Hi Experts,

 

For PSO users, breaks are appearing in the PSO Workbench unexpectedly. However, in the cloud end, no breaks have been assigned to this user in terms of resource availability, nor have any task templates been designated.

How are these breaks being generated for this user, and what steps can be taken to remove them?

 

 

 

Can you share a screenshot of the resource’s shift on Monday? This looks like an explicit break sent from Cloud to PSO.

You can see that Break Exists=Yes. Just expand the line using the drop down symbol at the very left of the row.
