We have very large orders that are set up to ship say freight then the customer needs a specific line shipped via air.  Does anyone know how to set this up without having to move the line to a new Customer Order? We could always update the ship via each time but afraid it may get missed moving back for the remainder of the order.  We are IFS Apps 10. Thanks, Donna

A beautiful good afternoon, I am currently trying to add a column from the receipt_Info view that seems to be somewhat customized. Usually I would use the “SQL Column” from the “System Info” Panel.But this one is not a regular term like “STATE” that can be used there but instead “&AO.[...]API.Decode(&AO.[...]API.[...](a list of parameters from the view)”.Can I integrate that column somehow into the information source and if so how?Best regards,Benny (Edit: typo)

Apologies for posting here – couldn’t find any other way to contact the appropriate team at Assyst! My company is interested in becoming an integration partner with IFS Assyst. We have a mutual customer who’s requested we implement an integration between our HR automation tool and Assyst, so they can trigger the automatic creation of service desk tickets. Hello all,I have a question about adding dosage information to the shop order.  As a lab technician, I create recipes that are being used in production. The dosage information is now stored in a separate excel file, just for the operators. I would like to add this info to the shop order. Is there a field in the inventory part or recipe structure that can be used for this data and that can be shown on the shop order?Thnx in advance.

Greetings, IFS Community. I have a report that works in IFS9 but generates this error below in IFS10. See screenshot below. It only generates when the report contains a bind variable in the SQL. If the bind variable is removed and the DISTINCT values are passed from the Business Segment, the report works correctly. See the Screenshot 2.- Fyi. I’ve set up new payment terms in IFS for 60 days from End of month. This appears to be calculating 60 days from invoice date and then pushing out to End of Month, anything dated in June is due on 31st August. Is it possible to calculate End of Month then 60 days, for example anything dated June would be due on 29th Aug (60days from 30th June)?

Hello all, When I try to export to excel my report I am getting the following error - what does this mean please ? 

We are using IFS10 Aurena.  Is it possible to duplicate a standard page, and then modify the new page to give us what we want to do with it?  We need to keep the standard page and have a modified version of the page for all users for a different purpose. We are not able to create a custom page as if we do this the entities on it are not editable.We are not able to do this using a different context of the page as users will require the standard page and the modified standard page. Any options on how to achieve this in our version would be appreciated. ThanksDarren

Hi.I would like to know if it’s possible to manage Safety Stock for inventory parts managed via DOP (IFS 10).I’ve tried it configuring the safety stock in Planning Data tab (Inventory Part window) but the MRP doesn’t have in account it to generate the requirements.If it is not possible via Safety Stock, Do I have another alternative?

HI, We would like to create a loop in a checklist. We can do it if the answer list is YES/NO (standard astea answer list) only. WE would like to create a new answer list, and based on the answer to add new lines of the loop. Is that something like that possible  in ASTEA V15.4 ?
