Hello,We have a situation where a customer invoice has not posted due to a non-inventory sales part line being added to the customer order with no price list attached. The order has then been invoiced but not posted due to this missing price list.The error is: “Value is missing or has an invalid time interval for posting type M30 control type C17 code part A in company”Posting type M30 shows the price lists and when you go into them, details the ‘Sales Group for Sales Part’ and the ‘Account’ that the cost is allocated to. As there is no price list on this line in question, it has no reference of where to code the cost to in the accounts.It will not let me amend the line to add a price list, as the order has been invoiced already. Is there any way I can solve this to allow me to final post the invoice? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The below issue description simply must be a bug, does anyone know the bug-ID?We just upgraded from IFSAPP10 UPD3 to UPD17. Since the upgrade a few Customer Order invoices get stuck in state Printed. Analysis results in the conclusion that two posting rows are missing, neither VAT posting nor the AR-account posting are present. Consequently the error message is that the balance in accounting currency is above the set tolerance level. This has happened to twelve of 53 invoices for seven customers, never more than two one day, not more than four to one customer. Only one customer has only one invoice during this period, all the others have several invoices with successful postings.

On the Customer Order Direct ship transaction flow the M4 postings result in unbalance on the cost centres. Is this a bug or have we set up the transaction in error? If so what? 

Apps 10 UPD19.Hi All,Quick question if I may, I have added a .png file (image) in a Crystal report. In the Crystal Report tool, I am able run a ‘Print Preview’ and can see the image in the report but when I run the  same report within IFS, the image does not appear..I can confirm that I have deployed the report and re started the Crystal services but it is still the same.Any idea why?James

Good day.  I would like to link a Substitute Schedule to a Cycle Schedule.  Both have been set up.  However, when I want to add the Substitute Schedule to the Cycle Schedule, the fields that need to be populated refers to the “Shift”.  The Shift Window covers basically a Shift Name and Description.  What are the steps to link a Substitute Schedule to a Cycle Schedule?  Many thanks.

 I’m trying to upgrade a customer environment to 24.1.0. All is well until I get to create the topic environment. I’ve tried that step twice and everytime the environment creation failed.The strange thing about this is that there’s no obvious error in ifs_ant_generateddb log file. Every time the process seems to be killed during code generation (every time the piece of code generated was different).I’m wondering if there’s anyone experiencing the same weird behaviour?On the 10th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for ObjectPhysicalCountHistory.clientOn the 11th of June it failed when trying to generate the code for PartCostBucketVariance.client

Hi all, In Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 (MS VS 2022), I noticed that the FSMVSPackage extension cannot be installed.I want to use the extension for the FSM Report Customization.The installation worked fine with MS VS 2017. I obtained the extension from the following post (FSMVSPackage): https://community.ifs.com/field-service-management-fsm-planning-and-scheduling-optimization-pso-249/fsm-report-customization-6080 My Current MS VS Version: Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) -  Version 17.9.7Error message when installing: This extension is not installable on any currently installed products. Is there a way to get the extension to run? Hello,could someone give and advice or maybe know from the experience, what field of NCR (or some other quality management form) can be used for identifying the person, who is responsible that nonconformity occurred.The client wants to collect information about the persons who are responsible that non-conformities appeared. For example, every operator is responsible for the quality of operation executed by him/her. If the nonconformity was found and that nonconformity appeared due to low quality of the operation that he/she is responsible for,  client want to identify that person in NCR or some other form.I thought maybe to use Responsible for NCR, but I think it is not such purpose of this field.Are there any other solutions where such information can be filled? Or maybe only to create custom field for that purpose.Thank you beforehand:)

PO is fully Authotized by all 3 authorizers , but when i match Po Recipts to the Posting Proposal Still status is “Unacknowledge” and posting proposal level “Await Auth” Any idea why? 

When i clcik Update Base Values From HR it give message No updates performed, all base values already up to date.But we can see chnages not updated from HR to Business Planing Any Idea ?  

I’m attempting to implement routings using the new (to apps10) feature of resource share per the below; every example given shows less than a full loading though. I’m trying to understand the expected behavior when loading requires more than one “cycle” i.e. if the below example was for 14 units instead of 4. I would expect one run at 100% and one at 40% per the slide below, but it doesn’t seem to be happening this way. In my test case, I have an operation line with a resource share of .5 and a lot size of 3 on the shop order. When I release this, I get the below information message about calculated resource share (which gets fixed at 1, and that makes sense)operation line with resource share and 2.6 hours per “cycle” - in this example lot size is three. Resource Share Calculation >1 information message.However, contrary to expectations, the actual result is different, instead of 2 cycles as expected (first cycle 100% utilization, second cycle 50% utilization) it clocks one cycle at

Hello,I am running a tabular model deployment for one of our customers and i get below error,  i think the issue is due to the fact that they have multiple instances in their SQL Server and the Environment Parameters are set up like below,SQL_SERVER_NAME          12.1.2.12\IFSPRODBIand it finds the backslash as an escape character. Is there a workaround for this? Does IFS support multiple SQL Instances setup like above? 

Hi All,Customer is on 24R1(Managed Cloud). Requirement: Customer has a very large number of documents already existing in SharePoint and across various network share drives. As they are going to implement IFS as the new ERP system, there is a desire to ‘link’ the existing files into IFS, and associate them with the related master entity; customer, supplier, part, invoice etc. The intention is for the documents to remain in SharePoint and for the access control to be applied by SharePoint. Is this possible in IFS Cloud 24R1?If it is not possible, how complex is a MOD to achieve this?  

Has anyone come across the below error ?The Authorization routing template does not contain steps with enough authorization limit to cover the purchase amount on the PO.

We’re getting hundreds of these warnings in the PSO Events view log every day. Any idea what config/conflict is causing this? We’re using FSM as the EA to PSO.  

In PSO Events view we’re seeing many warnings for “Failed to add travel for resource xxx activity as started travelling at [date time].”Does anyone know the root cause for that so we can ensure scheduling and updates done correctly?Using FSM as the EA to PSO, and mobile devices to update FSM.
