When I set up the employees to the resource Customer Support Tooling Work (Person Group) I had no issues with seeing these employees to be seen in the Maintenance Organizations, however when I have set up a new resource of Maintenance (Person Group) I can not see these employees in the Maintenance Organizations.
I have noticed that when I look at the employee on the person resource the Maintenance/Service tab where you add the company once expanded the Employemnt is blank for the new set up, what have I missed? I can’t see any difference in set up and I am not aware that we have applied a SU since the first was set up.
