1 for the invoice number 1 and for the second invoice supplier is asking us to pay to the Bank account no 2 and for the third invoice, bank account no 3.How to pick the bank details based on the invoice wise. Is there any way to capture the details related to bank at invoice level or is there any connection available between Invoice & Supplier Bank details. Could anyone please help me.
