For Document No of 48 (Defined by IFS) there is report by name Inventory Turn over rate. In which screen should be insert the doc text (48) to get the same printed on Report “Inventory Turn Over Rate”

When trying to make a rest call using BPA i’m having the following error : HTTP Connection Delegate could not retrieve the data from the specified URL.Returned status code: 500 The call passes threw when using postman for exemple so i know that the url is ok Any idea please?

In the Inventory Transaction History in IFS App 9, I’d like descriptions of what Order Ref 1, Order Ref 2, Order Ref 3, Order Ref 4, Order Ref 5 represent when Order Type = Customer Order, Purchase Order OR Shop Order.  Order Ref 1 is easy enough - it’s the order number.  I’m fairly sure I know what 2 and 3 are but I’d rather confirm.  4 & 5 are a mystery, so I can’t tell if they’re important to my analysis. 

Is there any report we can see PO number, PO received date, PO total amount, PO invoiced amount in one file ?

Hi,I would like to implement the following functionality using standard IFS Cloud functions. When I attach a document (attachment - pdf file) to an invoice, I would like this attachment to be automatically attached to the tax transaction for this invoice and the PK header.Is this possible?

Project activity is connected to a work order. Under unfinished activity work, I can see ‘’Some object is reporting committed cost to the activity. Analyze which object that reports committed cost.’’Cost is related to Materials CRE.How can I clear this up to close the project activity?Thank you in advance. 

I am using an assortment to create parts on other sites and I have set the default for DOP Netting = Netting.However, when I go to Inventory Part it is set at No Netting.What factors affect Netting that may be causing the system to override my default value?

Hi Team,Requirement is to transfer Budget Allowance from one Sub-Project to another Sub-Project within the same Project.I tried to use EAC Workbench functionality for Budget Transfer but currently not getting any option to add a line under Transferred To in Budget Transfer dialog box.Please find the attached screenshot for reference.Just wanted to know am I missing any Prerequisite setup or is this a permission issue? Thank you in advance. Best Regards,Rakesh

Hi ExpertsOne of our Customers asked if there is an default Value setting for the external voucher Assistant? For example: After I start the External voucher Assistant… the next window is loading and the Values must be set manually. is it possible to set the defaults value somewhere? the only thing i see is set the load type as default. What about the User group and Company? 

Hi,We produce chemicals and each part has its Product Structure and some components-part type for these are Purchased (raw)-have alternante components. We use the screen Simulate Material Availability though we can’t seem to view the availability of the alternante component and there are no options to change one component for its alternante and view the overall availability. Cheers !

Hi, Where can I find the list of the agreed devices for ALLIANCE V15.4.7 please ?For at least one customer, we’ve been told that some issues are reported using ALLIANCE when Android OS is updated, for device such as Samsgung A71, whereas everything seems good for Samsung Galaxy A34 (more recent). Thank you

We don’t have Email configured in Customer Center but technician enter the  e-mail address manually while closing an activity. But email were not sent to customer.

Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to get the default location for a Inventeory part when returning a material to inventory from a Work task? In this example part no 098050 has a default location (it works for register arrival on a purchase order) When I try to return it on a work task I must search for the location. Here, it should be pre filled the default location in my opinion. Thanks

We have one user that is experiencing this error when trying to access the Customer center module. It occurs on any machine we try to use her credentials on. It is not something we have ever encountered. Any suggestions before I issue a support ticket?  

Customer needs to have a permission set for each tools in the attachments toolbar :1 permission set for Approval Process1 permission set for Corrective and Preventive Actions1 permission set for Documents1 permission set for Non conformance Report1 permission set for MediaWith that structure of permission sets, they can manage the access to the attachments toolbar for each user and what tools they will have access to. But they are getting an error when we trying to build that structure. As an example the permission set for Approval Process :To use the approval process they have granted the permission for the below the activities. But when they open the approval process tool, they are getting the below security error and you can also see that they have access to the corrective and preventive actions tool.  They have granted permission for Managecapa, but still getting the same error.  

I have investigated how to automatically fill in my approvers once the posting proposal window is filled, but I can't find a way to do this in IFS cloud, and I cannot find the Routing Rule tab in my IFS Cloud either. IFS CloudIFS appRoutingPosting Proposal I would like to know what options I should enable to make this possible and what permissions I should have.

Hi All,I have installed IFS Cloud monitoring, and it ran successfully. After installation, I noticed that I'm getting a 404 error for Kibana and Grafana. Below are the IFS monitoring pods. 

We user Repair Centre in FSM U27 and I have had a look at the Repair Board screen to establish if it is of interest to us. At first glance, functionality looks quite basic so I just want to confirm I have not missed anything. My observations are that;Tasks are static on the Repair Board. They do not lengthen in time if a repair tech is delayed on a particular tasks. Nor do subsequent, yet to be started tasks move with the timeline if the current, in progress task is delayed. The Repair Board cannot handle tasks straddling two days. In our example we work a 09:00 to 17:00 shift only. If a two hour task starts at 16:00, the Repair Board will expect its completion at 18:00 when it should in fact be 10:00 the following day. Completed tasks disappear from the Repair Board meaning supervisors lose the visual display of all tasks completed during the shift. It is not possible to scroll to the previous days Repair Board date to drag and drop any yet to be started tasks to current day. The only
