Astea: change product ID on Installed Item not available

We have set up a new Profile in Astea Alliance, and in this profile the change product on Installe Item is not visible. I have checked user setup in other profiles, and see no differences there. But it is obvious I am missing something. What we want:

Hi Bjørn,

We tracked this down to having a Customizer customization deployed impacting this page.  When this customization is deactivated, it works properly and displays.

My suggestion is review what the customization is supposed to do or if it is even necessary?

Point is, this works properly as long as your Customizer customization is not active.

Hi Bjørn, 
Can you go to the Product Center module and retrieve the product ID shown in the second screenshot and see if the Metered toggle is enabled?  I found a couple of records in my development database that are configured as metered products and that icon is disabled on those records.

Thanks for the input, Reid. I have checked, and Metered is unchecked. And for extra measure (this is something I learned from Phil): I also checked that goods.is_4_meter has value N (and not NULL).
