Hello Experts,

I've created a new scheduling dataset, but I'm facing an issue where resources are not being displayed in PSO WB. However, the resource is available, and shifts are also defined in audit files.
 

 

Even when I send a work task with location and resource demand lines, the activities are not displayed in PSO WB, although they can be seen in audits.

 



 

Could there be something missing in the configuration or setup that's causing this discrepancy? Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

 

 

My guess is that the shifts are missing. Did you generate on the Resource Details screen?

I have generated shifts for the above-mentioned resource and the shifts area also available in the audit file.

 

Can you also check if the location is sent in the audit? I see that it has a location ID for the resource and activity, do you see both of these location IDs in the Location tab in the audit?

Yes, both the locations are available in audit as well.

 

If it’s a new dataset, make sure you create a Group that matches the dataset ID…

...and associate this group to your user.
