Where is the data stored for Setup IFS Connect Mail Sender parameters? Is there a specific database table object? I need to edit the host after we run our Replication to our DEV environment otherwise it starts emailing dupilcate statements to customers before I can get the DEV IEE apps configured properly.  

Hello,  Has anyone used position roles for purchase requisition authorizations?I have set up purchase requisition authorization using positions and when I try to authorize from the left side I get the following message.“The authorization limit on the last step in the routing template is less than the purchase requistion amount”the PREQ amount is 709606.04the last authorizer in my template has an authoriation amount of 99999999999999.00But I can approve the same step, if I select the purchase requistion line from the right sideI have to authorize/acknowledge each purchase requistion line in the right side of the window. This only happens with a postion structure. anyone has this problem or know the reason for this?

Hi,When I do the final year end , I have this message “balance for assets at liabilities must be equal to zero”.I ve checked  :some accounts  don’t have  the “currency balance “ tickedto correct what must i do?Put all assets at liabilities accounts  with “currency balance “ticked in first, and correct by manual voucher?thanks a lot   

Hello all! I’ve recently taken over as admin of our IFS system, and have been tasked with getting the TouchApps working. We already have some installed to the system from  a couple of years ago, and I’d like to get the rest of the them but i keep running into a brick wall.I’ve found a lot of the documentation provided by IFS and by the team that installed the TAP server and connected it, but i seem to be missing where to find the rest of the apps zip files to get the required .dll I’ve looked on the different servers, but can only find the zip files for the apps that are already installed. I’ve opened a support ticket and am in the que, but any additional assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!Doug

Hi!According to information from Swedish SCB it will be mandatory to report Intrastat including “Opponent Tax Id”  and also the NOTC number should be a 2 digit number.2 questions based on - IFS Version 10 Update 10:I can see that Opponent Tax Id is collected when generating the Intrastat, but how can we generate a file that includes the dimension “Opponent Tax Id” (without using Output channel). I get a 1 digit NOTC number? As I understand it should be a 2 digit number.Does anyone know anything about this topic?\Mats 

We have an External File Transaction with state TransferError but seems all header and detail data has fetched to ext_file_trans_tab correctly. The HEAD record has the error The Closing Balance is incorrect and I have compared this record with a transfered transaction HEAD record and seems the data has fetched to the table correctly. But I noticed that there is no record in bank_statement_tab for this transaction which is used to fetch final_closing_balance_.I really appreciate if anyone can give a suggestion or an idea to solve this issue.

Community, borrow your brain here. we would like customer order line with package part, not be involved in the planning, so we need to uncheck “Release for Mtrl Planning” this box on customer order line, but system prompt the error. it said cannot be updated for package parts.how to make this happen? Thank you.

Hi allafter having this error message “This Add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator”, I was no longer able to open my IFS BR Reports created.I uninstalled IFS BR 21.2.0.0 (installed before with the MSI) … and I installed again IFS BR .. but I always have the same issue.I follow the topics named “IFS BR issue with Office 365”.I have installed IFS BR as administrator but I always have the same message : Operation Cancelled (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80004004 (E_ABORT)it’s very strange because 1 hour before it’s running well, but after a Microsoft Crash, … I have this issue.Please contact me asap I really must use IFS BR and reports for an important presentation this week./RegardsERIC

But for the following site it didnt come and now its not updatable. As it is Production database and has lot of site data i cannot delete it and create again. How to solve this issue.  

Hi All,Users are not able to create a Customer Order from the Work Order RMB option  The Customer Order is typically used to send free warranty replacement parts to the Customer. See a sample work order in the screenshot , the customer handling option (RMB) is not available. Customer is connected to the WO but the option is not available. Hi All, In Prepare Work Order, we have set work order header "Status" to value "Reported" , but we can see that in the tab "Work Taks" the Status is "Work Done".  Please let me know whether we can  pass the "Work Order" to "reported" if any of the work tasks are not in the "reported" state. I think at least one work task should be in ‘reported’ status, to change the value to ‘Reported in header level. Hello all!  Sometime, some operations is sub-contract in our shop order, because we have no capacity. A purchase requisition will be created automatically When ‘Ship WIP to suppliers’. Then buyer release PR and ‘requisition to order’. But sometime, after done these actions, the planner find we have capacity to manufacture this operation in our workshop, don’t need sub-contract this time. Then planner user reverse WIP shipment. Then delete this operation. At the same time, the related purchase order is canceled also. But buyer don’t want planner have right to cancel purchase order line, because buyer need confirm the PO status with supplier first. Maybe the supplier has finish the production, the PO line can not be canceled.My question is, how to forbidden planner user cancel PO line when he delete the sub-contract operation? The system just delete this operation. Don’t do anything on related purchase order line. The planner need inform buyer and then buyer do the action ‘cancel PO line

The TouchApps server itself is set up and works for other instances. I’m deploying it for another instance.First, I ran the “PrepareTAS.sql” job. It ran with no errors. I checked that the user accounts and table spaces were set up.Then, I ran the “IFS Touch Apps Server Installation Package 1.15.1.672”.  Hi I added the below Fixed Asset objects which are all in Active status with the Book, Depreciation Method, Acquisition Date and Valid from Date values defined.When I attempt to run the Depreciation Proposal these Objects are not selected.In creating the Objects and getting them into an Active status I didn’t Import the objects but used a series of Manual Supplier Invoices (IFS Help) to get the objects into IFS and not the Voucher entry screen.These invoices were Non - PO and for each I received the message ‘Fixed Assets will be updated when updating the GL.It doesn’t appear that any A type vouchers were generated by using this process and I’ve also noticed that in the Accounting Transactions Analysis screen that the Posting Control FAP0 was executed for each of the objects.Any thoughts/information on where I went wrong in this process and why ultimately these objects are not being picked up in the Depreciation Proposal would be appreciated.Thank you Accounting Transactions Analysis

Hi all,is it possible to fetch the value from any text field in IFS with the PL/SQL developer?Not the value from data base: Because I need an event which prevents to enter more than 35 characters in the address line 2 field.My idea is: count all entered characters in a field. If > 35 then do not save and error message in IFS. Thank you
