Hi,

Where is the Mobile Users setting (true/false) set in 23R1?

Do you mean controlling whether a given user is allowed to run mobile apps or not? This can be achieved from the Enable / Disable User commands in the Mobile App User Details screen as described here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/030_administration/040_native_apps/010_administration/060_mobile_user_details/#action_commands

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me.

In New Service Resource, you set a switch for Mobile User.

If you miss that step, I know you can change it, but I can’t find the screen.

In New Service Resource, you set a switch for Mobile User.

If you miss that step, I know you can change it, but I can’t find the screen.

@rfedorchuk I believe you can toggle that On from the Service Resource Details screen, in the Connections Tab. Can you try that please?
