Hi all, 

Would you kindly advise in which IFS Aurena page display the below Mobile User ‘Executed Signature’ entries made in the Report In page of the MWO App? Many thanks.

Please follow the below steps

  1. Navigate to Workflow Configuration page and see the ‘Actions’
  1. There is an action as Engineer Signature and you need to enable it.
  2. You may see another step in the Report In Assistant with Executed Signature.

In order to see the Signatures given from Mobile

  1. Navigate to the Work Task
  2. Click on ‘Task Signature’ command

In Work Task screen there is Task Signature button that takes you to Work Task Signature. The button shows only if there are any signatures added to the Task.

 

Hi @navod many thanks for the quick advice. It really helped me. Would you kindly advise to view the Signature (which was entered from the MWO App), in Aurena client side, do we have to naviagte to ‘Report In Assistant’ page? Thanks.

As Robert mentioned, you can see it in the Work Task page. Navigate to the Task Signature and it will show all the Customer and Executed Signatures.

I have engineer and customer signatures visible in the Work Task, Task Signature page.

However there is a requirement to add the signature to the Work Task PDF report that IFS generates (report id JT_TASKS_REP). This report is used as post work report. Can the ‘executed by’ and customer signatures be added to the report?
