Surveys for mWO Not Syncing to Devices

We are working on our Upgrade to Apps10 UPD9 (from Apps8). This post is related to mWO Service 10 - Aurena Native app and Mobile Surveys.We configured Surveys based on the very light documentation we were provided. Help Pages in Aurena don’t work, confirmed by IFS. If anyone has detailed documentation of any kind on this, it would be very much appreciated.The Survey and Workflow Config, as far as we can tell, is set up properly but reaching out for community input here, along with a formal, pending IFS support request. All Synchronized Entities syncs are up-to-date. I just filtered for anything with ‘Surv%’. Survey Configuration:The Survey is PublishedSurvey Workflow Type selected “Work Start”; this means the Survey should pop up when the user presses Start Work on the MWO. I did try other statuses for testing, but none of them worked and ultimately this is what we need.The Work Task Assignment in the mWO App is in ‘Work Started’ status. IFS 10 Override / Overtake Text Translations possible?

Hi!In version 10 is it possible to Override / Overtake a translation of an object that was created and translated in a lower layer? e.g., I want my Customization to change the name of an Navigator entry that was created in Core layer.The only way I could do that was changing the Core translation entry (in Text Translations screen) and exporting and then updating the core .trs file. Not a good practice as I will mess with the Core files and make the Coreupdates harder to be managed.Would it be possible to do that only using Cust layer (kind of overriding/overtaking the Core translation)? If yes, how? Regards!

Open customization fields in Aurena

Hello,When stepping over from IEE to Aurena we encounter the issue that there are customization fields in the tables of IFS. We recognize those as having a prefix of C_. For example in CUSTOMER_ORDER_TAB a customization was made to hold C_CHECKMARK.The field is maintainable in the Customer Order Misc Order Info tab in IEE. Nice.Now we want to move over to Aurena. The field is not part of the standard fields. Any idea how we can include the fields on an Aurena tab in the Customer Order.Hope that we don't need a custom field as that would remove all history as well, I would say.Regards,Steve

Over Tolerance - Purchase Group vs Over Delivery

Over receipt of PO lines can be controlled at 2 levels of the Purchase Part ‘Over Tolerance% filed at the Purchase Group or ‘Over Delivery’ section highlighted below. Either of those is enough in the setup or are the both needed, say, when I need to control over receipt of PO lines? Does one of them override the other? I am asking because I tried with both the setups to receive several PO lines, the behavior is not consistent. Any confirmation from an IFS Supply Chain expert will be nice.

AD login affected by inelegant exit from Astea 14.5

We are using AD login in our V14.5 Alliance (14.0.0.24), which works well generally except if you get kicked out on a timeout or suchlike. Then when you login again, instead of just logging in, it asks for your full username and password again. If I just click in any field and press “Esc”, it will close it down again and next time when I login, it goes in right away.Is there any way to stop this behaviour so that the login page resets properly, as it does when you exit the right way, even when you get kicked out? So that regardless, every time you try to login, the AD will work properly? Thanks.

Error: "Mrp process cancelled due to critical error. Please see error log. ORA-20105: MrpProcess.MRPSTOPERROR"

I was trying to create MRP (Perform Site MRP) and this is the error text mentioned in the background job.Environment: APP10 Regional TEST CMB I tried the same in APP10 TECH CMB as well. But received the same error twice.Does this happen because of an issue with the Customer Order? Any thoughts/suggestions on how to resolve this/ complete MRP would be highly appreciated. (There is a similar question for “Perform Project MRP” which is posted 11 months ago but with no answer.)

Allocation of Account Balances

Is there a way of reallocating the balance of the account, not just the transactions.To continue with an example:Account 10201A will have multiple transaction, and at the end of the month will be at a debit or credit position, depending on this position; I would like it to allocate the balance to account 10201A or account 10202B. (Automatic Posting rules will reallocate each individual transaction, and it is required to reallocate a balance of the account )

Custom Column Base Profile Issue

Hello all, I have created several custom columns on Shop Floor Workbench. I have added them to the Base Profile and restarted the IFS sessions. However, I am finding that the columns are still not visible and oriented the way they were on the Base Profile. This behavior appears to be different for custom fields. When I create a custom field and apply it to the Base Profile, it is immediately visible to users after they restart their sessions. With custom columns, users have to RMB and select Column Chooser, then make the column visible. This becomes problematic because I have Shop Floor terminals where I prevent users from having these permissions. I was hoping to be able to simply use the Base Profile to make these new columns visible. I am not sure if I am incorrectly using the Base Profile to set these up or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Attachments in Case can't be downloaded in Chrome when Aurena Agent is enabled

Hi,We found a problem when adding attachments in web browser Chrome and extension Aurena Agent is enabled. The documents can be added but not downloaded and viewed. This error seems to be related to Aurena Agent. As a workaround we can suggest to disable and enable the Aurena agent extension from chrome. Once you have done that step, You won't get the issue again. But you will also get the issue when re-login to the system. Thanks & Best Regards,Nipun

Sort teams on FSM schedule board

Dear all, is there any possibility to define a sequence / sorting order for teams based on which to display them on the schedule board? It seams that currently teams are always sorted in an alphabetical order on the schedule board and that this can’t be changed or handled differently. Of course there would be the workaround to just include a sorting number / alphabetical character into the team ID but I’m searching for a more flexible / user friendly solution. regards,Thomas

Invalid authorizer due to setting in window Authorization Combination Rules

We have created a po with 6 ‘no part’ lines. 3 of the lines are coded to project 6120 and the other 3 lines are coded to project 4547. The Purchase Authorization Routing template that was selected is connection to Purchase Order Authorization Rule 100-4111 which has the ‘Apply Regardless of Project’ flag checked off. The po was acknowledged, approved, release and received in full The manual supplier invoice was received and entered to match at PO Header, so only one invoice line was entered. The posting proposal was created and the po matching was done for each of the 6 po lines automatically, no lines were ‘modified manually’. The Status Detail Info is “Posting proposal is in balance and awaiting authorization”The Authorize tab shows the Approval Rule Source is Purchase and the Approval Rule is 100-4111 as above, however, the lines that were coded to Project 6120 are all showing the following error:The code part combination on posting line with row id 1 is invalid for authorizer
