Is there a way to remove suppliers from view so that they can no-longer be used but still retain the historical data in IFS?

You could expire the supplier in IFS. The expiry date is found in Purchase tab > Misc Supplier Info sub tab.
The expiration date only controls the creation of new transactions in IFS for the supplier. But the Supplier remains in IFS. WIll this help?
