Hi All, I was trying to get the Interco process working for a customer but unfortunately didn’t succeeded. I followed the manual presented in a different topic (Inter-site orders basic data set up. | IFS Community) but was unsuccessfull. I did manage to get outbound messages in the “Search connectivity Outbox messages’ but no inbound messages. So it seems the system is actually sending out messages but the incoming messages ere gettinbg lost somewhere. The database processes “Connectivity_SYS.Process_Inbox__” and “Connectivity_SYS.Process_Outbox__” are both enabled. Any ideas on what could be the issue here? Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

Hi,Kindly can I know how purchase receipt update supplier purchase cost and under which criteria? is it updated in supplier for purchase part screen or in a different one. it is urgent as since we have started live (5 years before) the price in supplier for purchase part is not updated and still equal zero.Best Regards, 

I intend to use the Token (OAuth2) authentication for an integration and since ‘Int’ cluster does not allow that for now, what are the downsides/risks of developing the integration in the ‘Main’ Cluster instead.I tried this and it worked as expected from Postman however, I am not sure if there are any risks to this approach. Thanks And Regards.Obaid Ashraf.

Hello Community,I was wondering if it is possible to add an existing custom field into a list of values?For example:When creating a Material requisition, I would like to add a Part No using the “List of Value” for Part No. I am wondering if I could add an existing custom field in the window. I am trying to revoke certain permission objects from a permission set but even after revoke all, the permission object is still accessible via the permission set.When i search the tbw name in presentation objects by component, it shows disabled for the permission set. i have checked all the permission sets for the user and none have these objects to allow user to do CO reservation.​​​​  

In FSM6u10, I have created a notification message for Projects. There seems to be a client error when trying to select specific columns in the graphs of Visual Capacity Requirement Planning screen. • Go to the Visual capacity requirements planning window• Then select search icon and select first 24 data• Then select visualize selected order or filtered order• Click any column in the graph.• You will see the client error

Hi all, We have an issue with our backflush settings. Previously the Backflush Part setting is set to All Locations for all parts. However, there are only some parts where we actively want to backflush. We are seeing cases where users select to backflush during receipt of shop order and unintentionally we consume stock. I have tried to prevent this by changing the settings to ‘Only Specified Location’ for all parts. On reading of the help and initial test this was perfect. It will prevent backflush, unless you specify a location for backflush on the shop order material or purchase components. However, the change in this setting appears to prevent automatic reservation of parts. This a a problem as we want parts to be freely reserved and picked via a pick list (or manual issue in some cases).  Our ideal solution is for backflush to be off completely, unless we specify a location where backflush can take place. Is this possible?

Is there also a possibility to have the Request Type filled in with a default when creating a NEW Customer Support or Service Order ? Can we somewhere define a default UM Request Type ? 

The overhead needs to be allocated based on the product net weight. When I setup the material overhead, it’s not getting added to the product cost.I have done the setup as follows:Cost element; Cost Bucket; Cost Template; Part specific OH; Part cost window shows the part specific overhead but it’s not getting added to the product cost.  Does anyone know how to resolve this?
