If I try to explain;

1-Make your characteristic not mandatory. (Because If the characteristic is mandatory it has to be already asked. If you set not mandatory, it depends other characteristics answers or you can simply add your ‘not mandatory’ characteristic by manuel.)

2-Make your characteristic’s validity ‘Hidden’

3-Go to configuration creation and add a new line with ‘+’

4-You wont see your hidden characteristic in the list of values but you still can add the same characteristic manually. (Copy-paste your hidden characteristic)

4.1- Or you can check ‘Show’ box in the search dialog;

5-if you change hidden to active, you will see the characteristics in the list of values.

But if you want to hide a characteristic question in the creation screen, you need to set Client Display to ‘Hidden’.

Thank you for the answer , i got it for ifs cloud 24.1 .  As you have said it doesn’t show the lov when i try to choose it.
