Is it possible to create financial periods for all companies globally

@LakshmiMD not sure about Apps10, but in Cloud (23R1) this is possible:

The same functionality exist for 10 which @Marcel.Ausan posted with screen shot. Go to Create Accounting Periods window and select the companies.
