Hello

Using the date parameter and any of the selection parameters it works perfectly, but when I use Model: It doesn't work.

I am sending the main screen where the documentation indicates that it must have a model and a location:

I am sending the scope screen where we can see the model and the location that is ideal for the recurring service.

As you can see, there are scopes, this is where the problem occurs, if I use only the start and end date it generates the request and works as it should, but if I use the model filter it doesn't work

This is the error presented when I use model, I need it to work.

The service object is functional

From the screenshots it looks like you defined a scope for a specific object, the model is just inherited from the object. If you want to define it generically for a model, can you try to leave the object empty? Hi.

The model automatically inherits from the object, this makes it perfect and I have no problems with it.

The problem I have is that I can't generate requests using the model filter.

I don't understand, all the filters work perfectly but not the ones in the model.

Do you think it's an IFS error?

May have misunderstood you - you are creating scopes for individual objects (not a model scope) and use the model on the “Recurring Service Request Generation” page only as a filter?

I’m facing the same issue. My scope is for a model, when I use the model as a filter for the request generation, I get the same error as you, when I leave the model parameter empty, it generates requests for all objects of that model. To me it looks like there is an issue with the model parameter, worth opening a ticket.

Hi @MiguelAlejos,

I tested this on the latest RnD environments (versions 24.1.5 and 24.2E.0), and it worked without any issues. Can you please provide the test data/ plan, so that we can determine if this is caused by a specific scenario?
