Hi. Each order Line must be re-confirmed after a date change.Is there a way/setting to stop having to re-confirming a line after the Promised Date is changed.So simply put,  a confirmed line status stays as “Yes”  Thanks. 

Hi,Some user have problem to log in to Excel add in. It used to work but they started to get problem. When they click on Login, (Se the picture below) then it supposed to open up the web window to go to IFS Cloud log in start page but nothing happend. We have tried to clean the cashe and unistall/deleate but no help. Maby problem with pop up windows problem? Does someone could advise us what we can do more? 

Hi,I'm trying to add preposting details to a work order using a workflow (we're currently performing this process manually through an assistant). When I check the projection call for adding a preposting, it appears as shown below.I attempted to add an IFS API type user task in the workflow, but I wasn't able to find any entity set or projection call that can be used to add preposting to a work order.Is it possible to perform the actions currently done through assistants using a workflow?Many thanks for your inputs on this issue.Best regards,Uvini

Dear community, What is the best way to handle following scenario?You have a manufacturing part A with components B and C as purchase parts. Part A manufactured from a Shop Order and but it was faulty. Rather than scrapping it, we need to take out Part B out and Remanufacture Part A using that disassembled Part B and issuing Part C again from stock.I created Manufacturing structure for Part A,Created a Disassembly Structure for Part A and part B as the produced partThen Created Remanufacturing Structure for Part A However, when I try to set a Direct supply for the Remanufacturing to have a connected disassembly shop order to extract part B, you have to enter Part A and supply type Disassembly in the Remanufacturing Structure/Direct Supply tab but the system does prevents it saying “The direct supply part cannot be the same as the structure header part”.This works perfectly fine if Part B produced from different disassembly part but it seems functionality does not cover the above scenar

I have a custom attribute (Cf_Customerpo) in the ReturnMaterial entity. It is published and present in the Return Material Authorization page. I can see the field in the api doc for the ReturnMaterialAuthorizationHandling.svc/ReturnMaterialSet.  I want to use this attribute in a BPA workflow but it is not being recognized.   Any idea on how to refer to this custom attribute?  

There is one customer order line (which is generated by a Work order) and when I tried to click RMB ‘PROCESS Invoice’ in The Customer invoices with error the process runs but the line stays in the status PRINTED only. There is no error in the error description. I enabled the dubug consolse and below is a part of that debug which does not help me to identify the problem. Hello,IFS 25R1. HCM module has very flexible access settings. There are 2 blocks of settings: Supervisor Setup Configuration and Access Setup Configuration. Access Setup Configuration is the block of settings responsible for the access the user-employee can have access to other employees (simple example is the list of employees).My question is regarding Supervisor Setup Configuration block. It has 3 options (see attached) and I can’t notice the impact on access functionality switching between those options. The only thing I noticed: option Team and Supervisor allows to apply Supervisor directly at personal or employee files.What is the panned impact on access functionality of  Supervisor Setup Configuration block?Regards,Roman.

Not allowing to GRN (Purchase Order Arrival) an Inventory part due to the error “The value of the inventory transaction may not be 0 for part”But there is a value in the purchase order line. I tried changing Misc part info to “Zero Cost Allowed” then the ARRIVAL got created with 0 value in the inventory transaction history.

Hi, in a service order with multiple fullfiled activitites , in the SV Trans.log, we want to display those activities sorted by fullfiled Date/time.Then in the SV Trans Log screen, we select “activity” in type field, and we sort on the “actual Date” column. The activities are well sorted by date but not by date/time, so the sort order is not good when several activities are fullfilled the same day. You can see an example on QAC, SV2507180005@@1, 3 fullfiled activities, sort on column “actual date” : the 3 activities fullfiled the same day are sorted like this :  18/08/2025 15:1018/08/2025 15:1118/08/2025 15:09the fullfiled time is not taken in account in the sort.

Hi Experts,In work task time reporting, is there a way we can round the Reproted time bases on some increment setup.Ex:Technician report 1hr and 7 Minutes but we need to charge the customer in 15Min interval. so the invoice hours should be 1hr 15 Min?If Time Increment is 30 Min then it should be rounded to the next 30 min! Ex: 2.25 hr reported then Invoice Hour should be 2.5 hr This setup is there in Customer old system but I could not find any similar function in IFS Cloud?Thank you,KM

I want to skip an error if any for single csv file row and log the error in the log file.Current behavior if an error raised from a row executing entire file is halted. There is a keyword called catch error but seems only works with test files.Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Allcommitting activity through schedule information tab when I change the status of an activity in PSO from Allocated to Committed, the change is being made, but after a few seconds the status changes automatically to Allocated again.Has anyone encountered something like this?

Hi,Is there any page or report in IFS that shows full traceability for lot/batch-tracked parts?Our top-level part is serial tracked, and all components/subassemblies are lot/batch tracked, including raw materials. Lot/batch tracking is order-based.The main goal is to have something that shows the full path from finished goods (serial tracked) to the raw materials used (lot/batch tracked). Many thanks 

Hello IFS Community, I’m running into an issue with a custom PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action that needs to use a specific sender. I’m sending the email with this procedure: COMMAND_SYS.Mail( sender_ => 'YY_MAIL_PU', from_ => 'IFS@noreply',to_list_ => to_email_, cc_list_ => to_buyer_email, subject_ => 'PO ' || order_no_, text_ => mail_body_, attachments_ => attachments_ ); When I trigger an Event Action of type E-Mail, the message sends and the specified sender is used correctly.However, when I use Execute Online SQL (calling COMMAND_SYS.Mail as above) the email fails to send with the desired sender.Any ideas why sending via COMMAND_SYS.Mail would fail or ignore the sender, while the E-Mail event action works? If there is a default sender it will user the default one but it is not the correct sender to be used. Thanks in advance! 

Hello.I have a dependent drop down on a field (req_type) where if a certain value is selected, it will display options. The issue is that when a French user selects a req_type, the values default to English (see below 1.0). When scheduling report below error appears. Does anyone know which type of security permission is required? Hi,I am trying to set up e-mail event action when creating a new customer with customer category = Prospect but it doesn’t work. I have attached pictures how I satt upp. I have tested with different value like ‘Prospect’, PROSPECT ‘PROSPECT’ etc but nothing work. When I took away Condition = and Value the mail triggas so it must be wrong syntax on value. Could someone help me to see what is wrong?  We have 24R2SU2, thanks.
