Hi,

It is possible in IFSCloud in the Business Activities view to close (completed) single activity.

Is it possible to make the command available also when you choose several activities?

Hi @linjen,

It seems that It is only enabled for a single selected activity.

When multiple activities are selected, IFS Cloud intentionally disables this command. This is by design, as completing or closing an activity can trigger validations or workflow executions.

As a workaround, you may try automatically completing activities when specific conditions are met, using automation such as event actions or configured rules. This allows controlled processing while still respecting all business logic and validations.

Thank you for your answer.

I need to somehow close (complete) over 3000 open activities, but I guess this have to be done manually then.. (?)

Hi @linjen,

Completing 3,000 activities in IFS Cloud manually is not practical. Let me check whether we can complete the process using migration or background Process job. @Nishadi I would appreciate it if you could provide some insights on this.
