Hi, I have a user with a customer payment that was made in September.The user that wants to rollback the payment in October. I don’t know if this is by design or a bug. But since period 9 is closed we can’t post it there. But the application won’t allow us to post in period 10 either (“It’s not allowed to change voucher date when rollbacking the payment if the original period is open for user group”) and refers to period 9 as open even tho it’s closed. Any idea about this?     

Hi! Version of IFS Cloud 22R2.A fresh installed remote deployment has all components installed and active.But used Solutionset.yaml has many components in False state.Is it normal behavior? Because we’r having a lot of errors in SU updation process. I attached a ERROR_install log file. It was generated while we try to update from 22.2.3 to 22.2.4.  Maybe this two problems related?  

HI,One of our customer is in the process of implementing IFS MWO Service 10. While testing, we found that, if there are any new sales line created in the IFS Application against the Work Task, the line is not getting synced to Mobile app.  Version: App10 UPD 11 IEE, ServiceEngApp - 1.6. Any help in solving the above is much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Sivaganesh M    

Customer’s question:- When creating a DocRev ObjectConnection to a CustomerInfoContact you only have three, impractical fields in the selector. You also do not get any more search fields when clicking on "Find". Ideally you would see the Name, Forename, Company, etc. of the CustomerInfoContact.- The same is true for SupplierInfoContact.- SupplierShipment does not have a selector at all.- When creating a NCR ObjectConnection to a SupplierShipment, you also do not get any selector at all. Furthermore, if you enter a (valid) SupplierShipment Id manually, you receive an error message.Product Version: Apps 10 UPD16Business Impact: Connection between SupplierShipment and NCR is not possible (this is required for a process).Connection between Contacts and DocRevs is extremely difficult to impossible, since normal users can not simply access the GUID. This kind of connection will be standard and happen hundred of times daily, once we go live. My Question:I checked the same in Tech CMB Apps10 A

We have a single user who is getting an error every time he tries to print any client report.  The error details say the report contains hyper links but the EnableHyperLinks property has not been set for this report.  We have hundreds of other users printing the exact same reports without receiving this error.I’d rather figure out what’s causing this issue for him instead of having to edit every single client report.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?  

Does anyone know how to clear out this error? I’m trying to set up a new timeclock terminal and I am getting this error every time. 

Is it possible in finitely limited resources to firm/fix up shop orders and or operations so that APB plans around the firmed operations without moving the firmed/fixed ones? And if not, is there a workaround here

H IFS community I have an issue. We created an instant customer invoice, however the invoice is stuck in Printed status, we need it in PostedAuth status as it won´t show on Customer Ledger Open Items report. Please, does anybody know where the problem might be? Kind regards

Hello IFS Community,We have encountered an issue related to data losses during mWo App initialization, particularly when Work Orders contain attached pictures/Documents at the Task Step level. I have a couple of questions regarding this matter:Question 1: Could data losses happen due to the ‘Initialization’ NOT ‘Force Initialize’? Is it possible for the initialization to result in data loss, assuming there are no Failed Transaction in the queue but there could be pending transactions to Sync?Question 2: We have noticed that there are no warning messages or alerts when a user triggers the initialization or Force Initialize actions. This has led to some technicians mistakenly pressing these buttons. Are there any built-in solutions or settings within IFS that can activate warning messages or implement additional safeguards to prevent accidental initialization?Your insights and expertise on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Hi,Is there any mechanism to keep record of supplier evaluations?There is a field in Supplier/SRM Info that can store supplier rating, but is there any rating mechanism like a weighted factor to input the scores for each criteria of supplier evaluation?Is supplier audit a suitable tool for this? It keeps record of standards and business areas being audited and does not seem to be suitable for a long checklist. But even if so, is there any way to record the result of the evaluation for each area as a score so that a total score can be generated as supplier rating? Thanks in advance,

HI, Does anyone have knowledge regarding Complete Where Used I am looking for a simple return of all top-level parts in our inventory and a clear list of where the single part (e.g., part number 123123) is used within multiple sub-assemblies of several separate top level structures. Bypassing sub assemblies and only returning lists of top level parts.However, I am specifically interested in receiving this information in a tabular format, not as a hierarchical tree structure.

When using approval process in sales quotation in Cloud 22r2 we are getting the below error when trying to approve the approval step. This error occurs in any status of the sales quotation.

Does anyone have documentation of this functionality in terms of what data it copies from the customer template? I’ve looked on the IFS documentation website but I can't seem to find the details on it. 

Hello, I found that some of the invoices has multiple tax lines, even though there is only one tax_jurisdiction provided. In some of the invoices, duplicated tax lines are found and in some other wrong tax amount are found.This happens for invoices raised for Service Orders and Consolidated Contract types. Is there anything to check from my end that would help me to resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi All,  We are trying to get guest users on our AAD to access our AssystNet. However when we use the UPN which is formatted as “Firstname.Surname_<Third Party Domain>#EXT~@<Our Domain>.onmicrosoft.com” as the contact users login field beginning ad-. The user is receiving a SAML error.  Has anyone had any success in granting guest users access to their assystNet with AzureAD authentication?

Is is still possible to create data sources for lobbies from saved searches in IFS Cloud 23R1?I can’t seem to find an option to do this?

In some companies there are instances where when currency revaluation is executed there are no foregin currecy tranactions and therefor there will not be any gain or loss to post. In those situations if we try to create a currency revaluation and post an error will occur as “No Gain/Loss to post. But it is possible that foreign currency transactions may occur in the future. when this happens, Is the recommended approach not to create a currency revaluation record for that month?
