I am trying to display the “Remaining Wage Hours” that displays at the bottom of the Time Registration IFS Screen:I could not find an API, procedure or column that stores/gets the Remaining Wage Hours.Is there a calculation or a way to grab that information?

Hi,I was wondering.Our internal IT wants to disable Internet Explorer on all devices.Astea is still using Internet Explorer.Would it work if we list all the Astea URL's and force them to open in Edge using IE mode?Or will this cause issues in the Astea Browser?

Currently our companies are configured so that the invoices inherit the purchase authorization routing when they are matched to a PO.  If there is a discrepancy on a payables invoice that is greater than the invoice tolerance, the invoice will require reauthorization by the purchaser again.  If the invoice matches the po, no additional authorization is required.  This works great except when a purchase authorizer leaves or changes responsibilities.What we’re seeing is when a user who authorized a po is no longer an authorizer, the invoice authorization cannot be inherited and as a result the invoice will get Assigning rule ID 9000 which has no code part restrictions.Is there something specific that we should be doing when a purchase authorizer is no longer a purchase authorizer?Is anyone seeing issues with Invoice Authorizations when purchase authorizer no longer exists?

First test I do after upgrade to 15.3.0.4 is opening Customer Support Order module. I have lost all my personal views and favorites but I lost also the Organizational Views. Can I recover the Organizational Views ? Will we lose all setting on every upgrade ?

Hi Community,we are working with Apps 10 Upd. 11 and want to print a label with Part_no and Description, but on Inventory part barcode label (INVENTORY_PART_BARCODE_REP / InventoryPartBarcodeRep) there is no Part Description.But on Inventory Part Barcode Analysis it is visible.Any proposals for a fix without modification?And does anyone print a simple picture of the part on the labels? Hello.Could you help me to answer our Customer’s question:………….we are using Transportation task to move stock from between companies/sites. however, although on the finance side this works fine for us on the inventory side it doesn't work well. mainly because Transport task only is to move material thats in inventory. what we need is to be able to see intercompany stock requirement and schedule production (MRP to see the demand) and then ship it to the other company using the Transport task.We tried using Distribution order but only issue is that Distribution order only allows us to schedule one material per Distribution Order. Also in a DO we have to create AR and AP invoices and payments althought all these transactions are intercompany.  ………...

Hi I am looking to add a custom field to the customer tab on representative 360.  Specifically looking to add the Cust_Grp from the Customer > Order > General Tab. pl/sql for the CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_API.Get_Cust_Grp  requires customer_no. On the rep 360 page the customer_no is actually Customer_id. The expression i have written doesnt give errors, approves, publishes and synchonrises.  After reloading configuration in the rep 360 window the custom field doesnt appear in column chooser. help please. 

Hi,We have discovered a mistake on an periodic voucher that was entered in December 2021. The expense should be period allocated from 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2022, so three periods (Jan/Feb/Mar) have been posted to wrong expense account. Still there are 9 X vouchers remaining with incorrect expense account.Appreciate if anyone could advise what is the best way to fix this issue.Best regards,Roshan.

Dear All, Can somebody provide more information on Pricing using Customer Hierarchy?I have a customer A that is connected to Customer B in a Hierarchy (A is below B). Customer A has no pricelist/customer price group attached. Customer B is attached to a Customer price Group. When making a Sales Quotation for Customer B, the system takes the right Pricelist as Pricesource.But when I try to make a SQ for Customer A, the pricesource is directly to the Sales Part. But according to my understanding, because A belongs to B in the Hierarchy, it should be possible to use the price lists attached to customer B. Is there another setting we have to set? Or do I misinterpret the online documentation? Hi experts,One of our customers has an issue of Request Contacts getting copied to connected tasks in doubles.This happens only when adding a New contact under the 'Contacts' tab of 'Request' screen by using the 'New' button. Issue doesn't occur when adding a contact by using the 'Select' button. Issue occurs in both custom screens and in the baseline screens of customer’s environment. There are no relevant Business Rules or Client Scripts to be found. “Watch All” doesn’t trigger anything. Couldn’t find anything related to this by manually going through all rules and scripts. Server logs indicate 2 entries that have inserted same contact to task_contact. When TASK_CONTACT_COPY app param is set to N, duplication does not occur; only one entry is copied. (But Contacts added using Select button doesn’t get copied to the Task, as expected). Requesting your expert ideas on what could be the root cause for this.Dulshan
