I cannot get a 3of9 barcode font to print from our Apps10 Test environment. We copied a Crystal report from our Production environment to our Test Env. We also copied the 3of9 barcode font from our Production environment to our Test Env. We use Windows Server 2019.Has anyone seen this issue before?

I want to add a new column to the following window next to “Source Information” as “Description” where the description of the part number I add in “Source Information” column must display  in the new column.   The part number and description is available in Inventory part window.   

Good day PSO was set up with a few different datasets. All necessary sections were setup under theses datasets (rules, resources, rotas, scheduling templates etc.). Suddenly, all scheduling datasets have changed to “Expired” status for no reason that I can see. Normally I would be able to change an Expired dataset back to active, but in this case cannot change anything. Any idea how to address this issue, before the expired datasets get removed by PSO for being inactive?

Is there any way to set status 'Tentative' to a Routing whose status is 'Cancelled'?We have Routings whose status are 'Cancelled'. We'd like set them to 'Tentative' status for some reason.Is there any way to do it?(This is a case that a status before “cancelled” is “Plannable”. A few years ago, IFS (A&D) embarked on building up an aircraft configuration manager application that was intended to work  to help keep operators up to date with manufacturer IPC changes (among other things).  I do not see it in the product catalog (partner portal) yet.  Is there more information available for it somewhere?

HI, we encounter some issue with the Astea workflow task executor sevice on V15.1H10 since one week . The service is UP but the API generated trhough process flow are not processed and stay in “queue”. We have to start the service again.  i don’t find any error or relevant messages for that. Have you already exeprience this ? we have several servers on production environment, could i make this service up on several servers as today it is working only on onethanks for your feedbackChristophe

Hi I have a lot of transactions haging on the Received Not Yet invoiced account.We have received some small shipments for free.We have received more goods than ordered and will not get an invoice for that. I all other ERP-systems I have worked with there was a functionality to clean out this account by marking the purchase orders and move the balance to the order to the P&L (price deviation account).Is there a similar function in IFS Søren

I wish to use IP aliases on my server, and only bind to a specific one.Currently IFS binds to 0.0.0.0:PORT, is there a way to configure binding to IP:Port (ideally from resolving a hostname, but could be static)?

Good afternoon,We are having an issue with a PO and wondering if there was a way in IFS to fix it. On 5/5 we received against a Purchase Order like normal. A week later, the PO was invoiced. Following us invoicing the Supplier, we issued a Return to Vendor for Rework against the already invoiced PO. A few months later, we re-received against the PO again. Is there a way to match up the latest ARRIVAL with the RETWORK transactions? This is causing our GRNI account to be off Thank you,Carl

Hi all,I created a BACS payment in IFS9 (week’s payment run, multiple suppliers / invoices), which failed to process on the bank side, so to correct in IFS, I did a complete supplier payment rollback. This corrected the supplier ledgers, but not the bank ledger - however I was under the impression that a complete rollback would post the bank transaction as well. It’s created a parked payment, which I need to clear. Please could someone advise as to the best way to complete the process? Thank you!

Dear IFS Community, In my company we’re working on a solution to control documentation associated to a PO sent to external users. We’ve spotted that Document Transmittals serve our purpose. Do any member has experience on this? The idea would be to create a RMB, or an event, that when triggered from a PO would create a Document Transmittal with all Documents associated to the PO.  Thank you in advance for any input on this matter.
