Hyperlink in Document Revision

Customer (Apps10 EE) wants to create a document revision without a file and in a field on the document revision enter a link to an external location where the file will reside. I recall doing this before custom fields were readily available, but I cannot recall where in the document revision the link was entered. Anybody have experience with this without using a custom field?

Assyst ETM/ipaas 500 internal server error

Has anyone using ETM/IPAAS run into an unknown error with creating events or in any integration use case really where the error cause is shown as follows?Looking to see if others are experiencing this issue or if it’s truly unique to an integration we had with a servicenow vendor and our assyst instance via AGS.All that displays as the cause in the failure log of etm is this:500 - <html><head><title>Error</title></head><body>Internal Server Error</body></html>

Custom event action Task error

I am trying to set up a new event action upon existing event PARTS_SUBMITTED_TO_MRB where event action type is Task.When a part is added to MRB, I get the following error:Attribute “COMPLETE_EVENT” does not exist in message “!FNDSER.EVENT_ACTION_PARAM $RECEIVER=...”What am I missing? I am the receiver for the event action as well as the user creating the MRB. Does that not work?

FSM Environment Cloning

Hi experts,A pretty trivial question. When we do a clone from a prod environment to a dev environment, will this only copy over the data and leave the config changes in dev (ex: Custom metadata, UI , client script changes which are not applied to prod yet).If custom metadata A (which is in dev but not in prod) has the associated db table deployed in dev db, will this db table still be available in dev after a clone from prod?

ExtCustPayment of External File Transaction Error

I am trying to upload remittance advice data from a text file. I have created an external file template off the ExtCustPayment file type. When I use the External File Assistant to upload the file, I get an error about Payment Method (Way_Id) cannot be null. It is not null and I can see it has data in the External File Transactions Detail page.Payment Method Mandatory Error, but has dataI am not sure if it is just a bad value (thought I did get the value from the dropdown list on the External Payments dropdown for payment type) or if it is not recognizing that there is data in the field.We are using IFS10.In case it is needed, here is the File Template build I am using:External File TemplateI have tried to simplify it down to just the bare bones.Thanks, Ron

We cannot change to a different Payment Method in the Payment Order screen when the Default Payment Method is defined in Manual Supplier Invoices

Hi All,Core Environment – 22R1We encountered the below error while changing the payment method to a different payment method other than the default, in the Payment Order screen.Create a Manual Supplier Invoice and insert the default payment method in installment plan & discount. Run a new supplier payment proposal fetching all payment methods. Acknowledge the Proposal & Create the Payment Order. When creating the Payment Order, select a payment method other than the default which was set in step number 1. When proceed to finish the option, It gives below error.Error - No Invoice/payment on account is selected into payment order. There are no items in the selected proposal(s) with the specified cash account.

Client Script for Web Client - Update column

I am having issues trying to understand how to update values using client scripts. Cancelled order line with unreported pick list

Hello,I have a bit of an odd one.We have managed to cancel a customer order line that had an open, unreported pick list against it.I didn’t think the system would allow this, but now the order line is showing as cancelled, but the order line parts still show as reserved and on a pick list..I’ve tried cancelling the pick list to clear the reservation, but I get an error saying the pick list cannot be reported for customer order line objects is status cancelled. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can clear the pick list and reservation? We are on Apps 10 UPD 8. Many thanks,Steph.

SSO Documentation for SU7

Do we have any updated documents to enable SSO via ADFS , support provided us with a v12 doc where the last step doesnt match up with SU7. After running th SSO tools got the below error in testThe last step doesnt match up withthe config editor in SU7 Copied the old config files that the SSO tool modified from a bckup folder to resolve the issue.However we need to enable SSO so if anyone has enabled please share the steps. Service queue alternative

HI -we will be moving to Astea version 15 . previously in 14 we would use Service Queue for our “pool queue” for all jobs to drop in to and then various people take them into their own queues to work on . What alternative modules do people use that would have that same function ?

'Unrecognizable characters found' - Dev. Studio - Cloud?

Hi, We have special characters in a file (attached in .zip).Dev. Studio cannot deploy it, saying: First error location is highlighted.On the other hand PL/SQL Developer has no problem with it when deploying.Also standard deployment/delivery procedure gives us no error for this.The file is already in UTF-8, according to for instance, Notepad++.Dev Studio version is in the picture.What should we do to be able to deploy it from Dev., Studio?

Analysis - Inventory Issued, Inventory Replenished

New IFSCloud user here. I need help analyzing inventory issued and inventory replenished during a period. I have no clue where to begin my analysis. I have reviewed the “Inventory Transactions History” report/screen export and believe this can be determined by the “Transaction Code Description” of which there are 33. Specifically, inventory issued = “Issue From Inventory” and inventory replenished = “Receipt into Inventory”.

Capability to open IFS Applications Software via URL

Hi there,I’m know it’s possible to create a hyperlink that triggers an external application. Does IFS Application ERP support this? I’d like to integrate to IFS (the program, not cloud) create a record and have the URL returned.Then upon success, provide the user a hyperlink that would then open the ERP system with the order directly. Can't Remove Site From Resource Connections

I've accidentally added a site to the “Connections” for a resource group. However, I can’t remove it. I get the following error:Site 1040 is used on Capacity Basis tab. But can’t see how we can remove this from the capacity basis tab.
