Enterprise application search for inventory parts not working

Hi IFS specialists,my colleagues have started to search parts using the Enterprise application search.But as result we get only part catalog, sales parts, supplier for purchase parts, but not inventory parts (what we would need).Does anyone know how to add inventory part in the search Domains?Thank you for any hint :-)Regards Martina

How to remove "Show Hidden Item" option from Navigator

How to remove "Show Hidden Item" option from Navigator - in IEEI have a requirement to hide some navigator items, but after hiding still LTU user have the option to see the item with RMB option “Show Hidden Item”,I want to remove this RMB option, does anybody knows how to do this please?

MWO - Pool Work Order

In our setup, we have 12 difference Sites (split per country) currently if I transfer to mobile and check “Pool Work Order” it goes out to all our engineers globally. And I don’t want someone in Americas to fly to Europe to do a service where we have an engineer within 1 hour drive.Is there a way we can split this up, so it only goes out to the engineers connected to XX site? And not out to all of them? Thank you,Michael

After cloning prod to test, then IFS PROD getting hang every day exactly at 8.30am cest

After cloning prod to test, then IFS PROD getting hang every day exactly at 8.30am cest. can u please help why its getting clash and hanging, after we restart mwsctl then IFS PROD is working again next day same time 8.30am cest again its hanging, wadaco component license error also coming every day, after we restart mwsctl then wadaco license working then again after 24hrs wadaco error coming. this started happened after we cloned the new test from prod. Please help on this issue.

Migrate Workflows (BPA) to Another Environment

Hello,I’m looking for a way to migrate the entire BPA that I created to another environment. There is a Download Workflow option if we go inside each version of the BPA but if we have multiple versions for the same BPA, I do not see an export option to do it as a whole. Is there a way we can export a BPA with all its versions in Cloud 22R2? Please let me know.Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi Experts, One of our customer has been updated to 23R1 SU2 in environment, and when logging in to MWO they are not seeing any tiles for processes. RMA Process for Internal Purchase Direct Order

Hi,What is the correct process to follow when returning goods to demand site where internal direct delivery is made from supply site in same company.Example Site 1 takes external customer order and delivered through Site 2 with Int Purch Direct Supply code. Now the goods need to be returned to Site 1.The reason for asking the process is, if I try to create RMA on External Customer Order and try to return to demand site (Site 1), I get a cost bucket error.I found below process when goods retuning to Supply site..

Hi Community We are using IFS APP 10. For instance, we are receiving 300 m2 of steel plates as per PO. Based on our companies procedure we need to enter the heat number/plate number of each plate in to IFS during the GR. Upon delivery, we knew that 300m2 of steel plate is equal to 10 EA. Therefore, we have to enter the unique heat numbers on each steel plate to IFS. With our current setup in IFS we do not see an option to split the delivered quantity into 10 GR line items and adding the heat numbers on each steel plate to IFS.I wonder, if any solution to add all the 10 heat numbers against each plate in IFS. Thanks in advance.

Project Connected Work Order time not shown in Project Transactions

Has anyone been able to view time reported to a work order that is connected to a project in Project Transactions? We’ve connected the work order to the project and authorized the time on the project and the time shows in project connections and “committed hours”

Activity with tools (service logs)

HI,We can set activity (activity codes) with tools.For a service order (with the activity), we can set the tool on the backend (or in mobile edge)(NB : It seems that we can use a tool in 2 service orders at the same time.)After the SV was done, we don’t find any service log on the inventory item.We only have a log for Inventory, but not a log of SVs were the tool has beenused.Can i have to set something to have a service log ? SA GPS Status - Database?

Is there a corner of the database that shows SA’s GPS status? The Dispatch Console module shows a ‘radar’ icon under the Indicators column alongside each person’s name, but I would like to report to our managers en-masse.
