Hi,I enter a Manual Supplier Invoice for Purchase Order 106Supplier PO Matching is set to PO Header with Validate on PO Reference Only.  If I go from Supplier Invoice Posting Proposal - Match PO Receipts - No Purchase Order Information is displayed. The Matching Lines are blank. However, if I select Automatically Match PO Receipts it matches the PO. I am the Invoice Recipient and have Super AccessCheers,Graham

Does anyone have a guide to Importing Employee Credit Card Transactions? Is there a standard Data Migration job to do this?I need to import a .csv file containing Employee Credit Card Transactions where the employees are using company credit cards. Hello,I am trying to use ETM to pull out the Acquired Date of an item, then set a custom Date field value based on this date. The custom field will be set to 49 months after the Acquire date.Pulling out the value of the system field and doing the calculation is no issue, however when I try to set the value of the custom field, I am getting this error: In this case, the “acquiredDate” variable is being set earlier in the mapper from outbound.self.acquiredDate. If I convert the value to a string and use it to set the value on a single-line string field, it works fine (see below).  Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Duncan

Got a customer wondering if this is a BUG? Site CTCIR is used on both the “Sales Charge Type” and the “Pack Size Charge Price List” The “Pack Size Charge List” is not working properly: The Pack Size Charge List pulls in the “Sales Charge Type”    However, the Sales Charge Type/Charge Type is not populating correctly in the Pack Size Charge List. The entry “CHARGE” is listed in the Sales Charge Type screen but does not show up as an option on the pack size charge list.  

In the CTO setup for a part, how can I populate a value for one characteristic based on the value entered in another. For example, if the value selected for Characteristic 1 is “SKY”, I’d like the value for Characteristic 2 to be “BLUE”. I’d like the value automatically populated in Characteristic 2 without the user having to enter it. Thank you!

i have try to integrated Cloud with PSO. To setup I use  Scheduling Optimization and Machine Learning Configuration Assistant. in final step, with finishing assistant it’s throws error,Validating IFS Cloud callback URL failed. Error message was: PlsqlapServer.ERRINV: ExecutionException from Sender threadCaused by: ifs.fnd.connect.senders.ConnectSender$TemporaryFailureException: Exception while sending dataCaused by: java.net.UnknownHostException:. If this is an external URL which can be accessed only from IFS Optimization server, it cannot be validated using the configuration assistant. The URL may still work when accessed externally. Do you want to continue?

Hi everyone, I am on IFS Cloud 22R1 and I want to read my oracle database. I read in the IFS documentation that it was no longer possible to attack the oracle database via ODBC (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/040_tailoring/300_extensibility/600_integration/080_legacy_int_methods/#legacy_integration_methods).However, an oracle system account exists "IFSDBREADONLY". Is there any way of performing this operation (https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/030_administration/010_security/010_users/#special_oracle_users_in_ifs_cloud)?Thanks for your reply

Hi We are beginning our project to upgrade to IFS cloud, and are currently working a bit with the lobbies in IFS cloud (Our build place is at 23R2). In APPS10 we would create counter elements and then navigate to the data by simply providing a page, and checking “Use Datasource Condition”. But this does not appear to work, in the build place at least. Do we need to provide additional parameters in IFS cloud? We are selecting from the same page/entity that we are navigating to, so that should line up. An example is navigating to Tax Codes. we have tried navigating to URL: page/TaxCodes/List and to https://>hostname>/main/ifsapplications/web/page/TaxCodes/List. Both URLs have gotten us to the page, but neither seem to use the datasource conditionBest Regards

I’m not sure if this is expected behavior of the Operation No field in the By-product tab in shop order, but I’ve noticed that linking it to an operation number does not change how the OH cost and Oper cost are applied to the byproduct. Is this the correct behavior? and if so, is there a way to only apply a specific operations labor cost to a byproduct? (the material is correct because it has it’s own cost distribution tab)in this example, 175237-057-R is the byproduct produced in operation 10.

Hello, We’re in a process of building a customized context mapping for page GL Balance Analysis. I’ve setup a rule with the following data for context “TEST” , COMPANY = 220 AND USER != IFSAPP To my understanding, the context “TEST” should be now used as the default value, when the criterias are fullfilled and GL Balance analysis page is accessed (As they’re in this example). But this is not the case as one can see, the context global remains as the default value. Any ideas what could’ve gone wrong & get the desired context as default value to be displayed?

Hi Community, This may be a simple question, but I cannot find description anywhere. I have created a Workflow, that is run from a Custom Event, that is triggered from the New record in the Inventory Transaction History table. The Workflow executes, but as soon as it trys to use the values from the custom event in an API Read Call, it errors. I dont understand how to map the fields in the custom event, i.e. source_ref1, source_ref2, which are NEW:Source_ref1, NEW:Source_ref2 in the event to the Parameters in an API call. When the workflow runs, i get an error indicating that ${SourceRef1} is unknown. Is there anywhere that explains the mapping between the fields that are made available in the Custom Event, and what the syntax needs to be when passing these values to the API call, or do you need to intercept them in the workflow with some javascript to set the variables to make them available? Thanks,

I want to remove or assign a property to the company but I don’t see any add or delete icons or any other command that would allow be to assign or remove or edit a company property.  Might there be a permissions set for this or something else that I need to be able to do this?  Using the Appowner or setting myself as the HR Manager has not helped.Thank you.Patrick

Hello,I am having trouble logging into the IFS Lifecycle portal. Some time ago, I added the Microsoft Authorization app for logging in, but I no longer have access to my old phone. Is it possible to remove the previous login method through the app so that I can add authorization on my new phone?

On our test environment we are exploring Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) V1 as the legacy GCM/FCM method was deprecated 20/6/2023 and will no longer work 20/6/2024. Our Android devices do not seem to be registering in the Azure Notification Hub when FCM V1 is the only option (successfully linked and tested to Firebase).The “FSM Mobile Messaging Guide” we have was last updated 5/3/2021 and does not cover FCM V1, so am wondering if there’s a step we’re missing to have FCM V1 work, like a toggle in a config file, etc?

When are working in 23R1. All of our users have a default coordinator in sites per user. The coordinators are populating in customer order but not on the customer agreement.Is this core functionality?If it is can someone explain the logic behind it?
