Unpublished Portal Screen Customization

Hi,

I have Unpublished Portal Screen Customization under Customizer manager and now the customizations are under DEV and lock by me as a employee.

I want to publish the customization again an need to login in as a contact with customization rights in Partner Portal, but i cannot publish or edit, because it is locked by me as employee.

How can i unlocked or change the locked by value to the contact_id.

HI Robin,

I agree this is a problem and R&D will take a look to prevent Employee Portal Customizers ability to unpublish Partner Portal customizations.

There are only two options at this point:

Employee Portal user can delete the customization but then a Partner Portal customizer will need to rebuild the customization.

You can modify Asteashare\<profile>\FileStoragePath\Customizations\Config\UIModule.config file to change the user account from the Employee Portal to the Partner Portal customizer for the affected DEV customization.
