We have a requirement to fetch what all Cost Centers are linked to Contact User Query Profiles.Don’t see any DMW or DB table that gives such relation.

When reading emails via IFS Connect Mail Reader each attachment in the mail is suppose to be read as separate application messages. But this only seems work when the attchements are only Text files such as .txt, .csv and .xml.When sending binary files such as .pdf, .jpg, those files do not appear as a separate application message and therefore we cannot get hold of those files in order to attach them to a case.Is this a limitation in Application 10 or am I missing some setting?Below is the mail I sent with a txt and a jpg attachments. Then in Application Messages queue there are 3 records created. One for the detail of the email  which is in html format. One for the email body. and one for the content of the .txt file. But no application message is created for the .jpg file. Thanks and Cheers!

Hi, We have requirement to create Work Order and Work Task using Create Table from flat file and then MIGRATE Source Data.We are able to create the Work Order but unable to get the WO_NO (system generated) in order to create the Work Task. There is no getter function to get the WO_NO in ACTIVE_SEPARATE_APIAny help would really appreciated.Thanks,Nishith

Hi, I have created a customer order from a work order via the customer order handling option in the menu option. This then creates my connection between WO and CO in which I can get to the CO. However when on the CO I am unable to find my connection to the work order in the related pages. I have seen this working in another environment. What am I missing?  

How to Include credit invoices in supplier payment proposal for ISO20022

Hi everyone,I need some clarification regarding the purchase part process for mobile users. If we create a purchase part on the mobile users' site and add a supplier for that purchase part (PP), will it automatically sync to the purchase_part table in DB viewer?Or are there any prerequisites needed to ensure these purchase parts appear in the MWO users' purchase_part table in DB viewer?NOTE: the created inventory part can be visible in Inventory_part table.I have run the refresh all inventory part database scheduled task as well. Still the PP cannot be seen.User is not connected to any warehouse. (Even he is not connected, some old purchase parts are visible in purchase_part table, newly created ones are not synced) Hope this is an issue with the data set up.Thanks!

Hi everyoneMy company start using IFSAPP10, and we are still new to it. May I know do IFS10 able to handle and place orders to multiple suppliers for the one product?Is it possible to set orders’ ratio to multiple suppliers for the one product?For example, I have a product PN#123, there are 2 suppliers (Supplier A & Supplier B) supplying this product to us, we want to set 60% of the procurement orders of PN#123 release to Supplier A, 40% release to Supplier B. If IFSAPP10 can perform similar function, how should I do? Thank you!

Hi,One of my clients has a structure where senior employees training the apprentices get an additional position assignment: Practice Instructor. This assignment is not primary but required, as the practice instructor is responsible for approving the time reporting of the apprentice. So far, so good.Now, when the supervisor wants to approve the time reporting of the practice instructor he will receive multiple entries in the Quick Time Authorizaion assistant. Somehow the system does create the time registration for all the assignments.Is there a way where time registration and authorization is only required (and therefore visible) for the primary position? Any help is highly appreciated 😁 KR,Anny   

I have been tasked with creating a single page with 3 tabs - Labor Hours, Equipment Hours & Production HoursEach tab corresponds to its own custom entity (and corresponding projection) used to store data being imported from a 3rd party jobsite application that will ultimately be used for reporting, cost accounting, forecasting, etc. I created the custom entities, and the integrations are working well. The data is loading into the new tables, but I cannot seem to figure out how to display the data from each entity on the same page because the page is created as an extension of a specific projection (Equipment, in my case), and once set, I cannot figure out how to include data from the other projections. We are on IFS Cloud 24R1 if it matters.Here is a screenshot of the expected design: Tabbed Lists 

Hi, I'm a consultant writing reports for a client and they have asked me to make amendments to their .RDL files in order to speed up the report development process. The initial requirement is very simple:Change the IFS logo in the top corner of the report from the IFS logo to their logo and publish.I have the IFS Report Designer but I’m not convinced that my environment is set up correctly.Very simply, is there any form of remote training from IFS that I could get or is there someone that could to show me how to do this? Thank you, Craig.

We have received and request to Deactivate 700+ of products. Before taking any action in Production we marked 20 Products as Obsolete in QA and asked user to test and user confirmed that he is still able to use the same 20 products. Could you please guide us what needs to be done so that those products should not be use by technicians.

We currently use the "Receive Case" option at the Supplier for Purchase Part level, allowing us to receive parts into different options. Our process involves receiving the material into the Arrival section, inspecting it at Quality, and then moving it into Stock, which suits the Purchase Parts well.However, for shop orders, we're receiving them into Picking locations and applying an Availability Control ID to prevent the material from being consumed on Shop Orders/Customer Orders until after inspection. We're looking to streamline Shop Order Receipts by receiving directly into the Quality location and then transferring to Stock post-inspection. Unfortunately, when processing shop orders, the Quality Assurance location types aren't appearing in the Location No field in the Receipt window; only Picking locations are visible. Despite setting up the Inventory Part Default Location with a Quality location, it doesn't automatically appear in the Shop Order Receipt window.Are there specific s

I am preparing a demo on manual allocation. As the connection with PSO Environment is not available at the moment, I’d like to show the manual allocation via Dispatch Console. I have multiple resource demand for a task. So multiple lines of work allocation for the same task.I have created skills and linked them to standard tasks and resources. To assign a resource, I click on the Allocate/Assign button. Currently, I can assign a resource without a specific skill to a standard task that requires a specific skill. I expected that skills could be set as a hard constraint, is that the case? if not can it set to be so? Is this supported by the DC or by manual allocation without the support of the DSE?

Hiya,We use Quick customer order registration as our main way to input orders into IFS Cloud (22R2U18). We have added ‘Customer PO Ref’ as a mandatory field for our operatives. We need to perform a duplicate check on the above field with a custom event to fire a warning should a duplicate order reference be added for the customer.Not sure where to start really. - Any help or guidance greatly appreciated

I validated the Basic Data while transferring it from the Input Container to the Output Container, and also by the options available in the Output Container. I know that US is a Country Code transferred to the Basic Data Container, still the message is Validation Failed for Country DB. Shouldn’t it be validated Ok? Am I missing any steps?View in Output Container 

In the output container there isISO_LANGUAGE validation failed, basic data target cannot be foundandISO_COUNTRY validation failed, basic data target cannot be found.Then the Basic Data Container need to filled with data from the target environment, right?There is no option in the Basic Data Target Table drop down to select. Why is it empty? What is missing? 

In IFS Cloud 23R2,Was there a possibility to add Subtotals to appear at the bottom of a Table View screen ?Eg :  On Purchase Order lines screen, is it possible to add totals for the Net Amt/Base field to appear at the bottom of the screen. 

Is there a way of setting up approval rules for material requisitions? We have approval rules set up for purchase requisitions/purchase orders. However, there is nothing in IFS preventing material requisitions being raised and parts issued in warehouse management.Thank you

Hi All,  What would be the correct GL account/account type to configure for M3 & M4 Posting Types?We have configured an Inventory Account for Posting Type M4. Could this lead to a discrepancy between the GL balance and the inventory value per period? 

We want to apply Lookup Filter Expression on Job Title Field based on CSG. Something like below:select UserRole.Id from usr_role as UserRole where UserRole.csg.shortCode=’XYZ’; But this expression is failing. Please help in fixing this.

Hello,  Am I missing something? When reporting personal cost, there isn’t a place to put the employee’s ID.  That means that personal cost can only be entered by the employee and not by anyone else.  Is that right?That means the only way to register a personal cost that’s for a differnt employee it to create the Project Transaction manually.Thoughts?Patrick
