Hi All,We have noticed different errors in Print Jobs (Print Queue) and could see them in log file as well.Error: The handle is invalidError: Settings to access printer '\\hhc04\chair cell' are not valid.Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.Error: The system cannot find the file specified And I noticed some errors given printers to complete the print job successfully for the same user and for the same report.But sometimes it will remain in ‘Remote Waiting’.I have checked the ifs-printagent-config.xml file and Physical printers that are mapped with Logicalprinters are available.I really appreciate your valuable opinions to fix this.Thank you in advance.

Hello Community, I completed the IFS TAS installation using F1 documentation.Frankly, I didn't understand the Redirect URI part at all. But I guess it is caused by Redirect URI.touch apps server something went wrong! tas downloads - no item available.Ps: If anyone can help me with my installation; I can share it on a remote connection. Best Regards

Hello, We are using Cloud 23.1.8 and wondering if anyone has moved the Attachment section to a different place on the page.  Is that possible?  We have moved many other things around in Page Design but haven’t been able to figure out if that is something that can be done.  

My customer is using MWO Maint App with Apps10. They are using a tablet and on this Tablet IFS is installed. It is possible to link a IFS Client URL in Mobile Intergration and when klicking on it in mWO , the specific mask will open in IFS?

Hello, does anyone know what is the difference between Activity and Activity type for Colour Activities in PSO? As far as I’ve seen in the Legend, there are exactly the same colors for both of them. Hi,I want to use the Link to View Document URL as a field in a report,  but when I copy, it does not include the record parameter values. When I use Send Links by Email option  and copy the URL to View Document it has the record parameter values.  Is this a known bug or is there any workaround to use? We are wanting some of our Administrators to have access to and amend the Time Registration - Time Cards for the Engineers they are responsible for. This is to enable them to enter Holiday, Sickness and Overtime on Engineers behalf. How do I set this up to enable them to see and update Time Registration for selected Persons in Apps 10? Thanks,

I posted this question before but the conversation has gone stale so I’m posting it again..  Can we do “search in context” in IFS Aurena (cloud) on the IPAP screen like we can in IEE?The reply that I got was not on the IPAP screen but another one, if you post screenshots please verify that we can sort and filter on the IPAP screen. I know that search in context is available elsewhere.

I have created a customer order which went to blocked status due to credit limit blockage after releasing. This blocked customer order shown demand in IPAP window cos “Release for MTRL planning” function is ticked in customer order line tab. but why demand is not generated in master scheduling.My Question: Why does this happened when "Release for MTRL planning" set as ON, why does MRP calculate the External Customer Order as demand, but Master Scheduling does not?

Hi All,This regarding a missing field in IFS Cloud.  In APP10, the ‘Superior Alternate ID’ field is visible under “Part Serial History window” (&AO.PART_SERIAL_CATALOG). But this specific field is not able to see in the IFS Cloud version. Is there are any other alternative has been introduced in IFS Cloud for this specific field? Regards,Nikila Dissanayake

Hello,  My customer wants to migrate to IFS documents revisions, with the file linked to it, for a high volumetry of documents (not possible manually).They have documents (PDF, xlsx, docx, ...) stored in an external server.What they want is to have for each document :a Document Revision created (all in the same Document class) the file which is stored in an external repository accessible in the “File ref.” tab, so that “View document” or “Edit document” features work with it. => Is it possible to recreate this without adding manually the file to IFS, for it to be saved in the destination repository ? Like only migrating the “link” to the file in the appropriate table ?=> If possible, would a SharePoint repository compatible with IFS document management ? Thanks, Pierre 

Hello,I am trying to display the technical drawings for the shop order components in the Shop Floor Workbench screen.Setup is the following :Technical drawing + tehcnical drawing revision entered in the dedicated screen ✅ Documents are attached to the revision On part revision, technical drawing no & technical drawing revision are entered✅ Documents of technical drawing are displayed in the Part revision screen (source : Technical Drawing recvision) On Shop Floor workbench, the technical drawing is not displayed (on the material line of the component)❌ Has anyone find a solution to displays the technical drawing for the shop order materials ?Ideally the revision would be fetch from SO reservationThank youNB : FYI A topic has already been answered for the top-level part of the shop order :  

Hello, I am implementing the setup of Resources for my customer on IFS Cloud 23R2. However I can’t manage to add a line in the SITE SETTINGS tab of the MAINTENANCE/SERVICE tab of a person resource : Ifs won’t let me save the line even if I fill in all the mandatory or not mandatory fields.By enabling the log, I get the folowing error :DEBUG - Empty required attributes: ResourceConnectionSeq The issue is this field is not displayed in IFS in standard, and even if I add It with Page designer, I do not know what to put in it.==> Has anyone encountered the same issue and managed to find a solution ?Thank you,Pierre  

Hi all,Our accounting department came up with difference on the report which is ifs’s standard customer transaction report(pdf).The report that I had a bit chance to review details and noticed that an advance invoiced was matched 2 payment separately.(currencies: invoice usd, payment usd, company eur)The transactions probably proceeded as follows: IFS converted invoice currency into company currency and calculated difference due to rounding. Then posting control pp13 worked and added line for the amount of difference. (fx gains)I think the report shows wrong value and wonder that someone might have experience similar problem. It should have shown as 418,12 instead of 418,14. Hi everyone,I am using assystNET and would like to insert a page break between each web custom group of a service form to make each one in a single window and when the user fill it there will be ‘next page’ button on the end to take them to the next web custom group. My goal my is that I don’t want a long form where the end user has to scroll down to fill it. Thanks

Hi, i have a serious problem of performance on 1 environment and it seems to be related to some specific schedule tasks that keep running and drain all CPU power. In this picture you can see the methods F1JOB_112, F1JOB_2 and so on … How can i know to what schedule tasks they are related to ? Indexation ? Cache Refreshing ?
