The above code modification compiles and is technically correct but my IFS Connect flow doesn’t run thereafter.Commenting out this inclusion will make it work again.

Hello,One of our customers have reported that their ifsdump.cmd does not work correctly as it does not pick the needed log files when creating the .zip. I have compared the .cmd file with a file in a core environment and both look identical. Any idea on what could be the reason behind this?

Hi We using IFS 10 upd 6, installed 2013 Visual studio, installed Toolkit also, while opening IFS form getting this dll error.  

Could someone explain how the tolerance is calculated on a Posting Proposal and how it is being finally posted? Does it consider both % and Amount defined in the company/supplier level? Reason for the clarification: A customer requested a lobby to reflect the number of PO matched invoices that have the PPV within tolerance and the PO matched invoices that have the PPV outside tolerance.

Hi Community,When we use Output> Excel option is IFS, the dates after 2029 appear as 19## is excel.For example is date is 03-Jun-30 This is exported as 03-06-1930 in excel.If I change my Regional Setting in PC to DD/MM/YYYY, this issue does not occur.This is very strange - Why it only occurs for dates 2029?Is this something to be reported to IFS?ThanksGayan

HelloWe have a problem with printing labels from the printer Citizen cl-s521. When the print is started via the print agent, the label is physically printed on the printer without any problem. The printer is mapped to the server and the process takes place over the network (the printer has an IP address). When we print via USB on the same printer, the printout appears in the print queue locally on the workstation, but the printer does not actually print it. Any ideas? 

Hello all,  Is it possible to add a custom button to the Shop Floor Workbench? I have IFS Developer and some developing experience in Java, .Net and the like. I am just curious if this can be done as I was not able to find anything in the technical documentation on whether or not this was possible.  As always, thanks for the help! Eli

Hello, Since March 10, 2022 our IFS 8 Prod environment has been crashing about every hour.We have not been able to identify any changes to our database, firewalls, servers, scheduled tasks, integrations, IFS front end configurations, hostingTo get it back up, we log onto middleware server > instance > bin > stop all services then start all services. It stays online for a bit, then crashes again.Best guess is that it seems to be connected to the # of users that login.  Relevant details:The Database does not go down during the crash During/after a crash before we start all servers again, the ‘check server status’ script shows severs are up even though no one can access It stays up over the weekend or during night shifts significantly fewer users doing less types of tasks during these times only confirming production, moving inventory, and quality control plans Integrations & major functionality Radley EDI, Radley data collection, TrueCommerce EDI CBS, demand planner  What

We had 2 users that were accidentally making changes to the same screen (installed items).  We are now stuck where neither user can publish or delete their customization.  As we have 3 other pilot environments without this issue, is there a way to copy over existing files that are customizer related and replace the problematic ones?

Hi! We implemented IFS apps 10 in my company just over a year ago. We still have many problems but one of the biggest is the system is constantly asking us to buy things we know we don’t need. (Garbage in garbage out of course!) My specific question is, ‘What is MRP Planned demand’. In the I P A P screen, it’s easy to understand why something is needed when the demand object is a shop order, or a customer order… But it’s baffling to continually see MRP planned demand. Especially when we know it’s not real demand. What does this mean?

Hi,We are currently using FSM6U13, and integration with PSO.At the moment, we are experiencing some slowness issues with the dataset. We have only one dataset at the moment, with approx. 500 resources, and approx. 10000 tasks at the moment. When loading the dataset in the Gantt-view, it may take up to 1 minute before it has finished loading.Furthermore, when loading the resource screen, it takes forever before the screen is loaded. The last issue is when updating the Rota, and another user is updating the rota at the same time, all the changes made has been deleted. This screen is also not very responsive.So, the question is really, is it best practice for us to have only one dataset, or should it be more beneficial to have several datasets? I read in the Community that you shouldn’t have too many datasets, so I am wondering if that may not be the best solution for us.When we ran the same operations in FSM5.7, there were no slowness issues like this in PSO.

Hi, Is it possible to integrate EDI PRICAT message in this IFS function for :1. an existing supplier in IFS and an existing item in IFS 2. an existing supplier in IFS and a non existing item in IFSFor the second case,  is it possible to create the item in IFS (Item, Item-site….) automatically. Best regards

Hello,I’m hoping someone had had this issue before. An Advanced Invoice for a customer was created incorrectly. It was credited (RMB in the header --> Create Credit Invoice) and a new Advanced Invoice generated.The original debit and credit invoices and CUPIA  are still open on the customer account in addition to the entries for the new Advanced Invoice. Will the original debit and credit invoices and CUPIA offset automatically when the final invoice is created? Is there anyway to offset them before that so that only the entries from the new Advanced Invoice remain open on the account? We  tried a Mixed Payment but get this message:

Is there any way to Include in Compatibility Application Type  any projection from IEE.I don’t have an access for API Explorer in APP10 UPD6. This one is from APP10 UPD11 Here I am getting API Explorer but in APP10 UPD6 we don’t have that.I think there is any option to do this projection enabling from IEE.Is there anyway to do this from IFS Enterprise Explorer? Thanks

Afternoon, we are using IFS APPs 10 and are creating new parts number for an existing paint system but wanted to know the cleanest way to transfer the existing material on stock from the old part number to the new part number while keeping traceability?the reason for the change in part number is because we need to use a different unit of measure, as we purchase a product in Litres which is sold in KG, convert into Litres and receive the stock, operators have to mix the product by weight (KG) and then issue in Litres. This can become very confusing and cause stock accuracy discrepancies.regardsJamie 

I am struggling to filter out Equipment Objects for mwo Maintenance 10 v1.6 Anytime I put a permission set filter for that entity and apply it to the ObjectInformation Activity I get sync errors.  Even a simple filter of 1=2 gives me errors.   Anyone been able to successfully use a permission set filter on this entity? 

Hi, how does one capture price breaks on a Supplier Agreement? It seems they can only be captured on a Supplier for Purchase Part record, on the price list tab. Given that Supplier Agreements sit on top of SFPP in terms of hierarchy if a part is included on an SA then anything on the SFPP is superseded.
