In the Cloud version of MWO Maintenance, is it possible to allow users to create purchase requisitions or purchase orders that are not connected to a work task or work order? For example, when a field services technicians wants to order parts to replenish their stock.

Hi Experts,Like most of you had asked before, we also have a requirement to enable/disable certain fields for users in certain projections in APP10 Aurena. We need to hide Cost and Pricing related fields from Inventory Part in Stock, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Order and Work Orders for a group of users.I have found many Community discussions on the similar requirement, with no promising outcome.Hiding from Column chooser is not helping us. Hide a standard column using page designer - IFS Cloud | IFS Community - this only hides the columns similar to column chooser, so the user can add it themselves. User shouldn’t be deprived from the Column chooser, as Aurena capabilities are valued by users. Creating new custom views - unnecessary complexity  Deleting the elements from Page designer for a new context- Possible to hide fields in Aurena? | IFS Community - we are worried about the implications on this. Could it result in unnecessary client validation issues?Any other suggestions?Al

As per the current setup, when there is a part demand added in the system, the MRP calculates back from the requirement date and the purchase lead time for the part, and creates the purchase requisition on this day. While this is regular practice, we need to be able to add an “offset” so that the MRP creates those requisitions earlier, and the parts can be delivered earlier for the relevant execution teams to have time to evaluate readiness and prepare accordingly. Is there a field where such an offset can be added across all parts?We rather not change the individual lead times since this would muddy the data hygiene and not align with actual supplier lead times. Not to mention the subsequent requirement to continue butchering future parts’ lead times.

Community, from below screenshot, you can see RMB funciton on supplier invoice line, Receive is not enabled, wondering why the problem is that? PO 10141882 is in Released status. Thank you. 

We're using IFS Apps 9, and I need to create a Quick Report (SQL STATEMENT) to retrieve details about material variance, specifically identifying the purchase order lines from which it originated, within the GL Voucher row analysis.Below are the steps I followed: RMB > View Voucher Source - Got the PO number RMB from that screen > Matched Receipts  How can I match the GL Voucher Analysis lines to the corresponding Matched Receipt lines?Any help is appreciated. I have a workflow where I need to potentially fetch multiple items based on a collection, and then create an item based on those results, so I created a subprocess that starts with a script task to create an empty list that then gets appended to as necessary later on. I am attempting to set up an Approval Process based on the attached guide.I do so to the letter. When I hit save, it offers to activate it for me, and I say yes. From this state, any attempt I make to save, even without making changes, shows this error message. I cannot see anything wrong. I have gone through the process several times, always with the same result. As soon as I add a condition/phase, it will no longer save when Active.I have attached one of the approval processes that I have setup according to the guide, which currently cannot be saved even without making changes. Can someone advise me on what the configuration issue is?

I read IFS documentation and it says that the user used to connect to the AD should have read-only permissions to the AD. When I navigate to the "Purchase Address Info" tab and click on the 'Del Terms' box, the List of Values (LOV) is not selectable.I've double-checked my steps and can't figure out what I've missed. In PSO, when a user is given the default permissions, they can view all the details of a specific resource—such as the ID, mobile number, and location—within the RESOURCES section under SCHEDULING. I want to restrict what the user can see, so they can only view certain details that I choose, instead of everything. Is there a way to control or limit these viewing permissions for resources?

Hi, Can you explain why, when a custom field, float type, is sent to mobility, it appears rounded, and worth, sent back to back-office, the value is really rounded in database ? E.g : Alliance Web  vs mobility :  and then in DB the value is now wrong.Same issue if the value in set from mobility. typing in a rounded value then enter : value is rounded. Version is ALLIANCE V15.4 SU7How to resolve this ?Thank you

I have created an lobby who is counting the amount in a certain “Work Center No” but I want to have the number of an specifik “Operation Description” In this case only count TestingThis is the output.and this is the definition 

I am trying to use a workflow to call the cancel quotation line call to cancel the copied lines on the newly copied quotation to match the source quotation.  We are currently in 23r1.  On the Sales > Quotation > Sales Quotation screen we use the Copy Quotation button to create a new quotation.  For example, the source quotation has 3 quotation lines with the second line in the Cancelled status.  I am able to get the specific line to cancel but I am stuck on the call to actually cancel the line.  I am sure I am missing something simple. The projection call looks like: I build the variables as:aCancelReason : "NO STOCK""QUOTATION_NO=C9030200B;LINE_NO=2;REL_NO=1;LINE_ITEM_NO=-1" Any help is appreciated.

I am looking for an API query that retrieve if whether a person is “HR Application Manager” or not. I understand in EE, this info coming from package PERS_API & method IsManager. Or simply coming from table PERS.MANAGER where this equals “1”. Since API is using “Projection”, I am struggling to find this info. I think this is coming from “PersonHandling” projection but could not locate this info.
