We are automating the customer order creation using power app, we have developed custom connector for customer order handling like reserve, create picklist , create invoice etc..But i am unable to find end point for create customer order.Can anyone help me on this?Please.

I have a question. Is it possible to configure the repository of the "File storage" type in such a way that the files of attachments of different classes of documents are stored in different directories and not in one collective "Docman"?

Good day, Scenario - an inventory part was ordered on a PO,  and received into inventory (no inspection required). The supplier invoice was since matched/processed and the invoice has been paid. The technician has now realized that the incorrect part was ordered.What is the process in IFS Cloud for returning this part to the supplier for credit? Thank you

Hi Community,Looks like “Shop Order By-Product” supply is ignored by MRP when Shop Order comes from DOP (configured).MRP is creating a supply proposal for later demand even though projected qty is enough (scr below).By-Product line was added manually to the Shop Order, “Include in MRP Supply” field is checked.If the same Part is added manually to the non-DOP Shop Order, it is visible to the MRP, supply proposal is not created.Any suggestions or opinions? Hello,We have been experiencing some issues where a Sales Charge Type which we no longer use has been being selected as the charge type on several Customer Orders. It is causing issues with how charges are getting processed on these orders. So we would like to know what our options are for deactivating, hiding, or deleting this particular Sales Charge Type, either on the Sales Charge Type screen itself, or on the Customer Order. Can someone point me in the right direction?Thank you,

Hi allI have an issue. i try to send a supplier payment advice via media output email. i do receive an email but with no attachment. here is the event action i createdwhen i checked the archive all advices has printstatus 0. the ones with the 1 i printed manually from the report archive. also the application message is finedoes anyone have a clue why i dont get an attachment. Best RegardsSophal

Hi IFS network,I have an issue at a customer who is not able to match a supplier invoice against a PO which is created from a Work Task. The Work Task is in status finished, now it is not possible anymore to match the invoice against the PO receipt (only when you reopen teh work task it is possible again). I see that from UPD16 there is a fix deployed, see  This fix was related to invoices without a PO reference. I think it should be possible to match an invoice with a PO Receipt, even when the connectexd Work Task is in status finished. Normally the person who is responsible for the status of work tasks is not the same as the person who is booking the invocies. The invoice will come weeks later than the work is executed, so this is really a timing issue.Please advice on this issue @Thommy and @Nethmini Kosvinna

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to show multiple decimals in Aurena. I updated Currency Formatting Options in the settings screen to enable more decimals but the UI only shows 2 decimals unless a user activates the cost fields (on the PO line for example) Is there a way to always show more than 2 decimals without having to select the field?

 HiI have more than 300 commission recipients. To calculate this, I need to enter the supplier. I have to do this 300 times a month. The "Commission Receiver *" field is required. How can I execute this without specifying the commissioner's ID?Regards.

Hello.By adding a new line in the purchase requisition screen in the no part requisition lines, we have the following error message when we mention the supplier :A Tax Code is required when supplier tax validation has Transaction Level selected on Company, Tax Control tabI noticed that the tax code is not automatically filled and even if we fill it, the error keeps poping.Other information, the status is set to planned.Any idea to fix this?IFS APPS 10 UPD 5

Hello, My client uses both DOP and MRP for his manufacturing.Configured parts are managed with DOP. Not configured manufactured parts & purchased parts are handled by MRP. Example :TOP PART - Configured - DOP→ COMPONENT1 - Purchased - MRP→ SUBPART - Manufactured/Not configured - MRP     → COMPONENT2 - Purchased - MRP With this, DOP will create a Shop order for TOP PART at DOP Release, and MRP will handle the creation of Purchase requisitions / Shop order requisitions should there be shortages. However, we discovered that when we create a DOP structure (DOP header in  status “Unreleased”), and then run the MRP at this moment, purchase requisitions will be created for shortages.This is dangerous because the structure of an unreleased DOP header can still evolve before being released is case of customizations of a product for example.→ Is there a way to make unreleased Dop orders not visible by the MRP ?Thank you,PL

Hello All, I am trying to add all the columns from the column chooser , so i am taking all the columns from left to right side and click Okay than all the columns are visible in list in table format but after that when i am refreshing the screen than columns are not visible and its went back to the left side again in a column chooser. I am trying to add again than again same issue . When i am taking 241 columns total and refresh the screen than its visible but for more than 241 this issue is coming. Same for the Purchase Order Lines tab also here i am able to add 234 fields only if I’ll add more than 234 than this issue is coming.I wanted to know there is some limitation from the IFS side or what. Thanks,Pallavi

How to setup a 5 day transfer time between incoming goods and start of production as a standard for purchase requisitions so the mrp adds five days automatically to the requested delivery date? 

Working in earlier with IFS Developer Studio using Marble, I do remember that I could get hints and guidance when writing code. For example, if a added an attribute to projection entity, I could easily see (by a tool tip or something alike) which settings/preferences I could use for that object. Like a reference documentation in the editor.Is this still possbile to switch on? What do I miss in my setup?/Fredrik 

We have 5 fixed asset objects in IFS that we had in our books for several years but no depreciation has been made on them, they have been marked exclude from depreciation.Now we have to depreciate them this year but when we change the setting to be included the depreciation is starting back in time, from when they where acquired.  We found a solution to starting depreciation a specific date by creating a new depreciation method but we still have an issue for 2 of the 5 fixed assets objects. They where depreciated once in 2018 and therefor we can't change the depreciation method so we still need help with a solution for those two objects.  Its not possible to add a new line or remove the existing line under the book tab 

Hello, I want to create a new CF in QMAN_CATEGORICAL_RESULTS, but I am not sure what should I add as WHERE parameter. In entity configuration is in additional views view QMAN_CATEGORICAL_RESULTS, but I cant use order_no, neither part_no, only objkey, but this retrieves wrong values. I thought that I can use any of the column which is in additional view table, but thats not true.
