Hi,This question is related to an APPS 10 UPD10 environment and for SEPA format file.Let’s say you have 3 expense sheets for the same employee.You authorize the 3 expense sheets and transfer them for payment.The created file will have 3 bank transfers, one for each expense sheet.We would like to have only 1 bank transfer, grouping the 3 amounts.Is that possible in some way ?Thanks !

Hi all.I’m in a situation that there is a failed transaction that has been deleted and the user can do nothing with the work task assignment that remains in work started.The mobile user already initialized the app but the work task does not appear anymore and no one can change the assignment status even in IEE or in Aurena. How may I resolve this situation? Trying to change the status in IEE or Aurena with the same user got the message: “not allowed to change status when the work Assignment is downloaded to a mobile device” Apps 10 UPD8Mobile is mWorkOrder 4.8Tks for attention.

We have noticed that the Notify me functionality creates A LOT of background jobs. Since some of the background jobs takes minutes to execute it causes delays of other background jobs - to the extent that nightly jobs are running one day too late.  Workaround for now: Remove all background jobs regarding Notify me and disable the events with a description starting with Notify Me.  However, if we want to start using the Notify Me app we can’t use it in the current state.  Observations: Notify Me - Register Supplier Invoice notifications. - sometimes takes 5 minutesNotify Me - Refresh Markdowns for Supplier Invoice. - sometimes takes 10 minutes We don’t have a lot of invoices but still these background jobs cause hours of delays in the Default background queue.  Request 1: Will IFS tune the performance of the mentioned background jobs? With the current performance I can’t understand how any customer can use it. Request 2: Please advise, is it possible to have the notify me events running

Documentation says that Standard Task Materials can be Inventory or Purchase Parts. However, when trying to raise new Request with Purchase Part the service raises the error : The part no CM-P-01 is not an inventory partThe mentioned part is setup as Purchase Part only and connected to Standard Task, which is associated to the Service. Do we think this could be bug or could there be anything missing in the setup? Setup  

I have set up a shipment using a customer order for 1000 units. I need to send this to the customer by three stages; 300 units on date x, 300 units on date y and the remaining on date z. Although I have reserved and picked the goods, and completed the shipment,  I don’t see an option to deliver the goods on different dates. 

How do you grant permission for conditional formatting to a user? Is it part of FND_ENDUSER permission set? 

Hi all,App10 upd11.Issue is that when creating a site for a company it allows the save on the site header but when going down to enter extended site info. On the line save it throws up this error for IPR = Inventory Planning and Replenishment. I have recreated the issue in the other 2 environments.The company was created from the source company but not under IFSAPP. Instead a user had created it. Thought this would be the issue so recreated the company under IFSAPP and yet the error still appears.Its not being caused by a customisation so i can only think the SOURCE COMPANY copy is not set up correctly or there is a misconfiguration. The source company does not use IPR anyway.Any ideas, would be appreciated.

HiThe customer asked me what the Tax ID Type is good for? I cannot find the logic behind this Field. Some time i can enter a Tax ID Number without the Tax ID Type and somethimes i must enter the tax id type. What is the field good for and whats the impact on the system? Best RegardsSophal

Hi,In cloud21r2 I am creating serial objects based on a customer order for a sales part with Create SM object checked.In addition to the customer order line I am adding a charge line for freight connected to the customer order line. But when I deliver the object and the serial object is created, the acquisition cost is only the sale price on the customer order line and does not include the charge.Does anyone know if charges can be added to objects cost?Thanks

Hi,We use 21R2 on IFS Cloud and try to connect to IFS from business reporter. I installed Business reporter excel add on. When I  imput IFS URL, I have message : client not found.I add IAM user and configure br system parameters.I searched on IFS documenattion but I didn’t find a solution.Is it mandatory to install and  use business reporter server ? If somebody can help me. Regards, Christophe

Hi, How does our customers that have chosen IFS Cloud set up Azure AD SSO? Specifically what values are needed in the app registration? Below is what is used in IFS10. Is there any difference for IFS Cloud? I assume only web for IFS Cloud since IEE is gone Also where do we configure this in IFS on our side since we don't have the admin console any more? We can’t find any specific config for SSO in the yaml file. /Jacob
